Bagel Street Cafe Oakland Reviews
One of my favorite cafés. The best place to get an affordable delicious sandwich. This time I bought the tuna on Jalapeño cheddar roll. This café never misses unless they're sold out of something and the staff is always pleasant and positive vibes. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
This place has never disappointed. I walked over here this morning hoping they would be open and they were! Very limited choice of bagels today on New Year's eve but that's to be expected. Friendly and fast service with 2 huge bottles of hand sanitizer in the front right as you enter. I ordered a cinnamon raisin with plain cream cheese, a deluxe veggie sandwich on cinnamon raisin and veggie deluxe on asiago spinach. I had the asiago spinach - delicious! The other 2 were for co-workers.
Great customer service. Great selection of bagels. They give lots of cream cheese in your bagel. Love the coffee selection also. Staff here than every customer they help.
Had toasted cheddar bagel with eggs, cheese and bacon. Delicious and perfectly toasted bagel with crispy bacon. Would recommend for morning bagel fix.
I will be ordering with salmon next time. $5.10 (US Currency) for a toasted toasted chocolate chip bagel, and a flavored cream cheese (My preferred flavor: Honey Almond). Appreciate the bag too! 👍🏽🤟🏽
Very delicious bagels
Early morning coffee! Nice little shop.

This is my first time try out a beef bagel Sandwich. It's so delicious. The b shop just close to my home.I really enjoy the environment. I enjoy the coffee, seat under sunny table. I hope they can open on statuary 9am to 2pm. Thank for their friendly service.
Been going since High School ! So DELICIOUS !!! I love the Bagels and Sandwiches !
Awesome bagel shop all around. A salt bagel lightly tossted with jalapeno cream cheese is my favorite. My roommates go to is a garlic bagel, toasted with egg, bacon and cheddar. Great service. Fast and friendly. A+++...
I love their Pepperoni Pizza bagels. There is no grease like pizza but it taste awesome. In addition, the quality of ingredients shines brightly in the taste of their bagel specialties. All of this for less than $5...I am in heaven.
Having a bagel sandwich from a place that makes fresh bagels is just another level. And for under $10 in this area? Hell yeah.
The best bagel place in town. I am going there since college its been almost 10 years now. They're all same. Food quality and everything. Thank you so much guys. I always support your business 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Yummy!! Our bagel sandwiches were sooo good and flavorful

Great for grabbing a quick breakfast and surprisingly good for lunch! I tried the chicken breast club on a bagel and it was packed with sprouts, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. A great steal for about $5! During the lunch rush it takes a bit of time, but nothing outrageous. Try the asiago spinach bagel!
This place is pretty busy at lunch time. Yes, bagel for lunch. It works. I like the toasted bagel with cheese and garlic. They're a bit slow getting the orders done, so it may be a little wait to get your food. They have indoor and outdoor seating.
I like this bagel shop quite a bit actually. They are always busy, but there isn't to long of a wait ever. They do run out of pastries and some flavors of bagels so make sure you go early! The only shitty thing about this place is that it's kinda hard to get to if you're driving. Shoot it was kinda confusing to get to on foot too honestly. There is parking but it's an underground parking garage that u have to pay for. The entrance to parking garage is not on 14th st but on whatever side st is behind the bagel shop. If u do park down there, u can take the elevator to the top ground. Walk to the left and around the corner, you will see a bunch of tall buildings when u get out of the elevator. When u walk towards the left you will see an ATM, cross the courtyard thing and BAM lol the bagel shop is right there. Can't miss it 😉. If you are walking there from Broadway, it's behind Walgreens and Citi bank by the art sculpture thing surrounded by hella tall buildings. Good luck lol. I love the strawberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese or the I think it's called the sugar bagel or cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese 👌bomb.com! Oh yeah.... Their coffee is horrible, tastes like hot water 🫤
It was a little hard to figure out where to go to get there if ur using Google maps. The easiest way to get there is to park in the parking garage under the building and take the elevator up. If you go early enough it's a lot easier to maneuver. Like 6ish... the food is fresh and really good strawberry crasaunt !! I was a little disappointed with the strawberry bagels and the strawberry cream cheese bc it didnt taste like strawberry very much. But it was still really good. Thr store want too crowded and I didn't have to wait long at all. I will forsure be going back .

It’s an “open space” airport spot to grab a sandwich before takeoff; simple, airy, nothing fancy.

So I really enjoy the Bagel Street Cafe in Antioch, the food is great and the staff is always friendly! However, the Downtown Oakland location is alittle different. Food was good, but the staff was too busy laughing and having personal conversations instead of paying attention to their customers.

Called in a order this morning I clearly told the lady I wanted a jalapeño cheddar no butter, egg and pepper jack cheese. I Called back and the lady was very argumentative about my order. She knew she was wrong. Basic on her service I will not be going back again. Poor Customer Service!
The people there are crazy and money hungry. I bought a pizza bagel about a week ago. And a Hispanic or European lady prepared it and said to me out of no where, "It's almost done, ok?" I don't know why she said that when I didn't even say anything about her taking a long time or anything, I was just quite waiting patiently. Then when I got my food, the sauce on the pizza bagel was cold, literally cold, while the rest of the substance of the bagel was warm. This probably happened because she was rushing when she didn't even need to, no one said anything to her. So I went back to the place and asked for a refund. I also asked why did she make my bagel that way, with the sauce cold? The Asian manager was rude, raised his voice, etc., when I asked for a refund. And this is the first refund I have ever gotten, since the years I have bought there. And yesterday, I decided to buy two bagels one with butter and one with cream cheese, and the short Asian lady, no taller than the counter, whispered something about me to the also short European or Hispanic lady who prepared my pizza bagel previously, about a week ago, and started laughing historically at me, which was very rude. Then the Asian tiny lady said "please don't get a refund" out of no where. I told her I will not get a refund, and asked her why she would ask me that when I only got one refund once in my entire years that I've shopped there, and that's been since 2021. It was very rude, strange, and unprofessional for them to whisper and laugh at me. Then a couple of seconds later she said "I can't sell to you" out of no where. I asked her why, and she said you got a refund last time. I told her that I only got one refund once and that was because the sauce was cold. And further said, so I am not allowed to get one refund in my entire life or you will kick me out? And she just kept telling me that she can't sell to me, and tried to deny that the sauce on my pizza bagel was cold, though she didn't taste it, I did. I was shocked by all of what was happening. These people are literally crazy and unprofessional. I see why other comments here say that the staff are off. I have never ever received service like this before just over getting ONE refund. These people are nuts. I will be calling corporate office on them for their highly disrespectful, unprofessional, rude service.
