I placed my order online and drove to the store, waited at the speaker for 10 minutes nobody come on, and I drove to the window knocked on it and no answer. I parked my car and the door is lock. The employee inside couldn’t care less. They look over and just go back to do whatever they are doing.

Horrible overpriced dog eat. Chicken is so bad the quality is nonexistent and the price for 2 people is $30. Don’t go, I was fan for 2 decades but it’s not worth the money or the tiny tiny dog meat tacos they serve. The guacamole add on is a joke it’s a minute fraction of its former self it’s undetectable and the quality is so bad now that I’m certain it’s not for human consumption. Unfortunately at this point Del Taco must die out.

Tried to go through drive thru speaker was busted so I tried to speak louder lady said dont yell at me pulled up to window staff continued to be rude will not be eating at this location very sad place.

This is the second time I've come to this location. If I had realized it was this one, I wouldn't have even bothered. Who are these people having awesome experiences here? Both times, they're short staffed & the older man really seems flustered & slow. There seemed to be one other person in the back. I ran over here before meeting someone, & was going to get us a snack, but I'm on the bus & I can't wait forever, just for them to acknowledge my presence, let alone order. I have 10 minutes before the bus comes, do I trust them to take the order & make it when nobody is getting their order in the drive thru & the guys are bored out of their minds waiting for their delivery orders? Hahaha! No I do not. Wow, thanks for wasting my time. Most Del Tacos have cool people & good service, but this one is a real clunker. I'm still hungry. Awesome.

Just ordered drive-thru and received the wrong order. It's right on the receipt, so whomever is working the drive-thru messed up. Receipt says 'Francisco', it was a lady. The order should have been repeated back to me. I'm lactose intolerant and received a cheeseburger. I can't even eat it.

I’m not sure where this high rating come from! but this Del taco is the worst ever fast food. First of all, they’re very slow and they close whenever they like to and The smell inside the store is not good at all Hey. Need more attention from the owner.

Worst experience I had at a del taco all staff incompetent. Had to repeat my order 3 times then get to the window wrong drinks they made us refund for the drinks then re charge us because the person taking the order didn't know what to do. The other guy who made the food no gloves no hair net nothing. Then manager on the phone well doing the refund then get home and order still wrong. Customer be ware.

This location use to be good, but now unprofessional staff, place looks dirty, and they can't even get a simple one item order correct. No one but me there at 730am. Ordered a simple egg and cheese toasted wrap with extra onion and extra cheese. Order taker read it back to me correctly, and charged me almost double the listed price. After opening and eating, it contained the extra onions but no cheese. So they charge extra, then don't even add what you pay for. No receipt given, and they didn't answer the phone. Place looked dirty, and smelled weird. Beware of this location and the morning staff. They are not to be trusted! They don't care and they will cheat you because of laziness and immorality!

I only have 1 star because there's no way to put negative stars. My first and last time ever going to this Del Taco after I bit into and found a piece of plastic in my soft chicken taco that I almost choked on.....so disgusted. NEVER EAT HERE!!!!
