It was a GOOD Experience. Top notch Food. Top Notch Service. I used the App and By-passed everyone , Just as Insisted. My pizza pie, was a Pie one would John wick for. That's all I have to say about that Pie. Cheesy Bread was Awesomely Cheesy. Didnt need the sauce. But remember to ask for it.. @ 1 am. Still a Great experience.
The App is great and easy to use. Food comes fast and correct. Drivers are friendly. Everything comes nice and hot and let's face it, it's Dominoes and we know whay it tastes like. No deviation. Tracker is accurate. Don't go to the store. Terrible customer service, fresh and rude employees. They stay in the back until they get several people at once Use the app!

Ordered yesterday a medium pie at 11:30 PM, was shocked when my order was ready within 10 minutes & there was only 2 people on shift. To the two people who took care of me, you were very kind & respectful, amazing customer service. Pizza was amazing, shoutout to the two employees for your hard work & kindness.

Love the deals, they always get the toppings right and delivery is usually no more than 30 mins. I actually walked in here for a carry out order for the first time in years. Order was ready and service greeted me with a smile. Such a busy location, glad to see they can keep up the attitude in this aggressive area. The store Was also very clean from where I was standing, at the register and in the cooling/working area.
This Domino’s never lets me down. I usually order late at night, and they always deliver—literally and figuratively. The food is hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Absolute magic. The staff is amazing.
This location is understaffed which is why their delivery times & phones are backed up. The workers are trying their best. They seemed really stressed out when i went to pick up One of the workers gave us store credit & a free soda for the inconvenience since we were supposed to get a delivery so I’m satisfied with the customer service!
The staff here is very good. They are good at what they do, and my food is always done VERY quickly, when I put in that I am picking it up. No issues at all. I do think they are understaffed though, and I only say that because this Dominoes is in a very busy area, and every time I’ve gone in they are always busy, so I think having 2-3 employees on site at a time is not enough. Almost every time I go in and someone who is working in the kitchen, has to stop what they are doing and bring me my pizza (since I pay in the app) or ring me up, if I am paying in person. Also, the delivery usually takes a while, but nothing extreme. I personally believe this is because of the delivery fee that Dominoes has added to all deliveries, which I’m sire cuts into what the delivery person gets tipped. $3 in a delivery fee, and it’s an actual dominoes employee and not Uber eats is awful. I just placed a $39 order, between the delivery fee and tax, that was an extra $6. My once $39 order is now $46. Unfortunately for me, my child LOVES dominoes and I couldn’t go pick it up, so I deal with it. I hope Dominoes somehow passes these delivery fees to their drivers, because you are most definitely affecting how much they can make.
The last few reviews I read for this place are quite concerning, but here's my advice: Order online. My order went through pretty seamlessly. Food was delivered nice and hot, with no issues except the pizza could have been cut a little better, along with the cheesy bread. Pizza was reasonably priced, and cooked well. My only issue with Dominos is that there should be an option to make the crust a little crispier, but still very good. Delivery timing is better than other locations I've ordered from.
Like many of you, I have ordered from and visited many Domino's restaurants...let me assure you that the guys working in this location are top of the line. I took time to observe their cleanliness and how they move the product through the line. You can be confident that your pizza is as safe to it as it can be. My family orders a lot from this location. Usually everything is great. However, after tonight's order and my last order I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Approximately 1 month ago I placed an order for pickup. I had to ask the cashier for the other half of my order. Tonight I went in to pick up my prepaid order. Two people were waiting ahead of me. Another customer walked in after me that the cashier knew. When it was my turn, she motioned for the customer behind me to come forward and waited on her. All of this while talking and carrying on conversation with her co-workers instead of focusing on the customers. When I told the cashier that I was in line before that customer and had already paid for my order, she did not even apologize. This is the same cashier that messed up my previous order.
The delivery guy Julio strongly demanded tips at door although there's already a delivery fee. Supervisor called and explained the situation and will fix.
I do not remember the name of the person who took the order but I vividly remember how rude he was, either that or he had problems in his ears. Both these qualities make him unfit for him to work there. He was ignoring whatever I said and making his own pizza. It took almost 10 mins to place an order. I would not recommend going to this place. Not well managed. Some employee is shouting at the back with his issues and nobody is listening. Ambiance was depressing.
Everywhere I order food to be delivered the food is SEALED properly before being touched by the delivery driver. If you fix that I'll change my review, good luck.
