Overall a great experience. They are sometimes a little short staffed, but usually get your food out as fast as possible. The few times I've had an issue they make it right.
I ordered an iced coffee on the app. Went to pick up at curbside. Waited 5 mins only to have a person come out and tell me..they no longer offer iced coffee. He didn't offer any replacement. I went inside the restaurant. The person offered me hot coffee as a replacement...I had paid on the app already..they had to brew..I waited 15 mins..nothing..I left..glad I ordered on app..only out $1.07...I won't be back
The staff are all kind. While most of them are new, they performed better than expected. I've been several times without serious mistakes in taking my order. The dining area was tidy and the bathrooms were well cleaned.
Not sure why, but I was here last weekend and got the best service, best iced coffee and best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life from Mcdonalds! We were on the road a lot so quick food is the go to, and that was a pleasant surprise!
Really nice people know some times work gets a little tough I appreciate every one who cares and actually tries even when the waves get rough
I love this McDonald's! It's the best in the area! Well above the Elmira location, and the Big Flats location. They will fix anything wrong without an attitude. Unless of course, the customer is being rude or disrespectful. Then the managers do their jobs, & ask them to leave.
Service wasn't bad. Food wasn't the best. Some McDonalds seem to miss it but it wasn't bad 4/5. I would eat here again but probably not during lunch rush.
Almost perfect, they have some features here I hadn't seen yet, such as a touch screen station to order your food and even basic table service. Our order came out wrong but was fixed without issues. Overall I enjoyed the experience they created
They seem to be getting their act together finally, prices seem a bit high but with apps and deals it's not bad. Big Mac still sucks but some of the other choices are pretty good and it's hard to beat a large fountain drink for a buck twenty nine.
Service was friendly, unfortunately we ordered only two happy meals and neither of them had french fries in them! I am usually pretty understanding, but there was no one in line and they were not busy.
McDonald's is McDonald's the food was good. But I can't believe how much the prices have went up! I know minimum wage went up but I can go to a diner and pay $10 or less and get a home cooked meal. Still can't believe it was $10 for a meal. Well besides that the service was good the lady that waited on us in the front took the order she was very pleasant in our food came out to us warm and in a timely manner. The bathroom was clean and so was the dining area.
The ice cream machine is always "broken." 😂 I asked for a delux crispy chicken, when I got home, it was plain crispy chicken, with pickels only. They didn't even put sauce or mayo on it! The employees we're polite though. 😊 I asked for no salt fries, and they were indeed no salt and nice and hot! So, they still need to do some fine tuning. All in all, the food was hot and the service was friendly. Not a total loss, and I at least had something to eat. 😃
This wouldn't be label either 'a good McDonald's' or 'a bad McDonald's'. It's meh food, the wait isn't long, but they aren't fast either and it's neither immaculate or dirty.
Very slow service! My husband ordered on the kiosk for ordering yourself because he thought it might be faster, but the people after us that came in ordered at the front counter and got their food before us and there were more people. We waited awhile for our food!
Took 20minutes to get food. The weekends are the worst. Took me 10 minutes to pay for my food. Then we get our food and the staff acts like they are doing me a favor. Attitude from the staff who took my money. Yes we will still go as no eat. But the weekend staff needs to smile and stop arguing at the counter.
The food is overall really good. It takes them way too long to get the food though and they always mess up the order. And the past couple times I've been there, there have been workers swearing at each other

Took my kids here for dinner on 4/17, and there were youngsters playing around. One guy I'd like to thank is Bill. He made sure we were happy with our food, picked stuff up from the floors, brought us our food, and just overall made it a good experience. You can tell he appreciated his job. He definitely got noticed for his hard work.
Food was made fast and tasted alright, though they forgot my sides. But place was dirty overall with dirty floors, tables and suspiciously wet trays. Bathroom had a strong smell, like it was not cleaned for last two days.
Most all McDonalds are going down hill, most notable is the employees attitudes toward the customers as if the customer is bothering them and going inside is even worse because they just look at you and walk away when you are waiting to order at the register. They are trying to force people to order at the kiosk or online. If you don't want to take orders at the register I suggest you close the inside registers and counter and lose all the customers that like to be served by a human being rather than a voice in a box or an app on their phone. Lose the attitude McDonalds employees !
