Tim Hortons Olean Reviews
It was nice place to have a gathering with my Adult Children. I went again today. I had a business meeting there on 7 28 2017. I found it quiet. We complied what we had get done.
These guys are always so busy but I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always good and coffee hot. Thank you for all you guys do
This place was great! They were friendly and they were fast. They also got our order correct the very first time and it tasted good too. I think we'll go back for breakfast in the morning.
I frequent this place almost daily for the Dark Roast Coffee. Morning crew it's great. Evening crew requires patients. Pastries are better in the AM, coffee is always great. Food is hit or miss.
They have a variety of baked goods and coffees to choose from but don't go at peak timea because lines are long at both the druve thru and inside. Service is always fast and with a smile though. Food is always hot and fresh.
My cousins husband has got his haircut there for years. Archie is very pleasant. Gives a excellent hair cut!
My favorite coffee place.... I prefer this location over the other. I had one bad time out of 1,000 times I go this past year.
Everything is so insanely cheap but also so delicious. My only problem is when I got a frozen coffee the person who made my drink filled it past the lid so it dripped all over me. Thanks for the extra coffee in my cup though.
Ice caramel coffee triple triple and three shots of espresso 7.17$ was worth it. They made it perfect with little ice and more coffee.
Very good food and service but then bathrooms were disgusting, especially for just opening for the day.
This is BY FAR the best tim hortons in the area. Staff is friendly, both day shift and night. Food is always actually done right and if something small like whipped topping when you ask for none they just politely said sorry and made me a new drink in seconds. Just awesome to have good service
Best coffee around. Went to Olean NY shop. Breakfast sandwich was great, had the beef wrap. Fast drive thru line tho looks long. Kudos!
The Staff are super friendly, food snd drinks are slwats frsh snd the restaurant is always clean. I also applaud this Tim Hourtons for hiring and standing behind their disabled workers.
Staff here is always efficient and polite, coffee and food is delicious. WiFi available, clean bathrooms and dining room.
Great Coffee Wouldn't go elsewhere. Two Tim Hortons in OLEAN. The one on West State has a Cold Stone Creamery...But do not take Cold Stone Gift Cards! What??! Just disappointing FYI.
As usual the drive thru is backed up around the corner, but still moves efficiency. I only ordered a coffee; it was great. The wait was worth it.
Stopped by for a sandwich and coffee. There are 2 Tim Hortons in Olean. We were at the one near the mall as it always seems cleaner and more organized.
Love Tim Horton's. They have the best coffee. I love their breakfast wraps and their sandwiches too. The crew members are always nice.
The street access was a little strange, not the buildings problem but rather the inclusion of a traffic circle that make it impossible to turn across lanes. But the coffee was excellent as always.
Timmy's hear is a hit and sometimes it's a huge miss. I've gotten food, doughnuts, and plenty of coffee I'd give it a 9,Sometimes depending on the staff the service is very bad I'd give it a 1 even in the drive threw. Ya just have to take a chance and give your own rating
Whether it's going to the drive-thru or going in to get our coffees everyone at this Tim Hortons along with Tim Hortons on West State Street are all courteous and efficient. Always nice to have a friendly face greeting you and taking your order.
One of the few places I would still go to in a snowstorm when I shouldn't be out. My favorite coffee behind Union tea in Olean. The breakfast sandwiches are really good. Super fast service in the drive though even with a lot of cars. Friendly service...
I'm a big fan of their coffee and donuts, but to each their own as I don't care for DD. Service was quick, friendly and lots of donuts left at 2pm.
This Tim Horton's is very clean and in a great location. It is open 24 hours, but the drive-through can especially be busy on weekdays in the morning. Overall, the food is very good, and the staff is friendly.
The food was good, as was the coffee and the sour cream glazed donut. Ran into several friends while there. Had a meeting with a colleague and appreciated the wifi service
My absolute favorite coffee shop. 98% of the time my order is spot on. I have only had to complain 3 times, and I've been going here daily for like 5 years now(I'm addicted). So I would say if you stop at Timmy Ho's, skip the one by Walmart and head towards this one!
Ordered a Berry Cherry refresher drink 2 weeks ago and it was superb 👌! So good! While down the other way in Olean today, ordered one from another TH and it was a failure! Every time we stop at this Tim Hortons, everything has been awesome! From the coffee to the breakfast sammies! The disappointing refresher from the other TH was enough that we will stick with the best! This store! Worth the trip across town to this one! Thank you!