So.. I was ordering online and it wasn't letting my payment go through. That's fine it happens. I understand there are bugs. So then I call the store and explain to them what happened and that I would really like to order the food and want the coupon. Instead they tell me that I'm doing something wrong. So again i explained and they told me the same thing then told me that they can't help me out. The staff member didn't even try to help. I'm very disappointed. I was finally able to make an order after waiting 20 mins for online ordering to work.
It took almost an hour to get one pepperoni pizza and I was crashing out so bad that one time they gave me the wrong pizza with something different I don’t know but screw the stupid service. At least food is yummy but dominos you gotta improve service
Worse pizza I’ve ever spent money on. I asked for onion, green peppers and sausage.. it had barely any toppings and the cheese was burnt. It was cold. It looked nothing like what is advertised on tv commercials or on line.. waste of money. I’ll never order from here again. My neighborhood pizza place would have done a much better job.. False advertising! Say goodbye to this customer.
Horrible experience. Delivery took over an hour and a half. Food was obviously cold and barely edible. On top of that, they got the pizza toppings wrong and the wings came with no sauce. We submitted a complaint after answering a dozen automated questions but have not heard anything back - it’s been over a week. Clearly they don’t care to keep me as a customer. That will be my last Domino’s.
They are the best, they finally made me move away from Dominos. The last order came ice cold and todays order never went out of store for delivery. And when i call after waiting for an hour, they say they are very busy and soo backed up that my options are either to wait (no delivery time) or to come and pickup or cancel the order. And they have no courtesy to call and let me know. A BIG THANK YOU FOR SPOILING MY KIDS DINNER NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.
These people refuse to pick up the phone, they take 2 hours to prepare and deliver ONE pizza, on top of the fact that the food arrives cold AND the “tracker” just lies about the driver arriving. Absolutely poor service.
Terrible service. Called 3x on hold and hung up on. Don't speak English. Pizza over cooked. Didn't receive full order. Had to wait 1 hr for rest of food. Waisted 50.00. 😡

It’s 2020, I wouldn’t have called in to make my order if your webpage & app did not redirect me to contact the store. Even after I explained that I couldn’t make my order online her response was “I don’t have enough staff to be taking phone orders”. Understandable but if a customer is telling you that they are being routed to you, the least you can do is default that matter. Stay home sis, if you hate your job!
Never fails dry disgusting no sauce, extra cheese equals burt dry pizza every single time. I love Domino's everywhere and anywhere but North Bergen. Don't waste your money at this location
Ordered two pies and a cheesy bread. When I went to open the boxes, one was an EMPTY box! Email said it would be between 30 and 42 minutes and it arrived well over an hour and it was cold. Called the manager and she said they would send over a pizza which took another hour. They did give me an extra pizza and apologized. Would not order from here again
This store needs to either shut down or fire everyone and bring in a new team of employees. Ordered at 7:41pm and spoke to “the manager” at 8:40pm. He told me the order already went out then at 8:41pm it showed a Cristian left out for delivery. So not only did “the manager” lie to me but it’s going to be about 2 hours since I placed my order. Smh
This store does not deserve even a half of a star. Their delivery driver is as dumb as a bunch of rocks. Their store manager is ignorant. I demanded my money back for a pizza that took 45 minutes to deliver. The pizza box came opened and the cheese was everywhere but on the pizza. Please never order from this store. Patronize Pizza Hut or Papa John’s but never this mess of a store.
Just awful. Pizza was okay but the customer service ooof. Some cashiers doesnt know how to apply coupons. Some cashiers doesnt know the price of the extra sauce. What made it worse was that she didnt know how to count the exact change to give back to me. Just an awful experience. I will stick to the dominoes in Jersey City for now.
I understand the pandemic so they couldn't deliver it on time but to charge me 3x and the pizza didn't have enough cheese and it was burnt. I was very upset and trying to get ahold of them is a long wait and I have yet to talk to them. And u charge me delivery shame on you dominos. Never again will I order from dominos again. They did give me a 12 dollar credit with my phone number but that doesn't make up for the rest. Dont trust them. Also they disnt offer the deals that they have and the email came after I ordered
Let’s start by saying I normally don’t do reviews but after today’s order I had too. I normally don’t have any issues with my orders but today my order was late and not to mention the driver was rude when I mention that my order was late. He replied saying well I can take it back no apology none so ever only live 4 blocks away and it took 40 mins to arrive. Horrible customer service from the store to the driver smh.