I know it's silly to expect much from McDonald's anymore since they've given up on making good food but can you at least assemble the sandwiches with your eyes open? They've made your job so easy and you still can't do it right. Thanks for the cold eggs by the way, it was a nice touch.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly, at least they were this morning. However the food has become extremely over priced and the quality is either the same or worse. I got a kids meal, a Big Mac meal and used their promo for buy 1 get 1 for $1, my total was $23. This would have been acceptable except the food was cold, the meat patties on the sandwich were super thin, like someone to a standard burger from BK and pounded it out to fit the Big Mac bun. The only reason I came is because my daughter loves the nuggets, of not for her I would never use this or any other McDonalds again.
Double lines backed up in the drive-thru, waited 30 minutes in the store for an order of a few drinks and a fry. Then they gave us the wrong size cups.
Order taker was talking to another employee while I was placing my order in the drive thru. After paying and moving to the pickup window I realized he short changed me so that employee had to fix that. I asked for grilled chicken on my salad and the waiter at the window said they only had a small piece left and wanted to know if I wanted fried. I asked for the small piece and a little fried. Good grief! The person behind me must have been frustrated.
Made a mistake with my order. Waited several minutes for someone to take my order. I'm a senior person and do not like the touch screens. Store way to cold to sit and enjoy your food. Rated this store 2
So I didn't post a review after the first order mess up because it totaled to the same. This time I get home check my bag and was short an item. I only received one of the mcdouble that I ordered. Check your bags.
I went on a Sunday evening a few weeks ago and it was awful. I waited 20-30 minutes for a small order for 1 person and then I left without food, because I couldn't stay. They did give me a refund, but nothing else for my 30 minutes of wasted time.
We were going to dine in but all the tables were dirty. Staff did not offer to clean table stating they were the night crew and that they had just got there, so we got our food to go. French fries were nice and hot but quarter pounder with cheese was cold and too salty to eat.

Remodeling looks good.its not kid friendly. Theirs nothing for kids to do.no play area.no computer games. Its all centered on adults. We ordered two large coffees. Went to pay the cashier but their wasn't one available. 5 minutes later i was waited on. Went to a table and waited 20 minutes. Went up to cashier and picked up coffee. Tried to drink it & it was awful. Even put 6 creamers &2 sugars in it .wasn't any better. Threw it out & went to country fair. So much faster & better coffee .
Ordered a 2 Cheeseburger meal with a large fry and a shake. The shake tastes moldy!!! They need to clean those machines!!!!
Ordered 10 piece nugget meal. Fries were old and cold and nuggets were dry and overcooked. This Mcdonalds s use to be good now I won't ever go back
Took forever to get a medium filet o'fish meal. When I finally got it, the sandwich was luke-warm, and the cheese was not even close to melted, I was able to pick the cheese off the sandwich and it stayed completely intact. Atmosphere was kind of off, but for that I blame the rowdy college kids vs. the restaurant itself.
While sitting in drive thru i could see into the food prep area, i noticed an employee wearing a deeply cut tank top. Enough where i could see thru it and all of his arm pit hair was exposed, and there was alot of it. I feel like this is not appropriate food worker attire and should be addressed as being unsanitary.
Filet of fish should come with tarter sauce... did not. Took it back and waited....asked for a new sandwich... they just squirted sauce and gave it bad. Now I have a cold sandwich.
We waited in the drive thru line for like 15 minutes. We got the Grinch meals, one of each. The big mac had one burger patty. It still had 3 buns but 1 burger. And the cheese was thick and barely melted. We threw it away. This was my first time eating McDonald's in years and it proves I was right to not eat here.
Literally stood at the counter for almost 10 mins when the girl finally came to the register she asked what I needed like I wasn't standing there to order food and I had visited this McDonald's a few weeks prior only to get to the door and even tho fri sat the diner is open till midnight they had the door locked at 10pm
Second time ive come through recently, I asked of they have any meals that I can get a SMALL instead of medium or large. They said no.... what?? Also I asked for extra pickles and only had TWO pickles on my burger. Last time I asked for extra sauce and there was barely any sauce on there. Lol I usually dont complain but thats annoying.