Waited 20 minutes for a medium coffe and a medium tea a muffin and a cookie, while they took care of everybody in the drive thru. Then they put milk in my wife's tea clearly I did not say I wanted milk in the tea. Good thing we own our own business or we probably would have gotten fired for being late to work.
Top quality, great coffee and the blueberry timbits are to die for. Really cool employees too. Every time I'm in I've got to stop
Greatest place to get your favorite cafe' drinks and the best tasting coffee on the planet! Service is good, drive thru is usually busy and there's a line, but the line moves quickly and they get your order correct every time. Prices are reasonable as with all Tim Hortons.
It's so busy that the employees are overwhelmed and it seems like customers are getting ignored and we get upset but in the end there's not enough employees to handle the drive-thru amd the customers indoors. I only go to Tim Hortons once or twice a year just because I can't stand how crowded it is and how ignored I feel.
Very friendly just because and fast service with smiling employees check out the photo
My husband and I finally got out of the ER after 13 hours and were SO hungry. We found out that Tim Hortons drive-through was open and decided to go there before heading home. The voice coming through the box was pleasant and VERY understanding. WHY would someone be ordering food at 3am?! Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was delicious . Wonderful to know that something is open 24/7 and going inside didn't need to be an option!
Ordered a regular hot coffee and an ice coffee on my app. It was filled quickly and efficiently. I am not dinging the service, but the young man who waited on me seemed kinda grumpy. Hope he is having a better day today! We LOVE Timmy Ho's !! ❤️
First time ever going to a Tim Hortons and we were not disappointed! Breakfast sandwiches were absolutely amazing, cheesy, hot & very good quality. Vanilla dipped donut was fluffy, fresh and delicious. will defiantly be back for more very soon!
Good food. I swear there are always long lines both inside and at the drive thru. The wait isn't to bad though. I enjoy the chili and breakfast sandwiches.
Ordered a frozen frappechino and have to be honest, Starbucks is better.
The drive thru is nice however sometimes I find the inside seating to be very busy and not the cleanliest. Coffee is good but food is average.
My wife and kids like the ice-capp and tidbits. There coffee is good. If I can't get a chance to make my own coffee in the morning. I will usually will go here out of convenience
I go into this tim hortons almost daily for either an iced coffee or an iced capp and ive never had an issue with service. Well tonight i wasn't to impressed, went through drive through to get a medium mocha iced coffee with double double. I hate that my iced coffee is made with the ice put in last as the coffee is still warm, so tonight I requested that the ice be put in first then the coffee. The guy who took my order was extremely rude about it all because I made a simple request. Sorry I don't like my iced coffee warm.
I only come when third shift comes in because Bandon is the only one that makes the coffee correctly consistently. That being said when others are working no one is asinine about remaking the orders and the pastries are great. 10/10 would recommend coming in before going farther south. My friends and I probably account for a great deal of business done here.
This Tim Hortons is usually pretty good, the coffee is always fresh and the food tastes great. My only complaint is the layout. The drive thru is not designed well. You have two lanes from busy streets combining in the parking lot, which blocks customers who want to park and walk in, or those trying to get to the businesses in the same lot. Then once in the drive thru the speaker is on a sharp curve on a slight incline (not great for a manual transmission as people get close in the drive thru), and the pavement isn't very smooth. Other than that it's excellent, and not too terribly slow. Even at busy times.
Great food but usually very busy. Not the place if you're in a hurry.
Understaffed like the rest of the country, but employees work efficiently to the best of their abilities. The place always has a huge line, and can sometimes take you up to 20 mins in the drive thru and there’s no way to go around once you’re stuck.
Top notch handling of another customer loudly playing and singing offensive music. I was too uncomfortable to even confront, but one of the staff managed to nicely ask him to turn it down, in such a way that he left the restaurant without any further inappropriate language or conduct. Another table of elderly gentlemen was conversing quite loudly, but I guess that's what I get at 9am. My cashier tried to accommodate with alternatives to something I wanted that had just sold out. I was in a hurry so having more options kind of stressed me out, but once I wasn't rushing anymore I appreciated the consideration. What I did end up ordering came out quickly, accurately and tasty. Four stars overall because I do come here periodically and WOW the wait time can be awful, in-store and drive-through. The layout of the drive-through and parking lot is probably complicated by the roundabout but it's almost always a nightmare to navigate.
