All the food tasted like it was microwaved. Not the first time this has happened unfortunately. This is the closest wendys to my home and work so it really sucks that the food rarely hits the mark. At least the food is usually warm, not really "fresh". Not to mention this place gets mobbed at 3 when school let's out, so dont even try to get food then.

Somethings verrry different about their “meat” no longer where the beef is! I worked for Wendy’s years ago. We have always enjoyed their food for years …no more. Bummer. Won’t be eating whatever that was again. Messed up 3 out of the 4 burger orders on top of whatever the patty is made from.

Walked in and stood there for 4 or 5 minutes without even being acknowledged, let alone greeted (which is not uncommon for Cali fast food, but they still don’t get a pass for that). Eventually, a woman whom appeared to be the manager or shift lead approached me at the counter (no greeting or apology) and asked if I ordered for pick up. I answered “yes”. She then walks over to the frier, tucks in the front of her shirt as deep into her pants as she was deep in thought reading my order off the screen over her head, and touches my fries with her bare hands. They gave me the wrong drink, the burger hemorrhaged sauce into my lap with every bite which is I guess my fault for asking for extra mayo, and when the man sped over to make my wife’s frosty he spent 3 seconds giving it 2 half-hearted shallow plunges into the blender, and then plopped down onto the countertop in front of me a cup with the inside of it wallpapered with chocolate sauce 1/2 an inch thick. I waited 15-20 minutes for food I ordered 10 minutes ahead. I give a lot of slack to fast food workers honestly, and I literally almost never do reviews, but then I saw they had neglected to give me a fork for the undoubtedly uncontested driest Cinnabon pull apart in the western United States, and that was the last straw. Were it not for the fact that this was intended to be a quick stop before the 1h 15m drive home after the previous 5 I had already driven, I would’ve whipped the car around, and had them fix this catastrophe. But I cut my losses for the gain of getting my night’s rest a little sooner. If you’re asking my advice, avoid this Wendy’s at all cost. A couple weeks ago I heard the sad news that Wendy’s is closing thousands of locations soon. Tonight, I stumbled upon the silver lining that this establishment could be one of them.

I don’t know who they newly hired here but I’ve been coming to this Wendi’s sense 2018 and as of late the customer service is horrible the employees act like you’re the ex and are disgusted to see or talk to you , and food is always cold every time I go here for the cheap options and even ordering at the window everything we ordered came out cold with a slice of horrid customer service yall need to clean house asap

The person at the drive thru needs to speak clearer and slower because it comes across as unintelligible over the speaker. And then when I ordered and paid for a full combo meal, I was handed a kids meal and since I was in a rush and had not had Wendy's in years (I should have double checked the bag before leaving), I didn't notice until I was already to far away to fix it. So I did not get a enough food and overpaid for it. Very frustrating and will probably never be back to this location.

The girl that helped me was very rude and couldn’t even understand her!!! Learn to speak English, these people don’t deserve $20hr more like $10hr, and how you going to be out of French toast sticks at 9am

picked up my order and that's the large fry I was given, paid $5 for an extra small it seems. That's the strawberry lemonade, basically paid for water 👎👎👎👎 never going there again.

Bad enough the prices are sky high, but when I upgraded to a medium they only filled the fries 1/3 full - LITERALLY!!! I don't like being ripped off! I won't be ripped off again and will take my business elsewhere!!!

This Wendy's claim to give 7 strips of bacon on their bacon breakfast burrito. I actually only got 1 strip of bacon, lots of potatoes, and egg. What a disappointment this was. It deserved 0 stars 🌟.

This is the 4th time we’ve EVER gone to Wendy’s, and the 4th time our order was messed up, or items are missing. We’ve been kind. Food is way too expensive to pay for it and not receive it. Then no one answers their phones when you try to get a hold of them. We left the parking lot checking if we had received our chili, which they forgot the previous time, to get home and find we didn’t receive 2/4 burgers. Honestly fed up with the area and the service. We don’t recommend eating here unless you’re prepared not to receive your stuff. Do better.