***Update #2*** Placed an order in the drive thru, they gave it to the lady in front of me, so now I've been sitting for over 10 minutes in the mobile curbside pick-up spot waiting. 1: fries are cold. The 2 min wait for fresh fries was very worth it!! 2: they never get both burger patties ON the bun. How? Why do they thru them at the bun and not put them on it.... **update** This is what they call extra onion? Come on.... I waited 5 minutes for them to miss half the bun with the burger and cheese.... what is going on, my last burger was great. There isn't any consistency any more in fast food. Was very long wait for service... the drive thru is always incredibly busy, not enough employees. But my double quarter pounder with cheese and extra onion was amazing. It was made like someone made it for themselves. They didn't just throw everything at the bun like I'm used to. I was very happy with the quality of the burger, the wait was well worth it.
Stopped by for lunch today and ordered ahead on the app which I like. Picked up my lunch at the drive thru which wasn't busy and moved quickly. Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 items I ordered were wrong. Ordered a diet coke and got root beer and ordered my double cheeseburger with no ketchup. I got ketchup but no pickels.
Sign says that the drive-through is open 24 hours a day so after work I stop there at 11 PM today which is Friday, March 19, 2021. I sat there at the order speaker for a good 10 minute saying hello hello hello no one answering so I drive around to the window side. And there’s a line of at least five maybe six cars waiting for their food. This place is horribly bandaged horribly. There’s well paid There’s no reason for this. Pure laziness and lack of training. I personally wish they would close this location down. And open up an Arby’s. Maybe then will get service. Why have a 24 hour drive-through when you can’t even utilize it?. That’s right I’m upset because I’m hungry.
This place has seriously gone waaaayyyy downhill. You can't go there without sitting in drive thru for at least 30 minutes, even if you are the only car there sometimes. With this being the case, you would think your food would be HOT and FRESH. Instead, you get COLD and HARD fries or other food that is just flat out not even cooked. Today we ordered 3 10 piece nugget meals and 6 piece kids meal. Not a single item was hot or even edible. Literally threw $45 in the trash. Last time my McChicken literally came raw. Needless to say, I will happily take my business elsewhere. They need new management or something in there. Done wasting my money there, for sure. ✌
I went in just to get something for my husband and I to hold us over until we got home.Literally stood there 5 minutes with 2 workers doing orders and both looked at me more than once and never acknowledged me.They put an order together and called out the number and gave that person there food and literally walked away while I was still standing there.Asked if any one worked there and was still ignored.2alked out without ever ordering a thing.Worst service or lack there of EVER!!!!! Definitely will not stop there again!!!!
The chicken nuggets were disgusting and all three BBQ sauces were bad and tasted like pure vinegar,my quarter pounder was cold and gross the fries were hard and cold and the workers appeared to be on drugs. Total waste of money,food got thrown out and took 20 min to get the food. I will never go there again!
Over priced, poor quality food, rude employees. Since the facelift the prices have gone up drastically. The young woman that waited on us was very rude, I had to keep repeating our order to her, then she acted like we were wasting her time. She actually spoke rude to us and looked mean. I wrote an email to the owner and never received a reply. We have gone back to BK. Food is so much better and no rude employees.
Waited 30 minutes for food. Staff didn't know what they where doing. Once received my sausage biscuit and egg it was cold. One manager all she did was scream at the workers and then complain to customers. The only bright side is the young men who waited on us. He was every professional.
Slow, slow, slow for fast food stannards. Even after multiple visits you can easily expect to wait at least 15 minutes, even in the drive-thru. My most recent order was simply just 3 soft drinks and a hamburger. They somehow managed to fill the one drink I ordered with something I didn't order. Seems like someone wasn't paying attention. On another visit, I once waited 30 minutes for JUST 3 ice cream cones. This is honestly one of the worst McDonald's locations I've been to on the service side of things. I don't recommend visiting this location, especially if you are in a hurry.
THE WORST MCD'S EXPERIENCE EVER , the guy at the drive thru had no idea what was on the menu, our order was placed incorrectly and we were still charged for the correction (honestly you coukd have shown some good customer service and made the fries complimentary....it wouldn't have put you out of business) we then spent about 20 minutes in the drive thru line and they couldn't even get our nugget sauce right. The most we got was an "Im sorry" from the supervisor at the pickup window who took no accountability for the terrible service under her supervision. It's McDonald's It's not complicated.
Sat at the drive thru ordering kiosk for 5 minutes with nothing being said to us. When we said hello we got told in a rude tone "just a minute there is only two of us here." It would have been nice to at least let us know you are busy or even aknoldge that we were even waiting. This is unacceptable when it comes to customer service.
Second time in two weeks I can not get my correct order going through the drive thru. I'm half way across town before I notice the mess ups. They only offer to replace the messed up sandwich or the drink. Seems they would offer a gift card or something for your time. This place has really gone down hill on their service.
