Nice McDonald's deserves a relative 5 stars for what it is. Service was good and associates were helpful. Restaurant was clean for the most part aside from some dirty tables. Had breakfast with my son after backpacking at Piedra Blanca

I would like to first and foremost say the following workers have treated me fabulous Liza ,Adrian ,Nick ,Mario ,Adam have gone above and beyond to make my atmosphere better as a disabled person with Anxiety Also other workers have been amazing it's clean friendly and I recommend it

This McDonald's is pretty nice actually. Compared to all the others in the county and surrounding areas, this one is probably the cleanest one. There aren't too many people that go here either, so it can often be a nice place to sit down and work, enjoy a meal with friends or quickly drive through. Of course, it still has its busy chaotic times throughout the day, and you know how that goes, but generally it is quite nice to go here. The employees are nice, the food comes out hot and fast and the facility is clean. I do recommend sitting inside if you want the best experience, but the Drive-Thru should do you fine as well. Keep up the good work McDonalds!

Came in for a quick breakfast in a hurry. Samantha greeted me immediately. She was friendly and professional. The drive thru was busy, so I expected to wait a few minutes. However, the food came out so fast that I was completely blown away. And it was delicious. Great job!!

My previous local MacD's, how could I ever forget the tree seats. I came here a lot (unfortunately) but I won't forget this small chain's inclusion in the shamrock shake programs. Looked forward to getting those every year. As another plus (or minus, depending) this place in particular got me hooked on soft serve ice cream. Boy, that stuff is good.

Always clean, especially the dining area. Friendly staff. I wish that the time they served breakfast lasted a little longer. Otherwise I would recommend a visit to anyone!! I like the specials they have.

Great customer service. Fresh fries which is a big plus. Friendly staff, and a good play area for the kids. Clean atmosphere. Although i wasn't a big fan of not having a soda fountain which enables you to refill your drinks as much as you want,but was able to get a refill if you asked at the counter for it.

The general manager is ON IT! I always feel uncomfortable when the owner sits there and watches the workers. But overall it seems like a great McDonald's I love taking my kids to the indoor play place

Drive-through is very low so if you’re in a hurry don’t bother. I wouldn’t call the staff exactly the friendliest.

Consistently the slowest and least friendly McDonald’s. I come here because it’s close to my house, but I’ve never had a good experience here. You will wait in the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time, even if there is nobody in front of you.

Jaba the Hut girl working the drive thru is the rudest fast food worker I've ever come in contact with. Never smiles, never polite, and often is actually overtly rude. Still have not brought back all day breakfast. They do have some really good employees. Bring back all day breakfast and for Jaba and I'll redo my review.

I was in the drive through sunday morning to just get a coffee. Normally on the app when I order the one dollar coffee deal , there is no up charge for the caramel, At least at other locations this has been the case. While I was ordering I noticed I was getting charged an extra dollar seventy for caramel and so I said oh normally it doesn't upcharge me for that. The employee was a young man, He had an attitude and his voice and told me that I was wrong. And gave me a long "oookaaaayyy" in a sarcastic tone when I told him I'll check the app to see if it upcharges me there. In this case yes, I was wrong. Their particular restaurant does up charge, which is weird because here I am at in goleta with my coffee and no upcharge. To sum it all up regardless if I was wrong he shouldn't have been rude to me.
