Silk Factory Newburgh Reviews
We went to see Beatlemania at Silk Factory and had such a great day. It was our first time there and we were honestly so impressed. The band was fantastic and the whole place had such a fun, upbeat vibe from start to finish. Mary was our bartender and we just loved her. She was friendly, attentive, and made amazing drinks. Our whole table kept saying how great she was. Great food, great music, great atmosphere. We just got home and we’re already planning our next trip back for a 70s show she told us about and thinks we will enjoy. Can’t wait Highly recommend!
I visited the Silk Factory for the third time yesterday and I can honestly say it never disappoints. The atmosphere is wonderful and so is the staff. This time I went for Latin night and I can say the music was great and everyone seemed so happy to be there. One thing that stands out is that the owner always seems to greet his guests making the vibes even nicer. I will be returning for cuter events.
My friends and I had brunch here today and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff was phenomenal, but our server Kristin truly stood out. We were genuinely amazed by her — she was attentive, warm, and went so far above and beyond to make sure every single detail was perfect. Her energy alone elevated the entire experience. You can tell she truly cares and takes so much pride in what she does. Such a hardworking, exceptional person! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was amazing, and everything from start to finish was flawless. I honestly can’t rave about this place enough. Thank you, Silk Factory — and especially Kristin — for such a beautiful experience.
First time visiting today for a brunch and it was such a great experience. Loved the industrial setting, the decor and all the art. Coffee was good, the lobster omelette was absolutely delicious as well as the potatoes. Best part was the singer , covering some really good old school songs and playing guitar. He was amazing. The servers were attentive and so great, they made our experience all the better. Such good Sunday vibes and we will definitely be returning .
5 ⭐️ across the board. Last night we celebrated a milestone birthday and the owner saw us getting set up and was nothing but hospitable. Made a point to take care of us in a way that felt sincere and made an already great evening into a spectacular one. Gorgeous decor, food was great, cocktails perfect and our server was gracious and attentive. Will always promote Silk Factory for any occasion.
I loved silk factory I think it was excellent. From the moment you walk in the ambiance is amazing so boho chic and reminds me so much of downtown Manhattan. Our server Chris was fantastic and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond when we asked for something. The food was excellent, I got the salmon and it was packed full of flavor. I know a lot of the reviews said the food took awhile, but we got there early and had no issues with it. This is definitely a must go, especially with the Hudson river down the street from the restaurant. The games around the restaurant are a good touch me and my husband loved that!
Great place for drinks & and dining. If you love tribute bands, this is the place to come to. Bring a sweater the AC in the concert room is a bit much. Have something that will warm you up. Performance was awesome. Price for tickets very reasonable. I highly recommend Silk Factory.

If you’re looking for a phenomenal dining experience, look no further than the SILK FACTORY! Today we went for Brunch. Chef Rob, Vinny and the rest of the staff offered an incredible selection of dishes that cater to diverse tastes and preferences. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was soooo friendly and attentive, making our visit a true pleasure. Today we were also surprised with a wonderful band called the Midnite Image! Music was so fun and enjoyable that brought back Great memories. Oh, and almost forgot the dessert we had today was so delicious. We were sharing with everyone it was so good!
I attended the Funk Junkies Christmas party last Friday and had a great time. The band was upstairs and the sound was amazing. The servers, bartenders and staff were great at making everyone feel welcome. The food is so good. The appetizers are incredible. The setting is unique where antique is merged with industrial and comes out warm and inviting. Check out my pics to understand the vibe. The band filled the dance floor the entire night. Flashes of war, tower of power and Chicago filled the venue with exciting happy people. They introduced the new district representative and offered a birthday tribute. Mr. and Mrs. Claus stopped by for a photo op as well. All in all I highly recommend the Silk Factory for a fun night out in Newburgh. I had an amazing time every time I’ve attended.
First of all, such a cool vibe. Layout slightly different since the last time I was here, but it’s still a beautiful place. I stopped by on my way home for a quick appetizer and a glass of Chardonnay and what goes better with Chardonnay then chicken potstickers see the picture attached so delicious. For me anything with thousand Island based aioli dressing is OK in my book. They were cooked to perfection. My waitress Jackie was so nice and accommodating, love this place!
All the staff is super awesome and attentive. My boyfriend loved everythingggg. The sweet potato and black bean soup was absolutely delicious and made fresh by the awesome chef who took time to come out and speak with us. Loved his Chipotle aioli that he makes fresh! And he brought us out a sampler plate of other sauces . Will definitely be returning thank youuuu!