Very very slow. My order wasnt messed up but other customers were going back up to the counter because things weren't right eith their orders. One guy had ordered an apple pie and as n ice cream cone. He got the cone but had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for his pie which by that time the ice cream had melted and had to have it replaced. Many unhappy customers today.
I went the other night and ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies a fish sandwich meal and an extra fish sandwich. When I got my order the strawberry banana smoothies were not included. I waited at the window and when they returned to the window I ask about them and the answer I recieved was " you have to pay for them". After a bit of a hard time " and the manager telling me the guy taking the orders does not listen" they finally said I could pay for them and they would make them. Then the manager. Said they had to put a new bay in the machine and ask me to pull over to wait. About 25 minutes later I finally recieved them with the excuse that he was having a tough time with the machine. With no business to handle inside things should be easier but no. Maybe we should give them all another raise.
Driver thru is closed which makes everyone go inside the restaurant. Staff are laughing and no doing anything and taking a order every 4-5 mins literally. Staff also stand around and no one seems to be running the shift at all. This location is a joke and so are the workers. Good thing they aren’t being paid for the actual amount of work they are doing.
Employees in the back are wearing tank tops and pajamas. This is unsanitary and unsafe. They do not pull their hair back either. After the store manager leaves the conditions of the store get gross. They give you the wrong food and cold food. The Employees will not acknowledge you unless you say something.
I ordered a #7, a fish sandwich, and a chicken sandwich and got chicken nuggets and a burger with only the bun and patty. The girl who prepped the bag seemed eager to rush me out. I get it was 9pm, but y'all gotta do better.
The wait time between when I pulled up to leaving the final window was over 30 minutes. I understand things get busy, but there was not even an apology for the delay by both windows including a manager that cashed me out. It seemed as if the customers were more of a bother, then business. To top it off, when I got home I was missing one of my items which made it all the worse. I never complete surveys, but felt compelled to share feedback in hopes that it will be addressed for your future customers at this location. Sure it's fast food, but it's the way the establishment is managed from top down. If the managers don't care about inconveniences and detail, neither will the workers. This isn't the first poor experience I had either. The week before I was given someone else's order and had to go through all the motions to get what I paid for. Overall you can sense that there are underlying issues. Not looking for anything free at all, just wanted to share that I am not the only one and many more customers are probably upset. A simple apology for the wait would have avoided my negative survey showing that they cared.
Who ever made this deluxe crispy chicken sandwich did an appauling job (5:00 sun Oct 27) all the sauce and topping are NOT on the sandwich. Definitely a coin toss for people who do a good job at making your food.

Waited in the drive through line for half an hour. We ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for our granddaughter (who fell asleep waiting for her meal). When we got the food it was ice cold, missing food and dipping sauce and inedible. Call to the store manager who offered to replace the meal “at a later visit”, really? Not going back.
Terrible customer service! I ordered through the app and was waiting to pick up my order. The whole time we waited we heard them complain about having to make the order and they very sloppily put the food together and everything just fell apart before I could even take a first bite. I then found a hair in my food and my boyfriend's food. And another time I went there I saw them laughing and throwing hamburger patties at each other during lunch it was disgusting. Was in the drive thru for 40 minutes and was told “we have your order here” since I used the app and paid through the app. Then get to the window to be told “I don’t see your order, you have to come in.” I went in and stood there for another half an hour before anyone talked to me at all. In that time there was a long line, several people walked out, and someone asked to speak to a manager twice and was still ignored. Worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been to. Somehow managed to get a refund after over an hour of total waiting and just went to Burger King where I got my food in 5 minutes with no issue. What is going on in this place?
Worst location ever. Rude and always get the order wrong. If you want to waste your time, give the drive thru a try.
I placed an order for curbside pick up at 1:11pm and didn’t get my food till 1:43! It was one happy meal and a lg soda. Not a big order at all and it took that long?! Why didn’t I go in? Because I had my kids and hauling kids in to haul them back out isn’t always the easiest. Ridiculous. I watched the drive thru line empty at least 4x.
The employees are very rude exspecly if your kids went to school with some of them and had issues in school, they act like they are better then you, and the food is always messed up and orders are never correct, and it's always cold.