2x this Domino’s in Bergenline messed up my order and the staff including the managers Yorleni and Cesar are not even apologetic about it! The first time they messed up, they came 1 1/2hour late, my order was missing a salad, the manager Yorleni said I would give you a 25% off the next time you order but I never get to avail of it anymore because she did not give any coupon or proof of that 25%off anyway and for that the next time I ordered again, the staff does not even want to acknowledged it...so I let it passed. It was $75 order that I even paid in cash! So after 2months, my mother said she is craving for Domino’s plain chicken wings...so even thought I personally hesitate ordering again, I did because of my mother's request. Unfortunately, The same thing happened. My 40pcs plain chicken wings was missing the side order sauces. The delivery guy handed me a receipt not from Domino’s but from a chinese food and when I asked about my official Domino’s receipt and the missing sauces, Miguel (delivery guys) just walked away! I called up the store and asking to speak to Yorleni, they said she is not available. Another manager got on the phone by the name of Cesar who is not even apologetic at all! Very disappointing, frustrating and bad experience! For the $65.00 cash payment, my money is not even worth it! Never again will I order from this Domino’s at Bergenline!
Most likely the worst run Dominos, delivery guy knocks on door to deliver pizza with no gloves when I asked to leave at door, then gives me someone else's order, when I call the store the manager Cesar says the driver gave my order to someone else and that he would have to wait for another driver to deliver and that he canceled my order and to wait three days for my money to return to me. Poor service, Poor management
I was there 3 days ago and the guy making the pizza was talking on the phone using no mask and no gloves while preparing the pizzas, when I questioned the cashier the answer was that he was on the phone with his girl. So unprofessional. This store needs a better management. They always making the orders wrongs too.
I've been coming to the dominos in north bergen for years. Today for the first time I can say I'm disgusted and disappointed of one of your employees. After the cashier gave money to put away to another employee who was putting garlic knots on a pan to start baking them he did not take any time to go wash his hands and kept on touching the garlic knots after placing the money away. Then he started touching dough to start making pizzas. Very unsanitary
Ordered food it left the shop at 2:18 40 minutes later still don't have the pizza decided to call only to be given an attitude by the person that answered the phone very rude person and should not be in customers service. I get a 40 minutes delivery time but not 40 minutes in the drivers car that is ridiculous.
I love domino's but this is literally the worst experience I have had with any store nation wide. First they pick your call and soon as you start talking they put you on hold.Stayed on the line for about 4mins before I called back.... again I waited to place my order. Then they proceed to tell me it was going to take almost 3h to be delivered...mind you they are less than 10mins drive away...still we proceed.... I wait that long someone calls me to check the address which was conveniently wrong...shows up another hour later with cold food. That's a shame
I ordered 2 pizzas: pineapple and ham/half pepperoni and cheese. They put no ham and they put pepperoni on 2 slices. 2!!!! No call or anything for substitute solutions. I called and they tell me they don't do ham and ran out of pepperoni. Who runs this place!!!!! First and last time ordering anything here. I rather drive further for what I want and better service.
This is my first time writing a review for anything. Okay I’m sorry to say this but I’m not ordering from here again. I had made an order and made it clear through the call that I wanted 2 different pizza but somehow to the “manager” that was working there, she understood 1. I said “can I have 2..” and then also said “and on the other can i have”. One was spicy and the order with chicken so my baby cousin could eat also. It was said in two different ways. She said she had asked me if I wanted on the same pizza but I never heard her say that. Maybe she did and I didn’t hear her but it’s my fault thinking she wasn’t going to mess it up because I never had a problem with them until now. We did get into an argument and everything and I did say to her “well if you can’t listen then you shouldn’t be working there”. She interpreted this as “quit your job” when really I meant that you should be listening the key words that was stated in two different ways that it was 2. Yes I did understand that what i said was rude but she did say to me she was listening and everything but if she was listening well she would of understood it was 2. She also had the nerve to say “imagine if you were nice then this world would be a good place” or something like that. I’m literally so nice all the time but she can’t except that she is going to have a happy customer after the order was messed up. Also, had asked me “I made a mistake. You never made a mistake before”. I literally always overlook these mistakes but I was frustrated because I wasted $41 for a mistake she made. This manager believes that I’m rude but she is rude for not understanding her mistake costed me $41 and it’s easily understandable why someone would be upset. She also thought I was yelling when I was frustrated and trying to figure out how this mistake was made and began yelling at me. I only ordered 2 pizzas, brownies. Chicken wings and a 2 liter soda so I can treat my family to something since I had money saved up. It was a simple order that costed me $41. I’m sorry to the manager for mentioning listening skills but you need to understand that I’m the one paying for your mistake so of course a customer would be upset.
