This is a small but wonderful place to eat delicious gorditas. Over the years, they've perfected their production so that each one has the same characteristics, but above all, the flavor that defines them. The one with chicharrón and salsa verde is my favorite. The service is fast and they're always friendly. If you have to go to Plaza Jardín, you definitely have to try a gordita here!

In all the years Plaza Jardines has been around, the gorditas from this place have become a staple in the plaza, and no matter the time, there are always people lining up to buy them. I love them, and they're delicious.

The service from the staff is terrible; they're rude when they serve you. They're open until 10 am, even if they want to be. The lady at the register is always in a bad mood and almost throws your change at you. The food is delicious, although the price is a bit high... I'd hesitate to go back if the service is so bad.

They're really good, to be honest, a bit pricey for the size and the place is very cramped. The only thing I don't like about it is the service; they're not helpful, and there's nowhere you can eat your gorditas comfortably. Since they're right at the exit of the plaza, people keep walking by, and if you want to lean against the counter where they serve, they move you. That's why I don't eat there.

On Monday, my husband and I went to buy two cottage cheese gorditas, and the total was $50. At checkout, I paid her with a $50 bill, and the cashier took it and turned around to yell at the kids, "How many cheese gorditas were left?" She turned back to me and charged me the $50 again, even though I told her I had already given them to her. Her partner told me I had never given them anything.

There will be days when they're worth buying, and others when they leave a lot to be desired. As for the service, it also depends a lot on the staff, as there's a lot of turnover. I can say that some young people have a service-oriented attitude that makes you want to buy more, but there are others, especially women. It's a shame and a sadness that women are served reluctantly, with stern, despotic faces. Like today, the girl serving me asked if she could give me more lemon, and she told me she could only give me one lemon per gordita. And the worst part is that there's no phone number to report her to. What a shame that the owners don't care about providing better service to their customers, who, despite everything, have remained customers for years.

AWFUL STAFF, TERRIBLE HYGIENE. I'M NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN.
