Everything was very tasty, the chicken was cooked to perfection and golden brown. You won't find half-cooked chicken, so make the most of it. The salad and mashed potatoes are super tasty, and the price is very good, since the chicken pieces are large.

Don't go to Kentucky Fried Chicken. The chicken here is crispy, the pieces are big, and it's not like the tiny chicks they serve at KFC. The mashed potatoes are delicious; I'll definitely be back. I loved it. Plus, the guy who serves me has beautiful eyes 😍🫰

100% recommended, both in price and quality, it far surpasses KFC chicken. There are a variety of packages 📦 💰 Currently, KFC chicken pieces look like Lego because they're so small, and as you can see in the picture, that piece is only large. Not to mention that KFC pieces come with blood. With Charly's Fried Chicken, each piece comes very well cooked and with great seasoning. As a side, they give mashed potatoes 🥔 and coleslaw 🥬 🥕 and jalapeño salsa 🌶

The chicken is good, as is the cold soup, the mashed potatoes, and the salad, but sometimes I've had some parts of the chicken come out raw! What I also don't like is that they give you one or two bags of sauce when you order a large one! Another point is that sometimes you order a large package and they only give you the leg and thigh, and they don't tell you. Ideally, they would tell you that they don't have whole pieces, since they still charge you as a multi-piece package!

Every time I go, this chicken gets better 😋. It's a good alternative to the original secret recipe at a good price. They also have biscuits, salad, and mashed potatoes (the latter could use some improvement, but it's not bad). And they always serve you with kindness 🙂. Highly recommended.

Honestly, the chicken quality has dropped drastically since they moved and got rid of the previous managers. The new ones often have alcohol on their breath and are rude to customers. I went on August 21st and no one was serving me; I waited a long time and nobody was there. When you ask for sauces, they either throw them at you or make disgusted faces.

The chicken is delicious, but for home delivery, they take too long to respond, or the delivery person is always on vacation or not working that day, and you also have to pay for home delivery. I don't have a problem with that, but it does depend on the availability of the delivery person, who always has excuses. Otherwise, it would be something else.

The chicken pieces are sometimes too small, or they give you extra wings; besides being fried chicken, it's excessively greasy, the mashed potatoes are instant and don't have much flavor. The person serving you is friendly but doesn't wear a mask. And sometimes a lot of people come in and reserve "packages," which makes it slow to serve those waiting. This causes a lot of people to crowd together (too many), and obviously, social distancing isn't respected. I don't think I'd go back. For that kind of chicken and the price, I'd rather go to KFC.

If you have the chance to try this real chicken, don't do it. The place is dirty, the people are drunk, and the breath is quite strong. It's terrible. Terrible service. We ordered two packages of 8 pieces each. When we got home, we realized they had put three legs, three wings, half a crate, and half a breast in each package, and the chicken had a lot of flour in it. I went to complain, and the guy explained that this is how they tell him he should sell chicken pieces. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!

When they started, it was fine, everything was great. In the 8-piece package, you got what was supposed to be a whole chicken with 1 breast (cut in half), 2 wings, 2 thighs, and 2 drumsticks. Now they're trying to rip you off! 😡 With a quarter of a breast (half of a half!) and other assorted pieces, tiny as hell, by the way! Like pigeon meat! 🤣 The salad, if it's not sour, they forget to add something and/or it tastes bad. The mashed potatoes are sometimes good, sometimes not so much. While the chicken itself is tasty, I'd say tastier than the original Kentucky Fried Chicken, everything else leaves much to be desired. What a shame! When you raise the price, it's to maintain the quality, not to lower it. 😒

I went to buy two packs for $210 each, so the total was 420 pesos. I paid with a 500-peso bill. First, they asked for 20 pesos, but since I didn't have any, they said they didn't have change. I asked what we could do, and they said they'd turned down several orders because they didn't have change. In the end, I didn't get anything. They must be managers or they're not interested in selling. This happened on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at 4:00 PM.

Terrible service. The chicken is either burnt or raw. If you order takeout, they charge you for delivery. The delivery guy is new and asks for your number, even a photo of your house, and Google Maps, which gives off a bad feeling. And he's also rude.