I ordered from here twice already and the pepperoni smells and taste bad. I called them the first time and told them to do something about it that I didn't want nothing for free just them so sell a good food. Yesterday I ordered again same thing. Inspection should be called to this place and check the food they selling is good and the customer enjoy it.
Ordered yesterday 9/29/2020... only writing a review because I've had soooo many bad experiences with this particular Domino's location.... BUT, yesterday took the cake and have to share. My order arrived just under 1 hour from when the delivery guy left the store.......mind you, it's a, less then 5 min drive away. Just under an hour (58 mins.) Called the store several times (listened to the awful LOUD ads, as they do with all locations.... just to find out what was going on. seven (7) calls after each 3 mins of ads.........got a pick up hang up!!! no answer no chance to speak to anyone.... this location has an AWFUL....franchisee, customer service, delivers late ALLLLL the time. (NOTHING like LUKE WARM PIZZA and soda...?!?! WHY isn't @dominos on top of this location?!?!
Worst experience ever!!! My daughter wanted some pizza on her Birthday so we placed an order, waited over an hour. I finally called to see where the order is, only to be told we never placed an order. I asked to speak to the Manager Maria only to be disappointed. She also told me no i had not placed an order. I had the call log with the time and duration of the call, she finally tells me the guy never put our order in. We had to wait another hour and the Manager Maria was rude and unsympathetic to the matter! I will NEVER eat from this location again!
Despite all the negative reviews about this place, I decided to give them a try and placed an online order for a thin crust pizza. The pizza was prepared in a timely manner but it was HORRIBLE. They burnt basically the whole thing, and it had no sauce and no cheese at all. By the time I got home and opened it up it was hard as a rock (mind it had only been prepared 10 minutes before according to them). The guy at the front was nice at least, but I basically wasted my money ordering from them. Do listen to the reviews and find another place to order from, this location completely ruined Dominos from me for awhile.
Never ordering from the bergenline location in North Bergen again. Ordered several times from there and both times my food arrived cold, and they did nothing to compensate except offer me a free meal next time I order (they're just going to give me another cold meal next time anyway so what's the point?) Instead of simply sending out a hot order to replace my meal on the day of. Absolutely terrible service. Do not recommend at all.
this place needs to be shut down all together. An online order took over an hour and a half to get to my house. I got three different time arrivals, and three different excuses. This is why mom and pop pizzarias will forever have my money. You have people who cannot run that place for the life of them, nor give people the proper customer service. Please, either close this or change the whole management around.
The three past orders ... I order at 730pm and it's now 10:15 pm and the food just got here it's cold... I try calling them I was on wait for over 15min and the service was bad .... I order it because my daughter was hungry buy by 10pm it's way past her bed time... .. I order a sprite and he was like here. A Coca-Cola for free and I was like where my sprite je like oh I didn't know you order a soda So he try to. Say it was a Free soda That. I pay for plus wrong flavor Idk why I keep. Ordering never again
Rude and unprofessional employees. I called to check on my order that was over 45 minutes late. a person by the names of Sarah picked up the phone and gave me the only attitude for asking what is the actual ETA on my delivery? No apologize just attitude she just hung up on me, I tried to call back and this hung up again without speaking to me (Caller ID I guess helped her know it was me again). If Sarah is unable to do the customer service part of her job, maybe she should not be in the service industry. I am in the IT field deal with unreasonable customers all the time and I still smile and be as helpful as possible.
The most unprofessional staff. They make you feel as if they are doing a favor to you by serving you. Secondly, they claim that their pizza is ready even before it actually is. If you are visiting this store for pizza pickup, be ready to wait in the store for a longer than expected duration. If possible, avoid this store.
Food was what you would expect from dominos. But the delivery drivers are possibly the worst, rudest and most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered in my life. This is the third time that the driver has not notified me that my food was at the front desk nor labeled the food with my apartment number. I asked if they can come to my door and they didnt. I live in a building with a doorman and they told me that the drivers come in and refuse to go up to the apartment to deliver the food and refuse to call anyone. They just say they don’t do that. They are so lazy and really don’t care about the customer what so ever. How can you not come up and deliver the food or call the customer, that’s literally almost all of your job. Horrendous.
This was the worst customer service i ever saw in my life. I ordered online at 5pm and they told me on the app that my order is ready for pick up at 5:42 so I went there and waited till 6:20 pm. I asked the team if my order is ready now and they told me they didnt start with the order yet. On addition to that the team was sooo rude and disrespectful and they were just chatting with each other and not working hard to satisfy customer needs
I used to order all the time and there was never an issue; however as of late this has change from this location and today was the worse one yet. I place an order that was never delivered but the tracker said it did, when I call to ask what happened after 10 minutes on hold someone answer to say please hold about five minutes later some finally picked up when I explained what happened she said hold on one moments, and while waiting I was hanged up on. I decided to go to store. Once there in between waiting for my turn in line to the person working the front to the manager never coming to the front at least apologize for the situation and them trying to figure out who "delivered" my order and them giving me a refund this turned out to be a more than a 2 hour process from the moment I place my order. NEVER AGAIN would I order from this location from now on I'll pick up from elsewhere.