The decor in this restaurant is very nice, vintage looking. You can look around and find so many hidden gems throughout. I ended up having french toast with bacon, which was very good, no complaints. My daughter had the steak and eggs and she said they were very good as well. My son-in-law had the chicken wrap and truffle fries. He said he didn't care for the truffle fries, but the wrap was excellent. We visited during the afternoon. The next time I will see what dinner tastes like.
Hip and cozy atmosphere with great live music, yummy drink specials, comfy couches and delicious vegan options! Went on a Thursday and saw the Fred Zeppelin band who was awesome. Was able to conveniently park right across the street in the church parking lot which allows parking at night. Really terrific space, looking forward to many returns!
What a STUNNING venue! I loved all of the vintage pieces used to decorate the place. Like who can say they've sat on a shoe shaped couch and had dinner? Just awesome. The food? A work of art. The chef is so nice too! A great place for a girls night, date, or just a solo meal and drink.
Dinner with friends was amazing. Owner is on site and restaurant was fully staffed. Atmosphere and decor are very chic, cool, modern but with a musical and auto history twist. Chef was friendly and awesome! Food was absolutely delicious. Pork belly & Burratta appetizers, pasta mains, & delicious desserts were all so delicious and memorable. We all LOVED the Bucatini Carbonara. It was perfect - smooth as silk & dreamy! Parking could be better but didn’t take away from the experience at all.
Stunning. If your looking for somewhere to be grown and sexy and have delicious food, this is it. No detail was not attended to. We had Crispy Pork Belly, Spanish octopus, Bacon wrapped dates and Beef tartare. I had an elderberry martini and a perfect dessert with whipped cream and chocolate mousse and toasted almonds. The music entertainment Hollywood Herb was a perfect match. Wait staff could have been a bit more present but the atmosphere was so on point that we kinda didn't mind. Can't wait to check out brunch.
We saw the Slambovian Halloween party, great event we hope will become and annual celebration. Would give 5 stars except the sound was a little distorted, maybe too loud for the equipment, and could use some tuning. Really lovely venue to see a show. Come early for easier parking.
this is a really cute venue for sure! amazing how ownership was able to turn a vacated building into a thriving event center. we also loved the rustic feel, and how antique furnishings made the place feel more homely. the food was pretty good, a little on the pricey side though. my only gripes: being sat at a table towards the back of the stage so we had our backs to the band, the items on the menu were tasty but you don’t get much for what you pay, the music was a little loud so i felt i was screaming instead of conversing with my date. all in all the chicken and the steak sandwich were really delicious (just wish our meals came with a little more than a sandwich and a spring salad). sticky toffee was ok (more of a muffin smothered in caramel, i’ve traveled to the UK to have the authentic thing and also make those at home). service was ok, i know it’s busy and all but our waitress should have popped in at least once to see how we’re doing/how our food is. i still plan to come back and try more of the menu and see other live music.
Been wanting to check out the Silk Factory so a group of us finally went this weekend. The place itself is nice. The band was great and the food was okay, some dishes better than others. I personally enjoyed mine but we waited quite a while for drinks and when they finally did arrive they weren’t worth the wait. Going up to the bar ourselves didn’t make it much better. Overall we left a bit disappointed but would still go again if there’s another band I want to see.
Order tickets for Fleetwood Mac cover band and my table one was in the front by stage and when I walked into the venue it was in the back of the room. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!! Very hard to find a manager. Band started playing and nothing. After back and forth was comp. Tickets to next show of choice. Happy a bit!
My husband and I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Silk Factory. From the moment we were seated, our server, Kristen, made us feel as though we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. Our appetizer arrived and, within approximately eight minutes — before we had any reasonable opportunity to finish it — our entrées were placed on the table. There was no pacing to the meal and no effort to ensure we were ready for the next course. Throughout dinner, she never once asked if we would like another round of drinks. Later, while we were still actively eating, she approached to ask about dessert. When we declined — because we were still finishing our meals — she immediately brought the check. At that point, my husband still had three-quarters of a beer remaining. We were not in a hurry. However, the service made it very clear that we were expected to leave as quickly as possible. Dining out should feel relaxed and welcoming, not rushed and transactional. A representative attempted to remedy the situation by offering dessert when we brought the issue forward, but by then the tone of the experience had already been set. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we cannot recommend this establishment.
