Great burgers, chicken tenders and chili dogs! Can't say enough about the flavor of the chili! Good selection of sides too! Small hole in the and really CLEAN place!

I had a great experience at Better Burger! The burgers were delicious and cooked just right, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I also tried their cheesecake for dessert, and it was absolutely fantastic — creamy, rich, and the perfect way to end the meal. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I went for the first time the other day and I ordered the taco plate. The meat was way over seasoned. Way too much pepper and salt (and I like salty), but I couldn't even finish my food. The tables were dirty also. We went mid afternoon. My partner had the catfish and that was really good.

With the 4 1/2 stars this place has, I was expecting a great flavor burger. It's ok to my opinion. To bad heffs closed down. I think those were some good tasting burgers and they were bigger too. I have never tried five guys burgers so, that will be my next burger stop to check out. You got to try it for your self and comment on what you think. Good old fashion burger taste, like back in the days.

Went in for lunch, just a simple burger meal..the skinny lady with black hair with a blonde streak in her hair was so rude! Asked for a refill and she just grabbed my cup and got it, she didn’t say here you go or no problem when I said thank you. Went back afterwards to order a banana split and she didn’t not want to be making one, she was so irritated I ordered one, she bought it out and just gave it to me so rude and didn’t say anything, at that time my buddy was with me and he asked for a refill and she just grabbed the cup and rolled her eyes.. just the rudest experience! Probably won’t be back! Place use to be good but it’s definitely going down hill and the owners probably don’t even care!

The food was inexpensive but mediocre. Big burgers but not fresh. I think the patties are frozen. The fries were cold. The tea tasted like dry grease.

This place gets orders wrong and makes you wait for 45 minutes for your order the service is terrible not going back there again

This place was not the best experience The burgers were nasty. It tasted like SpongeBob had made those burgers The worker that worked at the front desk, she had a attitude. She was acting like she didn’t wanna work there anymore. I would not recommend this place because I had a bad experience.

Decided to go have dinner, it's been a long time since I've been here, first of all you walk in, nice, but then I step up to place my order as I'm placing it somebody walks in then somebody walks out from the back and she starts taking his order over my head then they step aside and continue which distracts the young lady that's taking my order. He was a Previous employee we soon came to find out. They forgot to add my jalapenos so I let them know and they brought me out some jalapenos, We finished eating our burgers which I thought were better than Whataburger that's my opinion. So we decided to get something for my brother and my mom I placed the order. I asked for a shake I knew they were helping with a drive-thru and had previous orders so I told the young lady to wait on my shake until my order was ready she told me she preferred to make it right there and just put it in the refrigerator I asked her not to do that cause I did not want it to be melted. I received my order then I asked the young lady that gave me the order to make my milkshake as I go to front of the counter I see her pulling it out of the refrigerator and it tilts over and it spills out if I wouldnt have seen this happen she would have just given it to me like that. I asked her that I told the previous young lady that I did not want my shake done until I was ready to leave which they did not listen I opened the lid and quarter of it was gone where it had spilled out. All she offered was I can add more milk and blend it. While this was happening another couple comes in and the young lady that's at the register starts taking their order while I'm standing in front of this couple. (It's a small counter one register) They forgot to add the bacon and the jalapenos to the Burger. It was supposed to be a relaxing dinner, but it just turned out to be a stressful dinner. Burgers were good, my mom said her dinner was good as well, but I wouldn't come here again. With the unprofessional attitude that I got at the register, the yelling that was done over my head as I was trying to give them my order. How they handled my shake....for the price I spent here I would rather go to a nice restaurant.

I know both Country Cafe and Better Burger owned by same individual. Country Cafe is awesome been going there since 2017 never had a bad experience. Better Burger is open on Sunday and has no choice. Order 3 bacon cheese burgers. No bacon in any burger. Was charged for bacon. This is normal for Better Burger. Please I hope the owner reads this. Keep Country Cafe opened full time Sundays and limit Better Burgers hours the staff here sucks. Just my opinion!!

Just horrible service. I usually come here once a week. Customer service has went down hill along with the quality of food. The bushy blonde haired white girl that is a manager is just rude and awful. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak and order. My whole order was wrong because she wouldn't listen. I definitely won't be back. My experience overall was a flat 0. What a shame. SMH! Train your people better. And the young Spanish girl with glasses has no business working FOH. She doesn't listen either.