THE DELIVERY DRIVER TRIED TO MAKE SEXUAL GESTURES TO A 10 YEAR OLD.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE FOOD!!! They don't even cook it completely. The Pizza Dough was So RAW, that it made me sick with DIARRHEA for 3 days! Then they made me go back to the store to wait and argue with the manager to return my money, Even though it was delivered and I paid with a credit card and I even brought the rest of the pizza pie with me to shown him how UNCOOKED it was! And while I was waiting in the store I saw that no one that was cooking and touching the food never wore gloves! Even as they checked their cell phones, handle the cash register, and touched the dirty cash, they just went back to handling the food without even washing their hands or wearing gloves, like there was nothing wrong with that. But after I told them that wrong multiple times, some other pizza delivery guys in the store came up to me and said they just ran out of gloves yet he was wearing gloves! Everything just got Worse and Worse, it was a Complete Disaster; the Bad Service, the Raw Dough Taste, the Whole Process, the Illness, the Money Return, the Total Lack of concern for any Hygiene at all, the Attitude and Disrespect, they never even Apologised!
Order never arrived(nobody rang the doorbell). Manager says she(it says the manager is carlos but for some reason a woman answers the phone) cannot contact the delivery guy. Terrible customer service and should be held accountable. Never ordering from these idiots again.
Only went there to confront and complain about the motorized bicycle delivery man blowing through crows of people on the sidewalk, almost hitting a few in the process, of course denying it. I tried to handle it over the phone but after about 15 rings, the lady picks up, screams "habla!?" And leaves the phone handle off the hook, until I show up and showed them my phone while connected to them, and asked if they are gonna come back to the.lone yet...none of them spoke English, we had to talk back in forth in a translator until the manager showed up
I had a large party and wanted to order 30 pies. I call. And the person does not understand English. I asked to speak to someone else to ensure my order is correct. And he hung up on me. I called back. And a lady answered and I requested a manager. She puts me on hold. And disconnects the phone. I call again. And she ignores. And managers are not even there to deal with the situation. Congrats! You lost a loyal customer. If your going to hire Spanish speaking employees. At least have one English speaking employee. Not everyone knows Spanish.
TERRIBLE We ordered 2 large pies of pizza and the girl talking on the phone doesn’t know English. Whatever a person called after a while and he said he is here ( at least that’s what I understand from his language) and he wasn’t at the address so I called them back and they didn’t answer the phone. Once my friend called them for order from another phone they answered. Terrible. People that doesn’t know English should be hired!
Absolute terrible delivery experience. Pasta literally looks like somebody took a bite out of it. Pizza is cold. The food in general looked old. Called the store immediately upon receiving and they replied call back tomorrow for a refund and hung up. rude. I called again and told them to write my information down and send me an email. they repeated to call back tomorrow? i asked for the manager but ibonly heard that person yelling in the back to call back tomorrow. not worth it. I ordered to eat with my kid and ended up throwing it back into the trash bin.
I decided for carryout today and as soon as I walked in I noticed the drivers were helping box up the pizza orders. They were all eating while helping and talking over those orders. I hope they washed their hands because no one had gloves on. The person who preps the chicken, pineapples, vegetables etc did not have gloves on. This place just gave me gross vibes.
Horrible experience app automatically chooses this as my location to order from does not let me choose. Ordered 3 times they refused to deliver to my address despite me informing the manager tht I can’t choose via the online and app which dominoes I pick and couldn’t transfer the order to the other location both are 10 min from where I live, it is ridiculous and when letting the manager know my grievances she hung up on me and gave me attitude completely unprofessional. And despite that I had already placed the first order and waited over an hour before they cancelled the order. And had to order from a different location over the phone so couldn’t get my dominoes points, and they did not have items that I wanted while the other one always does
I placed an order at 8pm. At 8:45pm I called to see where my pizza was and spoke to a lady by the name of Maria who said "your pizza is on the way". At 9:30pm, I called back and spoke to a manager by the name of Cesar, WOW, I cant believe hes a manager. Not only did he tell me "well you have to wait", but also hung up on me. I called back and explained i placed an order at 8pm and its now 10pm and he said the driver just left. He was rude, cursed at me and all. NEVER will I or anyone i know order from this place. DISGUSTING!!!!
