TERRIBLE TREATMENT AND SERVICE!! I don't know what's up with the employee. An elderly lady yelled at us because my boyfriend gave her a bill that she thought was severely torn even though the cashier had just given it to us. She yelled at him that they were going to charge her the bill and yelled at him, demanding that we do whatever we could to change the bill, embarrassing us in front of other people as if we were stealing from her or giving her a counterfeit one. They definitely need to train their staff on how to serve her. Even as we were leaving, she said to the other person, "Look how you carry the bills in such an arrogant manner." I asked, "Who does that?" It seemed more like the lady's whim not to accept our payment, which is why people don't go to that place anymore. We sat down and the tables were dirty, the horchata water seemed like plain water, the cakes were hard, and the meat was dry and tasteless. I remember the service was better before and the tortas tastier. Now with that lady who feels like the owner, we'll never return. After reading the comments, I realize I made a mistake by entering the place just because I was passing by. I agree with one thing: the lady's attitude is terrible, arrogant, and rude.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. The tortas aren't anything special, but the truly disgusting thing is the attitude of the lady serving us. It's like you asked her for a favor or something. She practically throws the torta at you, and if you ask her anything, she answers you with a grudging grudge. I thought it was a good place because I saw a lot of people, but we won't go back there again.
