Everything was great.
Everything seemed great to me, the service was quite fast, and the place was clean. I see that some people are complaining that the sign says they close at 9, but they're cleaning up at 8. It seems OBVIOUS to me that if they close at 9, they should clean before then, but anyway, I've gone at 8:40 and they're still serving me; they just tell you the toaster is off.
I personally really like Subway, but my food arrived freezing cold. That's not good. Just a heads-up: if your food arrives cold when you order delivery, report it to the Subway branch.
Closing time is 9:00, it's 8:30 and they've already cleared the tables and mopped the floor. Clearly, they didn't serve us anything to eat in, and the Subway could only be heated in the microwave since they were already washing the conventional oven. They sold us the product without any intention of actually heating it. The Subway was cold, and here we are eating it at the movies.
The service from one of the servers was rude and arrogant; they wouldn't let me add more vegetables or toppings than what they indicated. At other branches, I've never been denied the option to add more things to my Subway.
The truth is, the service was average. We arrived and people tried to sell you things that should be finished "right now." The size of the loaf, the flavor of the bread, etc. The ingredients they offer leave much to be desired because they don't have meat, when what they're offering you is MEAT and what they're really selling you is SOY. Arriving at a place and rushing to buy something because the ladies are in a hurry, only to realize they gave you SOY instead of meat...that's not what you'd expect, really.
Terrible service. I ordered three combo meals and they only gave me sandwiches. I had to pay extra for drinks and cookies. The girls don't listen and keep asking for everything, while the guy was the complete opposite—friendly and actually listened.
The lettuce was oxidized, and you can only order your sandwich with the vegetables they have listed on the menu. When you're used to Subway in the US, you're completely confused, but hey, this is Mexico, and everything is different here. Not everywhere cares about the customer. The person who made the sandwich doesn't even know how to cut the bread; they need more training, and the place needs to be cleaner.
I bought through Didi and they didn't send me a product. I had to mark everything because otherwise they would give me a $0 refund. The store rejected it. The service was terrible, both from the store and the app. If they're not going to send the items, they shouldn't even charge for them.
Terrible. This is the second time we've been to the plaza. They're supposed to close at 9, but they're clearing tables and mopping from 8. They have an "open" sign, but they see you and go straight into the kitchen. Awful, and rude to boot. When you order delivery, they send whatever they want, and they don't even toast the bread.
Terrible place, they have opening hours until 9:00 PM marked on their access door, however, the collaborators from 7:50 PM run after customers, they start putting chairs on the tables with the intention of not letting any diners in, you order to go and they tell you that the food is cold because they have already disconnected the oven, being that it is a service that is part of the product they offer..! It's simply that they want to leave early. I consider that if the hours are very long, they could reduce them and change their opening hours and signs or look for alternatives so that the service is provided without the need to be rude and rudely running customers because they already want to leave 1 hour early.
I had a very bad experience. I went with my family, and we all found the service and the food unpleasant. The lettuce was burnt, the chicken and beef were frozen, the bread was flavorless and dry, and the cheese tasted like plastic. The quality isn't the same as it was a few years ago, and it's incredibly expensive for the quality we get. Honestly, I will never go back!
Terrible experience, very unpleasant service. I'm a Subway fan, but here they give you whatever they want because they're "respecting the recipe." They don't sell you ingredients; they prepare it to their liking, cold, tasteless, and the employees have a bad attitude. I'm not coming back, and please don't come here. This is awful.
The staff have absolutely no idea how to treat customers; they're overly aggressive and act all high and mighty. Terrible service, I have no desire to return.
Terrible service from the staff. I've ordered through the app several times and they're always missing something extra or a cookie. If the staff are that hungry, they should complain to the owner instead of stealing from the diner.
Unfortunately, it was bad. The Subway sandwiches were bland, the ingredients were stale (and I'm not talking about a day or two old), and you can't add any other ingredients because that's the first thing the employee tells you. They serve it however they want; I ordered my Subway sandwich cold and they gave it to me hot. Honestly, the food was terrible.
Horrible experience with this branch, mainly with delivery. They don't send what you order; they steal from you. And on top of that, when you file a complaint, they deny it and blame you.
I arrived at 8:30 and they don't let you eat there anymore, which I understand, only takeout, but they told me reluctantly and that they would give me COLD food. Why do I have to put up with them giving it to me cold because of their laziness, with half an hour still to go before closing?
On July 11, 2023, I arrived at the Subway Santa Cruz branch in Ojo de Agua, Tecámac. The strange thing was that the illuminated sign said "open," but they had already cleared the chairs off the tables and were finishing cleaning the floors. We asked if they were still open, to which two guys (employees) said yes. As my family started ordering, they told them they only had takeout service. I asked them what time they closed, to which they told me it was 9:00 PM. So I asked them, then why couldn't we use the restaurant's table service? One of them (an employee) told me that table service didn't end until 8:00 PM. I wanted to enjoy a Sub seated and relaxed, so, after refusing table service, we left. I was quite annoyed by the terrible service and zero customer service. Three minutes after I got to my car and two minutes after we left the mall, I realized it wasn't even 8:00 PM yet. I was doubly annoyed, because when we got to the restaurant it was approximately 7:45, and they denied us table service. A very unpleasant experience.