The morning crew is on point, polite and efficient. They always get my order right. It's the best time to go. I haven't had the same experience in the afternoon at this location. There there are two in town. Tim Hortons is my favorite place for coffee. DD just doesn't do it for me!
I'm only giving 1 star because I had to in order to review but I would not even allow then that as my food was cold, the young lady in the drive thru window cussed at me simply because I wanted the correct change back and she could not do the simple math I guess.... Owner has since contacted me and she is no longer employed there thank God! I will give them another shot, to be continued UPDATE, all is well and my orders have been great daily!
Very good prices for being 2025. Their donuts were alright but I'm also extremely picky because I'm a baker myself. I liked their Reese's peanut butter cup hot chocolate though! And my fiancé loves the regular glazed timbits😅we were the only people there and got service immediately, but cashier seemed a bit shy and didn't really say much. An overall good experience.
Very quick stop for any type coffee you'd like. And the prices are on point. I only grab coffee here so anything else I wouldn't be a good resource for. But they can make some good iced coffee and I'd easily recommend.
Everything I order is great. Mobile and in-store ordering are awful. Long wait times, wondering if anyone is even going to tend to the customers at the front of the store. Drive thru seems to be the only priority, as if people that take the time to get out of their cars are somehow less important. Doesn't matter how long ago you placed your mobile order, it still won't be ready, leaving you waiting an additional 15 to 30 mins.
I love tim Hortons but the service is horrid every time I have eaten at this tim Hortons they have messed something up. So I do not recommend if you are in a rush.
The service was a a little spotty, the cashier may have been new, however, he was kind of sent to the wolves when it got busy. He didn't have a knowledge of how the menu was laid out or the what the up charges were.
I know Tim Horton is a big deal around here, but I prefer Dunkin. The people were friendly and nice. The coffee was okay and the prices are reasonable.
On 3/07/20 I sent 40 minutes in the drive thru line. This not the employee fault they need to fix their computer issues.
Last time I went there I bought a sandwich with bacon on it and my daughter got a wrap with bacon. The bacon was so chewy we couldn't eat it because it looked raw. Went back in the store and the manager on duty was VERY RUDE. She said that the bacon is put in the oven and that it is always like that. She said she would make the sandwiches again and microwave the bacon she was going to put on the sandwiches but when I got the new sandwiches the bacon was still the same way. It was gross
Love their coffee, never had any issues until today when i brought my service dog in. I was unaware I needed to show them my papers and typically when I'm out and about I don't carry them on me incase they get lost. I had an employee argue with me over it, she was rude and nasty. This has been the only place who's asked me for my papers in the 9 years I've owned a Service dog.
I am not a coffee drinker! They do have nice sandwiches, the one thing I don't like about Tim Hortons and this seems across the board, they are stingy with portion sizes! Ask for extra butter means extra, not back talk that it has extra already!
Service was better and quicker this time around, but they still aren't consistent with making iced coffee. I order the same thing every time, and every time it's different
Thanks for the surprise toy in my drink!!!!!! I guess when you get a large butter cookie ice capp you get an actual cap inside your drink. The service was very slow as well.
Usually pretty good food and service. When they get busy, however, food and drinks get made sloppily and hurried. Kinda thrown together. Despite having about 8 employees behind the counter today, the drive-through line stretched into the parking lot next door.
Every time I go there my coffee doesnt taste the greatest. The staff dont seem in a great mood and you can almost always catch them talking about how much they hate their job. The customer service is non existent. Can even get a hello.
Lines were very long and took forever
Was very excited to visit TH for the first time and had high hopes. Well, it was a disappointment. The latte wasn't flavorful and the baked goods were hard & not pleasing at all. Unfortunately won't be returning to this, or any other TH anytime soon. Tuna salad sandwich was tasty though! - that's why 2 stars, and not just one.
Food was great and gentleman at the window was great. However the person that took my order said they dont have the drink I want in large when i said I've have ordered it here before she said maybe they are making you 2 and charging $10 ( which I've never been charged 10 for a drink there.) I said ok If i can only have a small one than thats fine I'll take it. She proceeded to say it's a medium but okayyy. I was very polite and really didnt expect such a nasty attitude. I go there a lot and usually everyone is very nice - which is why I continue to go. Not sure what happened today but this was horrible customer service and her condescending attitude was unecessary.
I was shocked to see everyone focused on drive thru while there were a few ppl inside waiting to order. I watched them mess up a pickup order. I usually don't complain about this place. But yesterday was frustrating.
