It is located in Terminal 2 between Gates 29 and 30. Great bay views. Lots of bar seating. Limited table seating. This place gets packed, so get ready to wait in line. I came here for their beers, and I was not disappointed

Angels Envy for $14 was the best deal of the visit. The wings and fries portions are small but flavor on wings is good. Bartenders were attentive

Nice view and nice staff who brought us water and helpfully offered to take our order instead of relying on the QR code. I ordered the Korean fried chicken appetizer and it was quite a bit tastier than I expected for airport food. The chicken glaze was flavorful and just a tad bit spicy and the pickled cucumbers balanced it well. I wasn't convinced they were chicken thighs as advertised and seemed more like breast meat but they were still good.

There is no reason to ask for tip. No one speaks to you. You order on an app. They just drop off your order. I would rather pick up from a window. I asked for more coffee and that was a bother. Customer service is dead.

Ordered via phone with a QR code & order still wasn’t correct, so it isn’t like there was a miscommunication. If you order a drink, maybe get a beer so there’s less of a chance the bartender gets it wrong. Also, they weren’t crowded, so she probably just wasn’t paying attention. Ordered the bacon breakfast tacos & they forgot the bacon, so had to ask for it. Come for the view & pleasant seating area, skip the food.

Then I got a glass of water with a bunch of flecks floating in it - black, looked like large pepper or something. So I ordered the burger and fries for almost $30 ($24+$2 for fries). The fries were generic frozen fries from the dollar store. The burger made me crave fast food - this was slightly above McDonald's and definitely below Carl's or Jack. There's a great selection of Sierra beers though, and it's a busy spot so a good crowd moving through. That's the only saving grace.

The avocado tasted bitter and old and the tomatoes were still icy, the bread had... Nothing, not even butter or oil. Salting my meal just made it taste worse. for $18 I got a dish that was not only small, bland, and unappetizing, but I even asked the waiter if something was wrong in the kitchen, or if I was just there way to early in the morning. He told me straight up "no, that's what the avocado toast is supposed to be." I'm absolutely floored. I regret eating here and I regret not just walking out.

She was annoyed and brought some ranch. This was 07/31 around 8:15 am. I travel frequently and have always received good service. My experience today was unacceptable.

This occurred in the airport. The server had just finished handling, dirty dishes, and dirty silverware from other customers, and went to get our flatware without washing her hands. I took her discreetly to the side and quietly asked her if she would please wash her hands before bringing us our food and flatware. She presented a very strong attitude and said "Yeah, I'm not doing all that! " I am an African American woman myself in my 70's so it wasn't due to any prejudice towards her that I requested she wash her hands after handling used flatware and dishes. Because Covid is still around and we have a son with special needs, we try our best to wash our own hands often. So we walked out and went over to Calavera and had a really nice meal. It's a shame there was no concern for public health and a lack of humility over a simple request for cleanliness, which is expected and appropriate for an eating establishment. Shame on her for not caring.

The service was terrible our waitress never checked on us we had to call her over every time we needed something. My chicken sandwich was overcooked so I sent it back for a new one and the 2nd one was even worse. Then they automatically took a $15 tip off of my card without asking for a tip.

Food was okay, server named madeleen was very disrespectful. I ask if my wife and I can sit at the bar after ordering my self a burger and and us some beers from the restaurant and she rudely tells me we ordered to-go so we can’t sit there unless we order something as if I’m not already a paying customer. Wouldn’t recommend.
