I ordered a bacon Mcgriddle and a large Ice Tea. My Mcgruddle was Luke warm at best and nothing is consistent with the sweet tea. Most of the times there is barely any sugar in it. I ha e received sugar water that they call tea...no color what so ever. And whatever sweetener they use leave am awful taste in the mouth. Get it together. SWEET TEA IS SUPPOSED TO BE SWEET

Every time I order a hamburger with no cheese , it comes with cheese , multiple inability to make a hamburger with bun pickle and patty , amazes me . So I go through again fix the order and there's like one pickle on the burger , like they are throwing a tantrum.

Order a big breakfast with hot cake this morning, and the food was COLD. PANCAKES WERE FROZEN, Hash Brown was crispy, HARD and STALE.

Waited in the parking lot for 15 min for a burger and fries then they come out with the wrong order. The attitude from the staff for bringing me the wrong order like it was my fault is just insane. Definitely will not be coming back in the future. Staff needs to work on their McAttitude and service.

Payed for food took over an hour to get mine and my friends orders didn't get made until we showed them the receipt again people behind us ordering from the kiosk got their food before us and one woman came back 3 time for door dash order before we got our food was not worth the wait.

I honestly cannot believe how rude "Amy" was at the service window not only did she ignore us when we first woke up and did nothing but say good morning but then was rude and had the audacity to dismiss us as we get to the window I cannot believe the service that's allowed nowadays.

Very rarely that we will eat out as a family or even by myself due to prices. This location really needs to work on the customer service and wait time. Acknowledge the customer as they come in even if you are busy it's not hard to muli task. It would reassure the customer and make them feel welcome, instead of making them feel like a burden. When a customer asks for extra ketchup please don't be so stingy! I understand people can be wasteful but a lot of the time the employees act as if your asking them for them to give you ketchup that they paid for! Come on guys be better then that, share! Friendliness definitely needs a bit work and prices are crazy as they are at all fast food places. The food is ok on freshness so I can't complain about that. The wait time and customer service is why I rated this place so low.

Ordered on the app before 11:29 but I got there maybe one minute late if late at all and they couldn’t do my order for what? pure laziness is what it is I can’t believe this is the only mcdonald’s in town this is some bull. I understand not doing cones at this time of night but not doing a big mac and nuggets is crazy especially if I placed the order on time. Update: The day of they told me I would be refunded, it has been 11 days since then and still no refund I finally had to call my bank and dispute it. Completely unacceptable.

My fellow human beings, let me tell you about my journey where I loss my dignity after eating here. Order my usual like a broke man who spent too much at dutch bros, 4 mcdoubles, after a long day of work. Had a 30min drive before I made it home. My tummy started to rubble, gas escaping from the cave behind. Clinching my cheeks hard as if my cellmate was Diddy. Praying to anyone who could give me strength. But 20min into my drive no bathroom near by. Thoughts of pulling over and letting the storm unless. As I tried to build my courage the walls broke and the brown flood was unleashed. SHAME quickly took over, faster than post nut clarity after you watch a video on the 13th page of CornHub, Disgusted with myself, Losing my humanity/ dignity. I still get shivers as I drive by this location, for it has stolen my innocence. I WARN YOU, if you know you won't be by a restroom in 20min, don't risk it. Or you too will shower with shame, after ingest it's uncooked food.

Worst McDonald's in history! 25 mins from the order board to the pay window and 10 more minutes to get the food. The food was sub-par at best. I will never go back here and think the location needs major help.
