Latte Lounge Oneonta Reviews
The service was very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere with antique decor. The cranberry orange muffins were amazing. I had mine grilled, but they're super either way!!
Since moving to Oneonta, we have gone for breakfast every Saturday (and sometimes Sunday). The service is great, the decorations and atmosphere are cozy and enjoyable, and the food is excellent. I am particularly fond of the bagel with cream cheese, lox, capers, tomatoes and onions (the works). The coffees are always tasty and even when there is a long line it moves quickly. If you are in Oneonta and looking for a coffee shop this is the one.
Good food, great coffee, good prices, lovely staff. What more do you want
Omgoodness, we were visiting and we happened to get lost in the right area! This was such a a cute little spot. Had a connecting book store, an amazing chai and the prices were very reasonable I honestly wouldn't mind driving the 2 hrs just for another experience 🫣❤️
I am not one to give reviews. But this place is AMAZING. Stopped here with our family of 6 and fed everyone + drinks for 3 of us for less than $60. And the food was incredible. I had the Cali-style home fries, hubby had the Baja breakfast burrito. Just absolutely delicious!
Lovely little place in a lovely little town. Everybody that works here is friendly the bathrooms are super clean. I'm enjoying a tall cup of dark roast that is quite good and my breakfast meal was fantastic. I highly recommend this location for a sandwich breakfast brunch lunch and of course really good coffee
Got huevos rancheros with a good friend of mine. It was absolutely stunning. So good. I almost cried it was so good. The employee who handed me the plate confessed that it was the first time she'd made it and asked me to let her know how it was, but by the time I finished and went back in a couldn't find her. I hope she reads this. It's been 5 hours since I finished and I still can't get over how good it was.
If you're looking for a small family owned Cafe to grab or sit down for breakfast or lunch, try Latte Lounge. It's nothing fancy. It's just good food that's mostly home style, fresh, and not greasy. Our hotel had recommended Latte Lounge and we ate every bit of the breakfast meals we were served. With our breakfast we enjoyed a good cup of coffee and my husband paired his with a sweet treat he smiled over the taste of. Single diners might like to know that this cafe is right next to, and has a doorway into, a local bookstore with a great selection, if you'd like to read while eating your food. I hope you enjoy your meal at Latte Lounge.
One of the first places we patronized when we moved here and I’ll never forget it for that very reason! Love coming here between errands for a tuna sandwich with bacon! I personally choose their smoothies over their lattes but definitely a place you want to visit.
I came just to get the bucket iced coffee but they were out of buckets which I was disappointed but I got a large caramel iced coffee and honestly it's one of the best ones I've ever had I will definitely be going back it's a 10 out of 10 I will highly recommend
Very welll crafted coffee and good pastries. My wife and daughter's go to spot for a latte when we are in town.
As a local college student, I love hitting up Latte Lounge on the weekends. The food is consistently great, and the bagels are absolutely amazing, definitely one of the highlights of my visits. However, the coffee can be a bit of a hit or miss. Some days, it’s flavorful and bold, but other times, it’s watered down or just tastes like milk, which can be pretty disappointing. The service is also inconsistent. Sometimes, the person at the counter has a beautiful attitude, friendly and welcoming, but other days, it feels like I’m being served by someone with the biggest attitude. The atmosphere is nice, but when it’s busy, there’s often nowhere to sit or even stand. During those times, I’ll just head over to the Green Toad next door, which is beautiful inside and has a more relaxed vibe. Overall, while I love the bagels and enjoy the vibe when it’s calm, the coffee and service can definitely be hit or miss, which sometimes makes it hard to decide whether to come back.
Latte lounge stays messing up my orders I’ll ask for a sausage egg and cheese with salt pepper ketchup and I received a disgusting cold egg with just a sausage patty missing the rest. Then I also got a cinnamon raisin bagel (lightly toasted) was completely charred black. I may as well have asked for a burnt bagel with cream cheese. And also the service is absolutely horrendous I’ll order two things and they’ll take 30 minutes just to come out and they’ll end up coming out freezing cold
I went to latte lounge to support my local shop. I was clear in my order multiple times with my girlfriend and kid that I wanted cheddar cheese. When our order came out wrong my girlfriend politely asked them to redo the order because it wasn't what I ordered, and to fire it ASAP bc im a type 1 diabetic and had already dosed for my meal. My bloodsugar gave me issues for hours after this meal because they took an additional 15 mins to make my food and I went low. They even tried to make me feel bad because the person that took my order was LGBT. I don't care who you are, or how you identify. It doesn't effect your ability to take an order. Sorry for misidentifying them. I stand by what I said.
My iced coffee was especially bad, as if an old pot of coffee had be stuck in the fridge and iced. I'm generally a black coffee drinker and this took a lot of milk and sugar to be palatable. Service was quick and friendly though.
Wow, just wow. I went in to grab some caffeine and a bite to eat, and I was so disappointed. My drink was made incorrectly, and I had to ask for it to be remade. After I had asked she filled my iced matcha to the brim with ice. Then, my bagel was served cold, and when I asked for a refund, the employee told me she couldn’t give me one. Overall, the experience was really frustrating and disappointing. Also, how are you a latte lounge but don’t even make authentic matcha. SMH 0/10 the price is not worth it you find better quality at Dunkin doughnuts
Been going to latte lounge for years and have always loved the food, drinks, and staff. However, since new ownership the place is going downhill. Quality of products is going down as prices are going up. A tiny apple tart for $6.50 is outrageous and what was once a delicious crispy chicken sandwich is now a waste of $10. There is barely any chicken and it's no longer breaded as it should be according to the menu, and most of the time you need to remind them that it comes with bagel chips. Half the time parts of our order is missing, whether it be that the person who rang us up forgot to put it in or the kitchen forgets to put it in our bag. We had to get in the habit of checking our items before leaving to ensure we got everything we paid for. Overall, just not worth our time or money to frequent this business anymore.