I have never seen Dominos unprofessional. I ordered pizza at 9:38pm and till 11pm it was under preparation. I called them at 10:30 pm and it was picked by a female and she told me it’s about to get delivered and at 11pm I am getting call from the manager saying it will take another hour or you can cancel it. I couldn’t wait anymore and canceled the order. Please, ordering food is not a joke, especially at night. Let the customer know the status asap and do not procrastinate to let them know. It breaks the trust in dominos.
Placed order online using pin point delivery service and have used this service myltiple times at the same location and have consistently recieved my orders from this very store. However, they canceled my order claiming they don’t deliver to said location and would not complete my order.
I wish there could be a non star rating or a minus star rating.This location is the worse I've ever seen. Placed an order to that location because I live in NB and the website does not let me order delivery from Fairview ( this locations is fantastic!), the tracker said it was in the baking stage, after 40 mins someone called me to let me know the delivery would take about one or two hours because they have no drivers. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee and sent my husband to pick it up. After another 45 mins waiting he was told there were another 15 orders ahead of ours...... Horrible service... Never again.
This place steel your food, they complete the order and tell you it’s an app issue the order never get delivered, I called 3 times and no one helps, they told me call next day to speak with the manager to get my refund after an hour and a half of the order been placed and after 45 min of completion I call asking for a refund and they told me they can because my order has been completed !!!! What???? It was stolen by you or your driver !!!! worst service ever !!!
I have told myself I wouldn’t order here again but there I go making the same mistake .. today I made a big order as always when it arrived I noticed I’m missing my garlic bread I immediately called and was told by a gentlemen I would get it as soon as possible. 40 minutes passed and I called to see why happened with my order and a girl tell me that’s she sees no order and they can’t refund me my money bad . So unprofessional I have never heard that money can’t be refunded back for their mistake l. Not the the first time I been charge double on my card , received double order and been told by them to get my money back I have to personally take it back to Dominos.. so upsetting poor management in this place . Placed my order at 5:14pm and just about to receive my Garlic bread 8:15
Pre-ordered some food at midnight to be delivered the next day at 7:15. App notified me that my order was started at 6:45. I didn't get my food until 9pm and it was cold. Plus the delivery driver didn't follow delivery instructions I included on the app. Stay away from this Dominos, their pizza is aggressive
Sheer incompetence. I'm watching March Madness at home during which every third commercial was a Domino's commercial. Decided to order the Tuscan 6 cheese w/beef & pepperoni, a 2 liter coke and lava cake. Guy delivers a cheese pizza, no toppings, no soda and a lava cake. Called for an explanation and the response was gibberish. Went to the store with the pizza for a refund. About 8 people back there, pizzas backed up in the oven, 2 ppl making pizzas giggling, crowded w/folks waiting for takeout orders. First and last time ordering from this location.
Horrible service. Placed my order at 7:27pm. I called an hour later to see if my order was out for delivery because on the tracker, it said my order was complete. They said that my order was just going out for delivery (that was at 8:30). I called an hour later because still nothing and the lady placed me on hold to check and after 12 minutes of being on hold, I called from another number and quickly picked up the phone. I told the lady I wanted to cancel my order because it had been two hours and nothing. She asked for my phone number to look up my order and I asked her if the order had even left the store or order if it was out for delivery and she was rude and just said she had other calls and hung up on me. I get that your busy but at least try and answer the customers questions and try and apologize and not just hang up on the customer.
Terrible customer service. Ordered my food, app said it was “delivered” didn’t receive order until over 2 hours after I placed it!! Original ETA was 25 minutes. Called the location and they told me “oh yea the app says it’s delivered even when it hasn’t left yet” HUH??? Called once again and they told me it was on the way…received it 40 minutes after that call. I love the chain but this location is a mess.
Place is 5 mins away, rude lady called me and said delivery would take 2 and a half hours. As expected it didn’t take nearly that long, took about half an hour to an hour for my food to arrive. All the chicken was burnt on one side and cooked normally on the other. Made no sense, pizza was dry as the sahara desert. The thin crust is CRACKER thin, don’t get it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Staff is lazy, the delivery man even wanted more of a tip, which I did give into just because he was polite. Lucky I was burnt out and gave an 8 on the survey. If I could redo it I would. Waste of money.