DON'T MOBILE ORDER! EVERY time we put in a mobile order, we wait 10-20 minutes (even when it isn't a busy meal time!) and are always missing items. And don't expect counter service either, they only seem to keep the drive thru and grill mostly staffed. I've easily waited 10 minutes for someone to notice, or to get someone's attention. Ridiculous! And I am usually not the only one waiting and being ignored either! On top of that, the fries are always either undercooked, overcooked, or old. The only upside I have is the coca cola, but with all these other issues, I cannot suggest someone to go here, especially since there is a burger king just a few minutes up the road.
Went this morning, wasn’t very clear about what window to pull up too, didn’t see anyone at window one so we pulled up to window two, girl had horrible attitude and was very cocky when asking about the price.
Went through drive through there were 3 cars in front of me took 20 minutes to order and get items. Tomatoes on my deluxe crispy chicken were rancid and when we open the quarter pounder with cheese it looked like a hamburger patty it was as thin as the cheeseburger I got my dog. Won't be returning anytime in the near future. Quality has gone way down since I last went there.
The establishment was not well kept. Garbages were overflowing with trash, the table we sat at was sticky, the soft drink area was unorganized. I wasn't able to tell what tops could be used for my cup because they were out of place and some were even wet. All drinks from the soft drink machine were lacking in flavor. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for food to be brought to our table. Which was also poorly put together. I'm never one to complain. But my experience at this location was very poor.
Ordered delivery through uber eats and poor driver was stuck waiting for my order for 2 HOURS and was forced to cancel
The place is dirty, the drive through takes forever, they miss stuff on your order, the fries are always stale, and the wiring behind the counter is a major fire hazard

Dude yall literally didn't have any beef today on 9/30/25 whatever excuses its all poor management and yall have ruined my meals numerous times (one time no receipt i got super screwed on $20) I walked here today btw what is wrong with this store
My order is usually haphazardly slapped together with not nearly enough of any ingredient (I’ve paid for extra sauce and they put hardly anything on it, don’t bother), I’ve been here six times and have been disappointed every time. Once in the drive through I watched the customer ahead of me leave with their food, but without paying. I used to come in when I worked for DoorDash, the store usually smells awful, like they mopped with a dirty mop or the toilets overflowed. The last time, I pulled into the parking lot and ordered through the app, a sandwich and a large fry. I go through the drive through, where they give me the sandwich and tell me the frys didn’t go through. I show them my order receipt and offer to come inside to talk about it, the manager comes up and she tells me since they don’t see the frys with my order I won’t be getting them. Don’t want to make anyone else behind me wait so I accepted the loss and left. Last straw, I won’t be back. Having worked fast food myself for years, the unprofessionalism showed by the manager and lack of care shown by the other employees was extremely disappointing.
I went through the drive through around 9:20 pm on Friday night. I ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese as I am allergic to milk products. After returning home I opened my double quarter pounder meal and this was in the box. A fish sandwich. McDonald's never gave me a receipt. This is not very good. I hope this is rectified.
Absolutely horrible survey. I work for DoorDash and this terrible McDonalds has continually caused me to lose money every time I’ve had orders there. Today I went in and waited 20 minutes with them showing no sign of beginning my order while watching them send about 15 drive thrus their order all while showing 0 effort to complete my order. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had to unassign orders because of their awful service.
There are two drive-in lanes at this location. I pulled in and was kept waiting for service. While I'm waiting, another vehicle pulls up into the other drive-in lane. Before I can complete giving my order, they've already been served and cut ahead of me in an already backed up line. This isn't the first time this has happened. When I informed the girl taking my order that I was just cut ahead of, she simWhen I got my food, the fries were dry and hard.

I’ve been giving them the benefit of doubt the last few times I’ve gotten awful food. That maybe I was just going too late. But I went during dinner hours tonight. And the food was still awful. Threw it out after two bites.
Worst McDonald's I've ever been too! Fries mostly always cold, if not fries it's the burgers. Also once had few nuggets that weren't all the way cooked.