This Tim Horton’s makes good food and coffee, but I would never go here for good service. As a paying customer who would like their coffee to taste the way I like it, I don’t think I should be treated poorly and given attitude for adjusting the recipe. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here this week and both times was given a nasty attitude and treated like I was a bother when ordering a coffee the way I like it. I think even their supervisors here need retrained and need to understand that they are in the service industry.
Can't rate the coffee or food, never got any. Tried the drive-thru a few times. It doesn't move. Don't have 15-20 minutes for drive-thru. Was going to try going inside, but the line was to the door. Line inside doesn't seem to move any faster. This location needs help.
Stopped inside on a beautiful afternoon around 2:00 p.m. Someone working there mentioned to someone named Alex that there was someone in the front to wait upon. That would be me.😅 After another few minutes someone, I'm assuming Alex, walked by and said "I'll be with you in just a few moments." I waited for what seemed like another few minutes. Alex walked by again with the bucket in his hand and after standing at the front counter for a few minutes and no one else in line behind me or in front of me, I just left the establishment without any coffee. So I can't rate the food or coffee at the restaurant and I probably won't bother going back.
Good coffee & sweet treats as always but unfortunately poor service. Luckily I'm a frequent visitor so ok but if this was my first time I wouldn't come back Staff were poor communicators, slow, no initiative, no-one seemingly in charge. Messed up my drinks order twice, weren't great when I queried one of my drinks & when I asked for a stirrer you'd have thought i was an alien Come on Tim Hortons, please step it up & give your staff some training, especially in customer service
Every time I go to this Tim Hortons, I place an online order for pick up. They're usually very busy and it's easier for me to go in and grab something quick without waiting long times in a line. For the last 6 online orders I've placed, I had ordered a donut. Each and every time I approached the counter to grab my order, there was only the two drinks and no donut. Every single time, I had to go to the counter and show them my receipt to receive the rest of my purchase, completely negating my attempt to "surpass the line time" and I brought this up to them once when I received the wrong sandwich and still did not receive my donut. To this, an employee responded "I'm sorry, we're training a lot of new staff." I am well aware what it is like to work in retail and restaurants with fast food, but 6 times in a row is ridiculous. Normally, that would not be enough for me to leave an angry review, but this last visit made me feel appalled. Today, I walked across town from my house in light rainy weather to order two pumpkin spice ice caps. When I arrived, my app wasn't working so I went up to the counter and waited for an associate to just order in person. I asked for the two pumpkin ice caps and she told me they weren't serving them in store until the 21st so I would have to order online. I explained that my app wasn't working so she looked at it and called for a supervisor to which the woman yelled from across the room "if the app isn't working I can't fix it" instead of coming to resolve the problem. The lady at the counter asked me to try and reset the app, so I sat at a table to attempt to reset it. I forced the app closed, I even reset my phone entirely and the problem persisted. I still couldn't order from the app, and the associates just said "I know the app is working because we've been receiving mobile orders all day" while having this conversation across the entire building mind you. I go there every other day and it felt like the employees (managers mostly) seem to know me at least a little but this was insulting. Not being able to get an ice cap until the 21st when it's the 18th? And I proved that I tried to order it online? It is ridiculous that they couldn't make an acception or atleast apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, I was made to feel like it was my fault and until I could figure it out, they weren't going to do anything to help. I left the building without ordering anything and am honestly contemplating never going back again. The drinks are good but don't go here if you expect customer service. The employees here have none.
The store was dirty and the staff was very inattentive. I was not greeted upon walking in FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. I stood there waiting for staff to take my order. That gave me time to see how dirty the place was. Dirty tables and floors….I tried to ignore that. As I waited, the staff was right there in front of me, but they were more focused on getting work tasks done than taking care of the customers. When I finally was asked for my order, I read EXACTLY WHAT THE MENU SAID, which was a “Coffee mocha”. Yes, I know that’s also known as a café mocha, but I just read what the menu said figuring that’s what the staff knew it by. The server had the audacity to CORRECT ME, and say it wasn’t a coffee mocha, that it was a CAFÉ MOCHA, even though the menu clearly said - in large words right above her head - that it was a coffee mocha. I couldn’t believe that after having to stand there for minutes that I was THEN being corrected on the name of a coffee. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I wish I didn’t even stop here.