Walked in on a Friday night about 10:15pm. The place was empty except for one gentleman who was paying for an order he had called in. The girl behind the counter charged him and instead taking my order she decided to completely ignore me, while the back employees were asking me if I needed help. I guess they realized that the girl was ignoring me. The girl, don’t know her name (chubby with glasses) then decides to start manning the phones...still ignoring me! She actually had a phone on each ear. And everyone knows that the first thing they do is put you on hold when they answer the phone. After almost 10 minutes of being ignored a young polite gentleman appeared out of nowhere ( he must have been in the back of the store). He was unaware that I had been waiting to be helped and of ofcouse the girl was still answering calls about 3 at the same time. At this point I asked the young man if I should also place a call while I stand in the shop waiting to be helped. He was polite but at that point I had had it, so I left. That chick with the glasses is rude. I’m sure she shows all customers the same nasty attitude.
This particular restaurant marks the delivery as out for delivery and then takes an hour to make a delivery. When you call the store…. The pizza has left the store 48 min ago he got other delivers —- excuse me, pizza has been out for an hour… delivery received —- a extra cold pizza thanks dominos for the excellent customer service and delivery
Horrible customer service delivery drivers bad attitude, manager Isabel needs to be immediately fired along with her employees horrible group of people took the food I ordered and haven’t received a refund YET do NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Pizza was all dry and cold. I ordered two dipping sauces with the pizza, but they forgot about the sauces. Delivery person didn’t know how to speak English at all so she connected me to a manager or something on the phone. I already paid for sauces and it was clearly written on the receipt so I complained and the manager person said they will bring the sauces to me again because it’s close by. I said okay and of course, they did not. Never came back, no refunds, nothing. I even paid tips for delivery! Yes it’s only $1.58 sauces so not a big deal. But the fact that they lied to me saying they will deliver the sauces again really pisses me off. Everything horrible. This dominos is the worst place ever. Never ordering from here again.
I place a delivery for a thin crust jalapeño and pineapple i did not receive it i call them and they said they was going to deliver it again waited for 1 hour and call back they never put my delivery in, so when i complaint they said they will send it. Once i got it was the wrong pizza. This pizza sucks and never again i will order from here no one understands what you are saying and gets the orders confused. Never again
Waste of money. Sent a pizza nearly burnt to a crisp. Sent another one undercooked. Wasted my money & my time. I give them credit for rushing me out another pizza but comeon son. I've ordered flatbread pizza countless times, including from this location. Now yall magically cant do it right??
If I could give this rating a zero I would. The website has a car tracker which shows when and what time the food should be arriving. I've been waiting for my food for about an hour and half. We called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told that the driver was making deliveries on foot! While our food has been sitting there for over an hour getting cold. The driver calls us saying that he had to walk back to the store to pick up our order and deliver it walking. Again this is Domino's Pizza we are talking about, not a mom/pops pizzeria. I would never recommend this location to anyone, I'm very disappointed!
Really disappointed with Domino’s Pizza. I ordered pizza and a soda before and they forgot the soda. When I called, they told me I’d get it the next time I ordered. I ordered again today and they didn’t give it to me and said it was never in their system. Don’t make promises to customers if you’re not going to keep them. Pretty bad service.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I ordered a medium specialty pizza and got shocked with how fast they were to deliver it. Turns out, IT WAS A REHEATED PIZZA and everything was so wrong. The most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. I can’t believe they let people so LAZY work here and do whatever the hell they want. Simply embarrassing.
The delivery was significantly delayed. Items were missing from the order and never arrived, and I didn't even receive a refund. I will never order from you again. You are truly disgraceful; you have no idea what professionalism means.
As a regular customer, I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had tonight. After spending $40 on two pies, the store employee refused to take any accountability for the unacceptable product I received. One of the pies was completely wrong—so poorly made it was almost unrecognizable. I paid $20 for that pie alone, only to receive something that should never have left the kitchen. I called the store to explain the issue and was even asked to send a photo because the employee couldn’t believe a pie could be made incorrectly. After providing the picture, I was told that because I had taken a bite, “it doesn’t matter” and that nothing could be done—completely ignoring the oil spilled all over the box, the missing toppings, and the overall poor quality of the pizza. I took one bite in an attempt to overlook the mess, but the pizza was simply disgusting and absolutely not what I ordered. Delivery was not the issue. The problem was the product itself and the complete lack of responsibility from the staff. I paid $20 for a pie I could not eat, and the dismissive response I received was unacceptable for any customer, let alone a loyal one.
