This restaurant, Xia Sushi, recently opened. Personally, regarding the dinner, I had a great time. -Place: Aesthetically beautiful and very well-kept. -Staff: I have to say there's still room for improvement regarding the staff; Some were more attentive, others more distracted. Sometimes they brought the dishes (and lots of them) right away when there were fewer people, while when the restaurant started to get more customers, they were VERY slow. We waited a long time for small portions, and we even had to repeat the missing dishes about six times. A member of staff was very kind and pointed out that I had initially ordered too much before sending the order. After all, they're not robots. -Menu: It was very extensive and tidy. The photos taken by the photographer and the dishes prepared by the chefs are very beautiful, they entice you to order and are visually pleasing. The evening menu is a bit pricey (€23.90 excluding drinks). -Food: Very good, the food is high-quality, you can distinguish the flavors, and the fish is fresh and well-prepared, as are the other dishes. They deserve 4 stars. Worth a try.

We're not there yet: YES to the venue / NO to the food. Stylish decor and beautiful presentation... but that's not enough! The staff is generally rushed and unsociable. They should pay a little more attention to this aspect. The food quality isn't consistent, but alternating between highs and lows. I'd say the raw fish is decent but nothing more, with a plus for tuna, white fish, and shrimp and a minus for salmon and scampi. Fried foods are equally good: the shrimp rolls, both in filo pastry and puff pastry, are good, but the classic spring rolls aren't particularly flavorful. The braised gyoza and squid ravioli are a disservice, with decent fillings but very questionable pasta quality and cooking. First and second courses are truly too salty and, in some cases, excessively spicy and greasy (Thai rice).

The menu is mostly lacking in variety, and the food quality is average to low, but edible. A waitress took away my menu when I ordered twice. The place is nice. I wouldn't go back.

Good evening everyone. I and 14 others ate dinner for a birthday party. The quality of the food is deserving of comment, and that's exactly what I'll do. We had several issues with the bao dumplings, but perhaps we were just intoxicated by the smell of the quasar the waitress was using to clean the table next to us. They rightfully took our tickets with our numbers written on them to send to the kitchen, but once we returned them, should we want to order more, they threw the tickets at us just because we'd ordered more than the others. Aside from these inconveniences and the view of a woman with no neck, I'd gladly return. Approved if you like average food.

We booked with friends on the evening of December 31, 2025, at 9:30 PM. We waited patiently and hopefully for our table until around 10:15 PM. When we asked for explanations, they smilingly replied that they would give us a table in 10 minutes (after almost an hour of waiting). Not to mention all the people behind us, who also had reservations... some had even given deposits!!! We obviously left!!!! I won't be returning for many reasons... the inconvenience they caused, the lack of professionalism, the mockery, the rudeness and arrogance. Terrible, I'm sorry.

Terrible food, truly poor quality. Rude staff, and very confusing and slow service. I would never set foot in this place again, even if someone else paid for it. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Bad experience. I returned to this AYCE sushi place after two years, and I must say the overall experience has drastically worsened. Upon arrival, the place was freezing (today, December 21), and heating was a must, as it was 6 degrees Celsius outside. Some diners left due to the low temperature. The same thing happened with the sushi rolls: the rice was lukewarm, but the salmon and tuna were extremely cold. Flavors were nonexistent. The hot dishes were greasy and tasteless. The service is practically nonexistent; the waiters barely speak. They just bring the dishes and don't interact in any way. Most of the dishes are cold, tasteless, and odorless. The icing on the cake: two diners arrived with a 35-kg (wet) dog because it was raining outside. We had a terrible lunch, cold and smelling like wet dog. In short, I don't think we'll give another chance to a place that seems completely abandoned.

The food? Truly the worst I've ever tasted. The service was appalling, with some waiters arguing among themselves—not to mention the table service—and after the second round, they put the menu in their pockets and, amen, were never seen again. The atmosphere was definitely the most unpleasant I've ever experienced. In conclusion, NEVER AGAIN, I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I regretfully have to edit my review. I was here for lunch, but I've noticed several changes. The first is the sashimi. There are basically only two dishes you can order once. The portions of all the other dishes are truly negligible, requiring multiple orders, and the quality has also declined. I'm sorry, but I won't be coming back. Previous review!!! Finally, sushi that's different, elaborate, and with contrasting flavors. Some of the sweet and savory contrasts are exceptional. It's the first time I've found such a variety of different dishes with such refined flavors. The place, recently renovated, is very welcoming. There's plenty of privacy; on the right side there are some very cute "houses" suitable for up to four people, while on the left there are larger tables. Unique and clean decor. Excellent personal review. I don't understand the negative reviews about the timing. Those who gave a negative review obviously have no idea how long it takes to prepare the dishes. Looking at the menu, you're not faced with the usual mass-produced nigiri or hosomaki; instead, the dishes are prepared to order, ensuring the highest quality. The presentation also plays a key role, with truly elegant plates and trays. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth repeating.