This place is an absolute joke! Doesn’t even deserve one star. Honestly the place should just close down because there’s not a single person in there that has any idea what they’re doing. I’m not even sure how you manage to mess up a simple two burger orders 4 different times. And forget you have people in the parking lot waiting. Waste of time and money! Do your self a favor and don’t even bother going into their drive thru. And it’s definitely not the first time I’ve had problems here. They’re nasty rude and clueless.
every time i come here they workers are rude and slow. i have waited 45 minutes multiple times for a simple meal. i am not one to leave reviews especially on somehwere like mcdonald’s but this place truly sucks. rude unmotivated workers and shitty quality food even for mcdonalds
They cancel online orders when they don’t feel like doing it. Then you gotta wait 2-3 buisness days for a refund. No points returned. This location is a joke
Horrible McDonald's. Service sucked, fries were stone cold, and Big Macs were luke warm. We both got Horrible diarrhea after eating here. If this was my first experience with McDonald's I would never go back. As is it is going to be a long time to stop at another.
I ordered through door dash. Missing a milkshake and the double quarter pounder had a wonderful nice long black hair in it!! The meal altogether was very terrible. I can't believe I spent over$50 for terribly cooked unsanitary and missing food.

Bought 2 fish sandwiches today 12/1/25 Worse fish sandwich I’ve ever had from McDonalds. Bun hard & dry. Only half a piece of cheese. Very little tartar. Wake up. Cost me $12 for a food we could not eat.
Placed a mobile order at 11:40pm. I know they close at midnight so took my break early so my coworkers and I could eat. Got to the store at 11:42pm. I sat at the speaker for 6 minutes with no answer. Pulled around to the window where 2 employees looked at me and walked into the back. Sat there until 11:58 trying to figure out how to at least cancel my order. This whole time not one employee acknowledged me sitting there. There were no signs up saying they closed early or anything.
Quite possibly the worst McDonald's of the franchise. Less than half the time I actually get what I order. Whenever I ask for more, less or extra toppings for a burger it's the exact opposite. Examples... A few days ago I get a double cheeseburger with extra pickles, extra onions and extra ketchup. What I got had about normal ketchup but a ton of mustard, 3 pickles and no onions. That's INTENTIONAL!!! There's no way it's accidental when it happens all the damn time. I ordered extra salt on my fries, got the normal amount. Sometimes I am just given the wrong item or things are missing. It's bad enough the prices have gotten ridiculous, but at least give me what I pay for. This starts with poor management and supervisors.The employees always seem sad and depressed. They're not negative or anything like that. They just seem like emotionless drones most of the time. It's like this McDonald's doesn't like having customers. If it wasn't for the Monopoly game being there, I wouldn't be there. Once Monopoly is gone, it's almost certain I and many others are also gone. Get it together McDonald's.
Absolutely ridiculous I sat at the drive thru for 15 mins for some one to answer and no one did then I pulled up to hopefully get some one at the window and they told us if we wanted to order to pull back around and a order and still no one was answering the drive thru with 4cars were waiting absolutely ridiculous olean McDonald's is absolutely trash
This is always the worst mcdonalds I have ever went to. When the Meyers owned it it was fantastic, always clean and the service and food was great. Then it sold and it was decent since Bill (i think) was the manager still. Since Covid, the service is extremely slow, the food is hit or miss but never fantastic, and the inside of the restaurant is absolutely trashed. My son unfortunately wants to eat inside most times so we have to bring sanitizing wipes to wipe everything down. I seriously wish the owners would make this place great again, its a shame everything in Olean is the trash version.
I ordered through instacart.The food was nasty and old , the chicken nuggets were hard and you could tell they were old and just sat there for awhile some of the nuggets. We're more than half hollow. The cheeseburger was pink inside and tasted gross, even the cookie was nasty tasting. I called them but of course no answer. So I left a message in my phone number. No, call back, not yet anyway. No I had no way to take the food back to them. I don't drive or they would've gotten there nasty food back. I did get a Mocha Frappe that was delicious so they got something right out of all of still doesn't make up for the. Rest of the money that I spent though.
Really awful experience.everything was cold burned awful. Soda was flat. No carbonation tank on the soda. Burger cold and overcooked. Fries beyond cold, stiff. Nuggets cold and very over cooked. I was in awe that every aspect was awful. So sad that olean doesn't have a decent McDonald's. Drive to Cuba! They rock! Exact opposite experience there☺.
Ordered 3 hot fudge sundaes they were pathetic . Also ordered a 5.00 mcchicken meal For My child asked for sweet and sour and honey mustard didn’t get either so no sauce for my child’s nuggets also asked for no salt fries and fries were very much salted and asked for extra tarter sauce on my fish sandwich and didn’t get that either . This McDonald’s is never on the ball and always messes orders up and serve cold food . We pay a lot of money to enjoy our McDonald’s and get food that’s worthy of the trash can !