Im a loyal customer and have always ordered from this store. This time the Order left at 11:26 and it’s 12:25 and I still didn’t get the pizza. It’s thanksgiving and this was supposed to be a movie night (which is probably not happening). No one even told me it’ll take longer or if it was busy etc. I actyally called at 11:15 and they told me it should be here 20 minutes. The other problem is that people working there can barely speak english… there wasn’t even an apology. *update: pizza received and is not hot. I had to heat it. This is unprofessional. Pizza should never be cold.
worst store ever to place an order, staff is expecting the customer to know where to pick up the order. I order a pizza with sodas my husband picked up the order a the staff didn’t gave him the soda. When we got home after 10 min drive I called the store to let them know my order was incomplete, staff told me is not my fault you didn’t pick up your soda all sodas are in the front. Really !!!! like people is just taking soda from the store and don’t pay for it ? is it they are so supposed to prepare the order for us and give the order complete? The worst part is that they are not expecting us to go back instead of send the soda or reimburse the money. This is not the first time that happens to us but I’m sure this will be the last. Absolutely customer service is 0. I hope people can listen to the conversation so they can listen to how rude is this people.
I placed an order at 7pm. It’s 8:30 and still has not been delivered. The app said the order was delivered when I checked at 7:45. I called the store at 8pm and the guy who answered put me on hold for like 5 minutes- I’m sure hoping I’d hang up- only to come back on and say that it’s on the way and if I don’t get it in the next 15 minutes to call back. I called back 20 minutes later and the woman who answered was rude as hell and told me that the driver just left and I was his first stop. IM SORRY WHAT?! Also, why is everyone rude as hell? No one speaks English, either - so if you don’t speak Spanish don’t bother calling. I will absolutely not be ordering from here again.
I ordered two pies, one came stale. We called and they said they’d refund my order, and they’d send another pie that I’d have to pay $20 for the one pie. Fine, because I’ll get my money back for the first order, right? When we received it, it was the wrong thing! And I still don’t have a refund. I got a call from someone which I unfortunately missed. But I’ve called back as she asked me to do in the voicemail but now no one answers and there is no voicemail box set up for me to leave a message.
On my birthday I ordered a half bacon half chicken and they gave me a Hawaiian had me drive back to change. Remade a Hawaiian. Had to wait for the correct one for 10. Other ish I ordered was cold by the time I got home. No apology. Nothing. Honestly the owner is at fault here. Not even the staff. They’re obvious overworked or undertrained

Worts experience at Dominos. I have to file a complaint with Domions Pizza. They put me on hold for more than 30 minutes each time I called because I paid for the order and they forgot to put some item in my carry bag. I called three times and they start saying the manger is not in. So I file the complaint with Dominos. I will say if you can drive little far for other dominos will be better.
The delivery guy here threw my order on the porch infront of my door. He did that after I instructed him to leave the food on the sofa on my porch. He had a terrible attitude when confronted. I called the manager there and he did nothing not even give me a refund which he said he would. So I will post the video of the delivery guy online and tag them.
I Oder a delivery which I got charged on my credit card. After waiting a hour I called to check on the status and was told I provided the wrong number. I said don’t you guys have caller ID. Anyways they NOW have my updated number and after another hour a call AGAIN to check on the status. NOW he’s says they can’t deliver to me because it’s to far. So waited over 2 hours and got no pizza and still charged me. The guy working there has no clue what he is doing bad customer service.
Tonight my son ordered a large pie and a 2 liter soda. I called 4 times because the soda was not delivered. They kept telling me 10 minutes he will be there and they never came. Two hours later since I was out, I called my son to see if he got it and he still didn’t. I had to go there to pick it up myself. when I asked for a refund they said “what’s that?” Then the gentleman said “The managers not here right now”. What kind of establishment are you guys running? I still want my refund for my son so I will be back.
Seriously NO cheese inside “Stuffed” Cheesy bread! Terrible! They said they’ll send a new one but I have to wait another 40 minutes and will give this one away to them. So 2 hours for pizza delivery. AGAIN SECOND ONE comes with NO CHEESE inside!!! This is NOT right Domino’s you gotta watch all your locations quality! I wrote to the corporate location. Hope they do something about this!!!
Horrible service. The order took more than an hour to get to the hotel. The order confirmation said it will take 24 to 34 minutes. When I called the store the employees had a party in there and they forgot to make my order. I called costumer service and I was told that they will contact the store owner. When the food arrived, the driver told me to hurry because he was wasting his time. I can assure you that I will never order from Domino's Pizza again. I rate this place 1 star because I am forced to do so. But they don't even deserve to get paid for the order. By the way, everything was cold and they expect me to eat Ceasar Salad with Balsamic Vinegar Close this store or get rid of everyone