Left the drive through with a large coffee and bacon egg and cheese biscuit, headed north out of Olean. Decided to open my sandwich and found a NASTY blondish hair...sandwich went out the window and coffee down the drain! All standards between all Tim Hortons should be the same...they are NOT. I will stick with my Sardinia store..no other compares!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We normally go to the Tim Hortons by WalMart when we come home to visit because they have excellent service. But we were closer to this one, so we gave it a go. My husband ordered a plain bagel sandwich meal, a bottle of water, blueberry bagel, 2 ten counts of tim bits and 2 orange juices. They gave us our bagels and our juices and said we were good to go. We told them they forgot our tim bits and water. Okayyyy.... So we waited and finally got our tim bits. Said we were good. Okay, how about our water? They finally gave us what we thought was our order. Whenever we were a good ways away we dug into our bag to eat our food. They didn't give my husband the plain bagel, but the everything bagel and no hash brown. To top it off, my husband found a hair in his food. I understand people have bad days, but they had no personality, screwed up multiple times and had hair in their food. Come on people, put a little heart into your job.
Stopped to this location today and ordered and paid ahead on the app. When I got to the speaker the girl proceeded to tell me that they could not make my large drink because they were out of large cups told her to use a different size cups to be equivalent to a large.. done. Got to the window and they proceeded to say that they couldn't make my wraps because they were out of hashbrowns. Told them to make wraps without the hashbrowns and either refund me the cost difference or substitute a food item. She offered me a donut....done. No, wait, the donut I asked for was not available. I've been a huge Tim Hortons fan for over 15 years and if this had been my first experience I'd NEVER go back. Worst experience ever at this location!!!! Workers were rude and seemed unwilling to make the customer happy!
My wife and I visit there frequently, however if my wife didn't like the coffee so much I probably wouldn't bother going. The staff consistently gets your order wrong, and always have a bad attitude, or they are very strange. The cashier who checked us out during one visit started singing randomly while taking our order. Another cashier told my wife, in complete seriousness, that birds talk to her. The staff here are strange and rude, if you have a Tim Hortons in your town, go there instead.
I have no idea what the fascination with this place is. The coffee is awful! If the service was any slower I'd have to consider having it delivered by the postal service. The place is marginally clean. The music can't drown out the manager yelling at the employees and the traffic jam caused by the slow service is a nuisance to the entire city. Please close your doors and move away
Never gets my mocha latte right no matter how many times I make sure they understand they have it rung up correctly. I was in today to get my complimentary one for them messing up so much and of course... wrong again, I asked the girl if maybe something got missed and she got rude and snippy with me, insisted that it was correct and handed me a straw to stur it with. I understand they were busy and all but her attitude was unnecessary. Between that and the condition of the shop I really don’t think I will be returning, the place was disgusting, stuff spilled everywhere, no one even attempting to wipe anything up.
Horrible. Go to Wendy's or the gas station it will be better service and quality and you won't have to stand in line for 25 minutes and watch 3 people only service drive thru. Horrible management
Went through the Tim Hortons drive thru and the lady that took our order was rude and and cocky because we had 3 separate orders. Not only was she rude when handing us our orders and money she then proceeded to flip us off while leaving. Called the manager and the manager didnt give a single care and was acting disgusted that we called to make a complain. Some people shouldnt have jobs that have to deal with people on a daily basis. So thank you, Cynethia Ireland for you horrible service and rude af attitude.
Union Street, Olean, NY. Ordered 2 caramel iced caps, nothing like other Tim Horton's. These were not thick and icy, we're very watery like, and little to no whipped topping as requested. Still tastes good, but very disappointed 😞
First time at a Tim Horton. Just wanted a simple coffee. Was a 35 minute ordeal. Beware… if you are looking to just get a coffee to start your day and make sure you leave an hour of your time to get the simple coffee. This place should stay in Canada.
