Muy buen lugar

El servicio a domicilio es un poco malo te envían el pan sin calentar.

Me gusta mucho comer aquí, empleados amables y comida fresca y a buen precio.

No había comido en subway en muchos años, pero la calidad es buena y me sentí ligera con nuestra elección de comida.

Es un lugar pequeño, pero una atención muy buena en general, lugar para comer y además cuenta con tv para acompañar en la hora del almuerzo. Y además hay subway para llevar.

Esos baguette son deliciosos, tienen tanta variedad que no sé cuál elegir, porque todos están muy ricos👌

Everything seemed great to me, the service was quite fast, and the place was clean. I see that some people are complaining that the sign says they close at 9, but they're cleaning up at 8. It seems OBVIOUS to me that if they close at 9, they should clean before then, but anyway, I've gone at 8:40 and they're still serving me; they just tell you the toaster is off.

Es lo esperado en la experiencia de Subway pero falta un poco de valor agregado del personal...

A mí me gusta mucho comer ahí, pero en especial el día de hoy, fui y no encontré pan de ajo, después el chico que nos atendió, muy de mala gana, ahora en estos tiempos, que debemos usar el cubrebocas, debemos ser más claros a hablar, porque a veces no se entiende, entonces este chico, contesta de malas y con el cubrebocas pues no, muy mal, y el lugar bastante bien, solo fue la atención la que no me gustó, pero en general buena experiencia, que.pre muy rico 😋😁

Estaría riquísimo si calentaran más la proteína ya que está congelada y cuando la comes está frio

Las proteínas son de soya o de otros ingredientes pero no es carne natural De ahí en fuera pues el sabor lo dan los vegetales y los aderezos

Lugar limpio, buen sabor, el problema fue al solicitar la factura por correo electrónico, en el establecimiento está colocado un letrero que dice que a mas tardar en 48 horas te la mandan, a mi me tardaron 6 días para enviármela, además estaba mal el monto, les reenvíe correo y jamás me contestaron 😾, busqué otro medio de facturación en línea, pero esta sucursal no aparece.

Closing time is 9:00, it's 8:30 and they've already cleared the tables and mopped the floor. Clearly, they didn't serve us anything to eat in, and the Subway could only be heated in the microwave since they were already washing the conventional oven. They sold us the product without any intention of actually heating it. The Subway was cold, and here we are eating it at the movies.

The service from one of the servers was rude and arrogant; they wouldn't let me add more vegetables or toppings than what they indicated. At other branches, I've never been denied the option to add more things to my Subway.

The truth is, the service was average. We arrived and people tried to sell you things that should be finished "right now." The size of the loaf, the flavor of the bread, etc. The ingredients they offer leave much to be desired because they don't have meat, when what they're offering you is MEAT and what they're really selling you is SOY. Arriving at a place and rushing to buy something because the ladies are in a hurry, only to realize they gave you SOY instead of meat...that's not what you'd expect, really.

Falta mucha higiene en el lugar y el personal, deficiente capacitación del personal y la preparación de los subways no sigue los estándares observados en otros locales de la franquicia.

Están muy sabrosos pero si no te pones pilas te llevan al baile ,cobrando te más , yo pedí uno de teriyaki de 30 más dos refrescos y me querían cobrar $270.00 cuando en realidad son $154.00 NO se pasen

Terrible service. I ordered three combo meals and they only gave me sandwiches. I had to pay extra for drinks and cookies. The girls don't listen and keep asking for everything, while the guy was the complete opposite—friendly and actually listened.

The lettuce was oxidized, and you can only order your sandwich with the vegetables they have listed on the menu. When you're used to Subway in the US, you're completely confused, but hey, this is Mexico, and everything is different here. Not everywhere cares about the customer. The person who made the sandwich doesn't even know how to cut the bread; they need more training, and the place needs to be cleaner.

I bought through Didi and they didn't send me a product. I had to mark everything because otherwise they would give me a $0 refund. The store rejected it. The service was terrible, both from the store and the app. If they're not going to send the items, they shouldn't even charge for them.

Un lugar lleno de moscas es insoporrable, les pedi de favor prendieean sus ventiladores y simplemente me ignoraron dice que si pero no lo hacen una tempeeatura de 26 grados creo hasta era nesesario muy mal por los comenzales al igual hay muchas abejas, lo peor es la atención

Del asco, precio elevados, te preguntan si caliente o frío pero de las dos formas esta igual. Las cosas al aventon y aun siendo el único cliente. Para nada recomendable

El pan no era de ayer, era de la semana pasada, quemado. Le indiqué a la vendedora como estaba el pan y me indicó, pues todos están así. Decidí no comprar nada, y no vuelvo a ese lugar.

Al parecer los Boneless los tenían refrigerados y así los pusieron en el subway, estaban muy fríos, no pedi cebolla y si le pusieron, pedi el pan dorado y estaba aguado.

Muy mala sucursal, asisti a las 11:30 am estaba cerrado, pase 15 minutos después ya estaba abierto pero no tenían pan y había que esperar un mínimo de 30 minuto a que estuviera listo.

Cierran el lugar antes del horario publicado. Fuimos a las 8 de la noche y nos negaron el servicio aunque el horario de cierre era a las 9 pm.

Terrible. This is the second time we've been to the plaza. They're supposed to close at 9, but they're clearing tables and mopping from 8. They have an "open" sign, but they see you and go straight into the kitchen. Awful, and rude to boot. When you order delivery, they send whatever they want, and they don't even toast the bread.

Terrible place, they have opening hours until 9:00 PM marked on their access door, however, the collaborators from 7:50 PM run after customers, they start putting chairs on the tables with the intention of not letting any diners in, you order to go and they tell you that the food is cold because they have already disconnected the oven, being that it is a service that is part of the product they offer..! It's simply that they want to leave early. I consider that if the hours are very long, they could reduce them and change their opening hours and signs or look for alternatives so that the service is provided without the need to be rude and rudely running customers because they already want to leave 1 hour early.

I had a very bad experience. I went with my family, and we all found the service and the food unpleasant. The lettuce was burnt, the chicken and beef were frozen, the bread was flavorless and dry, and the cheese tasted like plastic. The quality isn't the same as it was a few years ago, and it's incredibly expensive for the quality we get. Honestly, I will never go back!

Terrible experience, very unpleasant service. I'm a Subway fan, but here they give you whatever they want because they're "respecting the recipe." Unfortunately, it was bad. The Subway sandwiches were bland, the ingredients were stale (and I'm not talking about a day or two old), and you can't add any other ingredients because that's the first thing the employee tells you. They serve it however they want; I ordered my Subway sandwich cold and they gave it to me hot. Honestly, the food was terrible.

On July 11, 2023, I arrived at the Subway Santa Cruz branch in Ojo de Agua, Tecámac. The strange thing was that the illuminated sign said "open," but they had already cleared the chairs off the tables and were finishing cleaning the floors. We asked if they were still open, to which two guys (employees) said yes. As my family started ordering, they told them they only had takeout service. I asked them what time they closed, to which they told me it was 9:00 PM. So I asked them, then why couldn't we use the restaurant's table service? One of them (an employee) told me that table service didn't end until 8:00 PM. I wanted to enjoy a Sub seated and relaxed, so, after refusing table service, we left. I was quite annoyed by the terrible service and zero customer service. Three minutes after I got to my car and two minutes after we left the mall, I realized it wasn't even 8:00 PM yet. I was doubly annoyed, because when we got to the restaurant it was approximately 7:45, and they denied us table service. A very unpleasant experience.
