Noka Ramen

I came here after the Bubble Planet experience on a Thursday, absolutely famished having skipped lunch before the exhibit. The restaurant opens around 5 pm for dinner and I got there 10 mins before opening. There was no wait time, which was a relief because I couldn’t reserve a table without a plus one. I ordered the Loco Moco and Ume Highball (which came with Pokémon cards!). Loco Moco was SO GOOD. Suited my palette to a tee. The cocktail was surprisingly satisfying - I’m a bit picky with alcoholic drinks and I’m glad I ordered this one. The servers were really welcoming - they all say irasshaimase when someone enters :) And the place is beautiful. Despite the lavish furnishing, it doesn’t create a suffocating feeling. On the contrary, the place feels light from the ample natural light allowed to fill the room through the wide glass windows. 10/10. I’ll have to bring a friend next time so I can order their sake that are apparently served with sparkles and the sailor moon figurines :D lastly, I didn’t have trouble parking. There’s a parking garage right across the restaurant.

Creative dishes, chill atmosphere smack dab in the middle of Jack London, kid friendly. Love. The decor and theme inside. Service was attentive, I swear they filled up my water 15-20 times.

This is a awsone place! food is really good , reasonable prices. Been here many times my daughter loves it here, she says it's her favorite Ramen restaurant. Our server today was Jesus he is great . I recommend this place 👌

Our first time here and our server, Jesus was great! attentive and very nice 😊 Food is excellent. We got the Ikari steak ramen, which they blow-torched at the table. We also got the Mazesoba short rib, kids ramen, and a mint lime sparkler. Everything’s great. Thank you Noka!

Very cute restaurant with Doraemon Cartoon on TV! The server, Jesus, answered our questions kindly, recommend it! Very sad the crabby ramen was out of order. We ordered the beef rice which was good too! Truffle fries were too oily though.

Our server, Jesus, was like an all-seeing King Kai, always there and guiding us through the menu with perfect advice. Every single dish was an epic saga of flavor. I'm definitely coming back to train and try everything else on the menu.

My love and I enjoyed New Year's eve with a special dinner here we had garlic ramen and Brussel sprouts. It was all so delicious. And the kiren beer was a treat too ! The servers were amazing. We even got a fun gift at the end of the night !

Very flavorful and delicious ramen. We enjoyed our lunch here. My son chose the gyoza ramen, my wife the classic and I had the spicy with an extra egg. Get their eggs! I am not sure how a boiled egg could taste so good? The service was great too. Everyone was kind thoughtful and fun. We will be back

Let me start by saying the atmosphere, and everything was esthetically. Pleasing, in very beautiful, we have reserved a table for 2. And we gotta seat right away. Our waiter, unfortunately, I did not remember his name answered on our questions since we was our first time coming in. He was very acknowledgeable about the menu and what we could.It could not substitute when he came with the drinks. The food was very good. I enjoyed the food. However, I did not enjoy the chicken. I did enjoy the trees. They were not too strong kind of however, I did not enjoy the hibiscus lychee drink. We did not really come here for the noodles. We just came for the atmosphere in the vibe of the place.

We’ve been to Noka Ramen more times than we can count — because it’s just that good — and this visit was no exception. Brought some friends for their first time before a concert, and they were blown away. Our server, Nine, was awesome — super friendly, on point, and made the night feel easy and fun. The ramen? Rich, flavorful, and plated like it came straight out of a magazine, but still pure comfort in a bowl. Happy hour drinks were perfect for the warm day, and the appetizers were the ideal kickoff to the meal. Best part? The owner stopped by our table to check in, which just shows how much they care. Great vibes, incredible food, and the kind of service that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. Our friends were so impressed they were still talking about the experience for days afterward (and writing this makes me want to return tomorrow).

I was thrilled to visit this delightful gem for the first time with friends to celebrate a colleague's birthday. The cozy atmosphere creates an inviting vibe, making it ideal for gathering. The food was outstanding-truly their Ramen is on par with the best I've had in San Francisco! We all had a fantastic time, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning with my family and friends.

SO delicious, I ordered the Classic Tonkotsu ramen (pictured) and it was SO good. They give you ample broth, load it up with toppings, fill in the gaps with noodles. This was potentially the best pork belly I’ve ever had, so tender and literally melt in your mouth. The atmosphere of the restaurant is awesome, really colorful decor and super friendly staff. If you’re in JLS you’ve gotta check this place out.

Took a trip to Oakland for a music festival and loved the aesthetic of this spot. We were instantly greeted and seated. The aesthetics are anime/tropical and the food was delicious. Jesus was our server and he was amazing, would definitely come back for the food and service alone. Lots of cute photo opportunities and they even had a picachu mascot interacting and taking pictures with everyone

Super friendly staff, kid friendly, clean outdoor eating area, and delicious eats! Thanks to our waiter Jesus who was attentive and amazing. We ordered the truffle fries, pan seared gyoza, crabby ramen, and short rib ramen. EVERYTHING was delicious down to the sparklers (yuzu lemon and orange hibiscus) We can’t wait to return!

Our server Jesus was on point! He truly took care of our party. He was attentive and recommended the best high-ball drinks. It was also their 3 year anniversary and they were giving away free raffle tickets, we won some cute prices! Hands down our favorite ramen place in Oakland. 😊

I failed to take a photo of the restroom (which I try to at all spots) but I presume it was clean because this was a pretty clean spot! I had the hot \ spicy ramen and can handle like Thai hot and though the ramen was fine. Garlic chip side is good to share for 3-5 people. Extra noodles good to share 2-3 people. I could probably kill a ramen and one extra serving of noodles 😂 Fun little themed space who mixes it up as often as they can. Great spot to do a little dinner date night and dessert or drinks nearby. Will definitely be back