I went to get my hot coffee there and it wasn’t right and when I ask for exchange the manager refused to do so and pretending like she owns tim hortons! Common you need to wake up
Saw the drive thru had 9 cars waiting, so we opted to walk in. Well, we would have been done quickly if any of the employees would have stopped helping 4 drive thru customers to each counter customer... there were only 2 couples ahead of me, and we still waited over 15 minutes to place the order and another 5 minutes to receive my food. Even the customer behind me was wondering what was going on and why they were ignoring the customers inside. Even tho there was one lady only helping the inside customers, she kept walking away to go out back every few minutes and never doing more than placing an app order up begore she left again, she wasnt the baker... it was very odd and rude.... If we had just used the drive thru, we would have been driving away with our order in about 10 mins. Unacceptable wait times. You see how fast they can move thru the line with the speed of the drive-thru, at times, when they want to. I ordered my usual, grilled cheese panini with tomato and a medium cafè mocha with extra extra whipped topping and chocolate drizzle. The lady only buttered one side of the bread to toast the panini, not both, as i requested.... and the tomato was not ripe at all, not even close. 🙄 My son ordered a sausage egg n cheese on a bagel and a Chocolatchip muffin.... he barely ate half of the sandwich because the sausage was cold and very greasy, and also contained many, many small chewy fat clumps, I took a bite and instantly regretted it. I am not sure what is happening to the Wayne St Tim Hortons, but it is hit or miss with these guys. Sometimes, the food is amazing. Other times, it truly makes u worry... When I go someplace and spend 20$, I truly expect to not wait 15 minutes before I am acknowledged and to receive proper edible yummy food that is pretty much exactly the same as the previous time I ordered it. I don't think that is an unreasonable expectation. I think the issue is that nearly every employee in there at the time looked very miserable. An unhappy employee will not care about the product they are producing and putting out to their customers. This is an issue since it is the food service industry.... and I can definitely say that not one single worker who does the cleaning back in the food prep area cares if they are getting the place sanitized or not... it's not cleaning, per-say, that needs to happen so much as sanitizing, DAILY, which has never been a normal activity done here... let alone appreciated as the federal food safety standard that it is. Serving cold meats is not ok because the surfaces these people touch as they make your food are not clean nor sanitized, and there were no glove changes by the lady making all the sandwiches the entire 20 minutes I was in the store. Nor did the lady running the drive-thru register, handling money, and everyone's drinks... not one glove change the whole time. That is the standard here. Unfortunately
I used to think Tim Hortons was a great place especially this one because it's close to my home however when you got six workers at the window working the window one at the sandwich bar and one at the counter something's wrong. When someone Parks their vehicle and walks into your establishment and has to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee while standing in a line watching 6 people take care of the drive threw ...mean while our line standing is out the door.... You guys really need to get your priorities straight if we're willing to get out of our vehicles spend our hard-earned money and Stan 30 minutes inside In a line that goes out the door I do believe that that line should be taken care of before those who are sitting comfortably in their vehicles are tended to
Waited in line for 15 minutes and it never moved, not one person standing in line was waited on. They are overly focused on their drive thru and mobile orders in my opinion. People actually entering the store to place an order are basically on standby for service.
They only cater to the drive through. 7 employees working it, while 1 employee does the counter with a line out the door. I usually leave without ordering. Gonna try Dunkin!
Wont be ordering breakfast combos any longer. This is the 3rd time ive had my order wrong. I go through the drive through and dont open my items until i am home. Ordering a breakfast sandwich with bacon you would expect at least 1 piece of bacon. Ive tried to call the location several times and they do not pick up. Very disappointed
No stars for no service!! Waiting at the order point for over 5 minutes will no service. All the staff were having too much fun laughing at the drive thru window. Waited a little long to see if anyone would serve me but nope just walked back and forth. Oh well.. guess I will save the money.
Absolutely appalled at the treatment by an employee at this Tim Hortons! Manager was called and didn't seem like it was any big deal that her employee was acting rude and saying ignorant comments behind the drive thru window! To be fair, she didn't think we could hear her! However, those inside the store could! Absolutely disgusting behavior.
I frequently visit this Tim Hortons, and I’m frustrated by the lack of healthy food options. The few items that are somewhat health-conscious, like the spinach egg white bites, are almost always sold out. This has happened multiple times, and today was especially frustrating as I was on my way to an appointment and didn’t have time to stop elsewhere. It’s disappointing that they don’t seem to keep these items in stock, making it difficult for customers who are trying to make better food choices.
I visited Tim Hortons earlier before heading back to school. I ordered a Large white peppermint hot chocolate. I received my large cup not even filled fully, and no peppermint flavoring. Very disappointed to be paying for something and not even getting my moneys worth. Do better, normally this specific tim hortons is spot on, but todays workers were LAZY
First time at Tim Hortons. This is supposed to be a coffee and donut shop? Coffee is barely drinkable, tastes like pure syrup with no actual coffee in it and the lid would not stay on so hot coffee spilled all over the car. Boston cream donut had ZERO filling, just a lump of dough. Well, now I know I’m not a fan.
