they’re lucky I’m giving them a 2. Awful costumer service, long wait times for no reason. It’s not clean employees look dirty and gross.

$40 for an 8pc with 2 sides is crazy... Its basically $20 for a 4pc 1 side. Hope the food is worth the price.

Manager on Duty was rude. I was missing an item in my order, she at first ignored the fact that I was standing at the counter. When I informed her of my issue and Showed her my receipt she kept getting rude. Very poor Customer Service.

We've been sitting here watching 1 or 2 people do all the work while the others stand around. We've been here 30 minutes, waiting for our order for most of that. All we ordered was sides... We haven't come to this location, or any other, for about 2 months, because last time we waited in the drive through for over an hour. The place is not very clean either... Those are just a small representation of how dirty it is. Very disappointed!

Took forever just too get my order and they forgot my nuggets even tho I asked them 2 time and and they only gave us 4 free taco the nuggets cost 10 but gave us 5 dollars worth of taco wouldn’t recommend going there

Chicken place no white meat, no tenders..... Have a review before for bad service, went back once since then(before tonight) it was ok, but probably will not return not worth the drive to only have to go else where

Went about 3p.m. had to sit and wait in the drive thru for what seemed like a long time even after saying, "hello, hello" a few times was instructed to come inside for my online order only to be met with the cashier holding an infant in her arms talking to her friends or relatives very unprofessional and to top it off my order was still not ready had to wait another 15 minutes or so! My chicken was at least fresh.

Where is your front counter and other staff? Came to front counter Noone acknowledges me at all, and just when I was about to walk out the drive thru person comes to help.

I wouldn’t give this nasty food to my dogs. The chicken was falling apart as if someone was eating off it. Mind you this is an “8 piece”. The lady at the window didn’t know how to read and was going to jip my drink because they were out of an ingredient. She practically threw our food at us. Never going back. This place should be shut down. Before they start making people sick.

One time I came here and ordered a 4 piece combo. What ingot was 4 pieces of greasy soggy slop in a box. When I went to get it replaced I saw that the inside was filthy, the workers were coming in and out a bunch to go smoke and when they would come in they didn’t wash their hands and go straight to handling food. I decided to just ask for my money back. While I was waiting for the manager I heard a baby crying in the back. One of the workers had an infant in the back somewhere. Eventually the manager came and gave me my refund. I asked for a receipt. He said he can’t give it to me so I asked if I could take a picture of it. He looked at someone in the back and then said sure and held it up. After I took a picture he said “have a nice life” before walking away. I’ve never once in my life brought food back before this and haven’t since. If you go through the drive thru and you want something like hot sauce or bbq sauce or anything similar make sure to get it before they have you pull forward. They only care about their times and need you to pull forward to stop the timer for the order and if you ask for it you likely won’t get it. The only good service I have had at this location is one of the guys working there is great every time. I don’t know his name but he is a black guy.

Ordered 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, a famous bowl, and 2 Mac n cheeses. Order arrived and had 0 mashed potatoes, the famous bowl had no mashed potatoes, instead it had Mac n cheese with chicken on top. Got 1 corn that wasn't ordered. When I asked the manager about it, she said she approved the substitutions since they were out of mashed potatoes. Worst kfc service ever.

The guy with freckles that works the drive thru doesn't belong ANYWHERE near customers with his attitude and his "yea" "yea" "what" responses. It was obvious he was irritated and didn't want to be there. Where do I start? Ordered the 4 piece fried chicken combo and could barely hear the guy through the speaker. I repeated my order so they wouldn't mess it up and he answers with "yea" "what". I should have left there but I had a craving for KFC so I stuck it out. The amount of time I waited, 15 min, seemed like I ordered a big feast. Drive thru is VERY SLOW. So after 15 min, I get my order and I check because who haven't got wrong orders before right? I only get 3 pieces and no biscuit. I wait to get his attention and he finally comes after a min or so. He then responds with "what". I get that you might have a bad day or whatever problems you're through but don't release it on the customers that are there to give you business. It seems like the managers or the franchise owner don't care because with a 2.6 review, you would think they would train their employees a little better. So I go home to eat the meal and go straight for the biscuit and it's still raw in the middle. Never again will I stop at this KFC because the employees are not trained properly to interact with customers and no-one should go through the horrible experience with employees anywhere like I did here.

Worst KFC I've been to. Got a bucket, original, skin was soggy and falling off. Was told that's normal. Exchanged it for extra crispy. Staff was polite and Exchanged my order no problem, but I've never had this issue before at any KFC.

was super gross, the line kept building up and it took forever to get my food. no french fries? and on of the employees started to have attitude for no reason. floor was also really slippery, and no toilet paper. no trash cans? and the signs were falling down on the windows. fix yourself, so unprofessional.
