Always clean, especially the dining area. Friendly staff. I wish that the time they served breakfast lasted a little longer. Otherwise I would recommend a visit to anyone!! I like the specials they have.

Great customer service. Fresh fries which is a big plus. Friendly staff, and a good play area for the kids. Clean atmosphere. Although i wasn't a big fan of not having a soda fountain which enables you to refill your drinks as much as you want,but was able to get a refill if you asked at the counter for it.

The drive thru lady was not very nice because I was trying to order while the menu screen wasnt actually showing the menu. It only shows what you have ordered

The general manager is ON IT! I always feel uncomfortable when the owner sits there and watches the workers. But overall it seems like a great McDonald's I love taking my kids to the indoor play place

Drive-through is very low so if you’re in a hurry don’t bother. I wouldn’t call the staff exactly the friendliest.

Ordered DoorDash and paid extra for sauces and didn’t get any. Our food was also pretty cold

Consistently the slowest and least friendly McDonald’s. I come here because it’s close to my house, but I’ve never had a good experience here. You will wait in the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time, even if there is nobody in front of you.

Jaba the Hut girl working the drive thru is the rudest fast food worker I've ever come in contact with. Never smiles, never polite, and often is actually overtly rude. Still have not brought back all day breakfast. They do have some really good employees. Bring back all day breakfast and for Jaba and I'll redo my review.

I was in the drive through sunday morning to just get a coffee. Normally on the app when I order the one dollar coffee deal , there is no up charge for the caramel, At least at other locations this has been the case. While I was ordering I noticed I was getting charged an extra dollar seventy for caramel and so I said oh normally it doesn't upcharge me for that. The employee was a young man, He had an attitude and his voice and told me that I was wrong. And gave me a long "oookaaaayyy" in a sarcastic tone when I told him I'll check the app to see if it upcharges me there. In this case yes, I was wrong. Their particular restaurant does up charge, which is weird because here I am at in goleta with my coffee and no upcharge. To sum it all up regardless if I was wrong he shouldn't have been rude to me.
