Buen lugar
Nice place, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. The frappes are good, although not as strong as at other franchises. The service was slow to deliver our frappes; they should train the staff better or hire more people. Two guys is too few for a place downtown, but I would definitely return. I hope they can improve the wait time and their frappes.
Excellent place, I went in the late afternoon/evening and the guys who served me were very friendly, overall the service was 100%, highly recommended
Good service. Friendly and attentive waiters. I went in to try a double hot cappuccino and a cheesecake. The cheesecake was suggested by the waiter who served me. The place is spacious, with several chairs to relax, chat, or simply sit and enjoy a coffee or any other beverage. It's quiet, there's no noise inside, perfect for working or studying. Plus, it's centrally located, which makes it convenient. The prices are reasonable. The restrooms could use some cleaning from time to time for the comfort of the customers. I highly recommend the coffee.

Wspaniała kawa mrożona w dużym wyborze. Lokal ukryty w lobby hotelu. Trochę trudno go znaleźć. Ale naprawdę warto.
It's a quiet place; you can have your coffee and chat since there's no noise.
The service was very bad. The young man who served us was rude and made faces of displeasure. It's very unfortunate because I've been there three times because of the peaceful atmosphere for working and chatting, and twice out of those three times he was rude. Otherwise, everything was fine; only the service should be improved.
