Had breakfast sandwich and tropical smoothie. Both were really good. Highly recommended.

I love this place. Owner is very friendly and generous. I love the cappuccino and bagels with various toppings . Tuna melt is to die for! Mostly does take out so seating is never a problem and always comfy. Chill music. Also, very reasonably priced.

Nunu’s takes its cafe food to another level. The chicken sandwich has so much flavor and fresh ingredients. Their food is very filling, and all the smoothies are great, but my favorite would have to be tropical. If you are thinking of giving this cafe a try, you won't regret it.

Great pick me-up breakfast cafe. They have a nice patio and lounge dining area. Their prices are Goooood! Under $15 for a sandwich, a coffee, and a tip—-unheard of with inflation. Their lox bagel was tasty and balanced..not too tart, or salty.

A good place to spend your pre-coffee grumpy morning I suppose. But I’m starting to think scheduling dates before 10am is just a bad idea. No gluten free breakfast options 🍞 but the barista pointed out they do have smoothies. Their expresso ☕️ is very good, iced americano is very smooth, cappuccino was fine but nothing special. The atmosphere and inside is a bit dead, definitely more of a to-go place. Would return!

I mean what more can you ask for. Brioche was perfectly toasted. Sausage was juicy and delicious. Sauce was creamy and tangy. Egg were well seasoned and very tender. All for less than $10 What a gem. Bonus the iced late was smackin'

So I went in hoping for a good burger or at least.a PBNJ sandwich. But no..not even sure there was a chocolate milk there. 😐 But ended up with sausage pattie and some kind of egg. But it was good hot and tasty. Still would've preferred a buger fries and some catchup. People there were nice. Thanks

Seriously, if this place doesn’t make your shortlist for best breakfast sandwich in Oakland, you are freaking P-L-A-Y-I-N-G. You’re playing yourself, and you’re playing your friends and loved ones. First time here! I was driving in the neighborhood looking for a quick breakfast spot with a friend and came across this cafe. We weren't that hungry, but definitely wanted some carbs. The avo toast with an egg was the perfect combo of tasty and healthy, while my friend got a bagel with schmear. Coffee was solid, mocha was to my preference for sweetness. Lil outdoor seating as well as some fun indoor spots. The person working the counter was pleasant and efficient. Definitely a spot to hit up when I don't quite feel like making something at home, but I'm in the mood for a quick bite in the neighborhood. Street parking is always pretty easy as well, which is great.

Hands down the best breakfast sandwich in Oakland. They have fluffy eggs, choice of meat, cheese, and amazing mayo spreads (I love the spicy one) all on an amazing bun. I can never get a picture of my food to share because I'm too eager to dive right in and eat. The staff are extremely nice as well. Don't pass this place up, it's a must!

An incredible spot! The food, menu, and prices are GREAT and the staff is very chill and friendly. The food is prepared in a very timely manner as well. I had the pork sausage breakfast sandwich and it was the best I think I’ve ever eaten. The sandwich and latte were < $15, which I consider a steal in this town. I can’t wait to try other things from the menu.

Went here for the first time this morning after a friend raved about the place. I ordered the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. The service was friendly and everyone was really nice. The environment was clean and welcoming. They have free Wi-Fi. My sandwich was brought out within about 5 minutes. It was hot and fresh and everything was good. My only issue is that they make the egg in the microwave. I could tell from the texture and steaminess of it that it was microwaved, probably in a plastic container. I asked the employee if a microwave was used for any part of the cooking and he confirmed they cook the egg in the microwave. When I go to a cafe, I don't want my food microwaved. If I had known they would microwave, I would have asked if they can make my eggs on the grill instead of the microwave. I might try that next time and see if they will accommodate, because I avoid the microwave.

the ambiance was chill, and there are lots of places to sit, but the food was dull and over-sauced. the dude working there was very nice. the experience was just fine but it's not a repeat for me.

I Ordered the meatball sandwich, it has 6 tiny frozen meatballs of questionable origin that were overcooked/dried out with some cheese and marinara. The meatballs are actually hard with a crusty shell and hard chunks throughout. The bread was absolutely soaked in not-neutral (and definitely not olive) oil for some reason, and was definitely stale. Quantity of food for $12 is terrible, and quality is hastily thrown together Costco ingredients. Absolutely inedible waste of $26 for two.
