Dined here for lunch after Sunday church service. Waited for a table over 20 minutes for 7 people. Hostess was kind and gave updates periodically. Server was okay. Honey butter Croissants were warm and fresh. Ordered meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. Meatloaf could've been cooked longer. Texture of the meat was off. Unsure why green beans are served sweet. Arnold Palmer was delicious. Side salad was fresh. I would return to this location.

The fish was fresh, but had zero seasoning, broccoli rice casserole was ok and the corn was just ok. However, the service was great. I think my servers name was Shay she was awesome I ate at the bar. I also ordered the chips and queso with added ground beef. I had it about 3 weeks ago at a cheddars in Houston and there's tasted better.

Eh. I don’t have a lot of positive. The steak was good but the rest was very bland. My shrimp wasn’t cooked well at all. I don’t like leaving reviews like this because it was probably just a one time thing. But it’s my honest review.

I went with my family to this restaurant to give them another chance, hoping the service and overall experience had improved. Unfortunately, it was even worse than before. I ordered a steak medium well, but it was served rare. When I pointed it out, the manager attempted to fix the issue, but the situation was handled poorly. To make things worse, they brought back the same steak, still cooked the same way. It’s really disappointing because this used to be a place my family and I visited often. Sadly, I won’t be coming back—at least not to this location.

Love the food here, but I have an issue with the TOGO portions. I bought the spinach dip as well as the cheese bites. There was about 10 cheese bites and I paid $9 for it. So what’s that’s about $.90 per cheese bite?! And don’t get me started on the spinach dip, I had a big Togo thing of chips and a small portion of the spinach dip. I literally only had enough spinach dip for 14 chips and I still have most of the chips left over. But basically I paid $13 for that. When I go to the restaurant I get my monies worth, the spinach dip and cheese bites are always a go too because there is always enough… but when I want to eat at home there’s barely any food but I’m paying the same price? like seriously Cheddars, I love eating there but I might not come back if you charge your Togo customers the same price to eat in but give them half the portions. Do better please. We already live in a world where people are struggling and eating out is a luxury. Don’t steal from people, give them their monies worth.

So this is the second time we have order online and the first time the shrimp and fish platter was missing the shrimp but we just settled and shared some fried shrimp from the other meal we had order for our son. Now today we ordered and the salmon and shrimp ( bourbon) the new one; comes with four shrimp and I’m like WHAT IS THIS 3 shrimp and a piece of a shrimp . This has everything to do with cooks ! Like why would you give anyone this piece of shrimp when the order says 4 in the description and it shows 4 on the picture online . The other meal was fine but I paid additional and I just would like for my orders to be better portion and all items present . And yes we checked the bag as they state online

Food is great, my server and his service was great.. but good lord you guys need to treat your employees better. There was no reason for me to see managers scolding servers in the hallway and there was no need for me to walk in the bathroom and hear the employees crying in the stalls and freaking out in the bathroom of how the managers are treating them. I feel so bad, like I came here a few times no problem. But this last time, I will never come back. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I can’t sleep thinking about it. Tomorrow I’m definitely calling corporate to report the matters.

Service after Ms. Tina leaves is horrible, very unprofessional, bar staff do not pay attention to details. Second night in a roll , charged for something I did not receive nor order. I address the issue with the hosting manager Yolanda Tue only to return Wednesday same issue. Order from the Happ hour meu receive full meu price. This local must retrain staff . SHUT EM DOWN! Came here tonight to get a quick bite.To start off the ambiance was absolute TRASH. Tables weren’t clean and the vibes were just off. Then our waitress wasn’t attentive AT ALL. Seen her using her phone multiple times while we were waiting to get our order taken lol. And she was just rude overall. Then……the food……. Oh dear god. First of all, the food came out and didn’t look appetizing at all. Fried fish and shrimp were very PALE and bland looking.After my first bite I wanted to jump on the table top and scream “ RUN SAVE YOURSELVES” to every. Single. Person. In that that establishment. It was horrible. Taste like it was frozen and reheated in a fryer. Broccoli and cheese casserole? TRASH! the fish? UNDERCOOKED! THE SHRIMPPPPPP?! Oh don’t get me started. Taste like cocktail shrimp! cold and all. When we talked to the manager she really could’ve cared less. Didn’t apologize or anything. If you’re reading this….. BEWARE…..SAVE YOURSELF!

I had a very disappointing experience at Cheddar’s. I’m visiting from New York and not a native to Houston, Texas, so I was looking forward to trying something new. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined. I ordered a meal and the portion of rice was ridiculously small not even enough for one person. When I called to speak with the manager Michael , instead of helping, he was rude and dismissive. He actually told me I’d have to come all the way back to the store just for some rice. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for a visitor. To be treated with such a lack of care and respect left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Do better.
