I stop here a few times a week. Very friendly service. My favorite snacks are the ham and cheese croissant and fresh fruit & granola yogurt cup. It's a great place to sit and hang out (tables inside and outside) or to pop in on your way.

Ultimate Grounds is a wonderful place. Anna, Seng and the whole staff are lovely, caring and very kind. They make every effort to make everyone feel totally welcome. The coffee and food is delicious. This is our little neighborhood gem.

Great locally owned coffee shop! Nothing is earth shatteringly amazing other than their baked goods, but all is very tasty, fresh, and consistently high quality. This place is worth supporting and runs laps around Peet's and the like.

I have eaten here many times and it is always the same…. Great is worth the stop

Great people great service I had a hard time finding a natural juice.... In most of the places they do have unhealthy juices with a lot of sugar but in Ultimate Grounds you can enjoy a natural and fresh orange juice thanks for making the difference!!

This is my neighborhood coffee shop. The owners/operators are in there every day, and they remember all their regular customers. Food and drinks come out at breakneck speed considering that they only have 3 people behind that bar?

Customizable with bread, Baguette, croissant, or bagel, there are rich options as well as healthy options such as fruit cups, veggie add-ons, and chia seed pudding. Smoothie was made with real fruit, and the apricot walnut rugelach pastry was divine.

Friendly customer service. There is no air-condition which I think is a plus because I usually get cold in other study cafes, they do have ceiling fans for airflow! Food is yummy, recommend the eggplant sandwich and thai iced tea!

Love, love, love Ultimate Grounds! It's my neighborhood, family owned cafe, and a cozy spot for lunch in their lovely garden patio in the back. The staff are always sweetly courteous and friendly. The menu offers a variety of light breakfast and lunch options in addition to espresso drinks. Imo, they make the perfect BLT. Highly recommend it for a quick bite and coffee.

I stop here pretty regularly. The couple who own the coffee shop are really service oriented and offer delicious edibles (not that kind, good lord, take a deep breath). They make an excellent cup of coffee or a latte or cappuccino. Their breakfast and lunch selection will appeal to just about anybody. One specialty item they carry is cubed watermelon. I don't know how they do it but they ALWAYS have the freshest and sweetest bites. They open at 7 am and like I often say "you can't go wrong with this place"

The coffee and the food are both very good. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and the espresso had a great flavor. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg and bacon, which was cooked well and tasted amazing. Lastly, the chocolate macaroon was delicious! I recommend going here.

I love this place. It's a small, intimate shop, family owned and operated. Always have fresh coffee. The staff is friendly, and they make an effort to remember their regular customers (and their orders). They have a decent selection of pastries, sandwiches, coffees, and teas, and are willing to make fresh cuts to order. You won't be disappointed visiting this place.

Nice little coffee shop. Has front seat outdoor and also a small back courtyard with a few seats. Inside has a large seating area with table and couches. Coffee is very good and staff very polite. Large selection of syrups. Good selection of drinks and pastries and teas. Some vegan option too.

Go to this establishment for caffeine and studying. Good WiFi access, coffee is good enough, the place is a bit small at busier times you can't find a table.

So I came to have espresso coffee whether you call it a latte or cappuccino, whatever they have an 8 ounce cup, which is my preference two shots and some milk this way you’re not getting a 12 ounce cup & it’s mostly milk , so here’s what I didn’t like the 12 ounce cup. They put one shot of espresso so that means you’re getting 1 ounce of coffee any 10 to 11 ounces of milk, that’s not coffee pets milk he charge $3.50 for that which is cool. So I asked for the 8 ounce cup with two shots. He charge me $4.00, I asked, why would I pay 450 for an 8 ounce cup? He tells me, because in his 12 ounce company puts one shot of espresso, his 16 ounce he put two shots of espresso, so has an x barista before Starbucks was even a twinkle in whatever his name i, I did that job, the extra cost is usually because of the milk not the coffee but this dude here wants to charge me $1.50 for the extra shot of espresso but also you’re using only 5 ounces of milk opposed to a 12 ounce cup where you’re using almost 10 to 11 ounces of milk, I don’t care if it’s a neighborhood coffee shop, then a cat friendly he want to rush through your order not my place
