Oswego Sub Shop Oswego Reviews
I love how this deli actually gives you the amount of meat & vegetables per sub as the price tag would suggest. I love that sort of generosity & I recomend that shop the next time you're in Oswego!
My sub was so good. The roll was fresh as can be. It was very busy, a testament to their great food. Couldn't believe they had 11 people working at 11:30 on a Sunday morning.
This is just a classic institution. Been a customer for 18 years and counting. The Erik Cole and cheeseburger subs are a go to. They also have very good chili.
It's been more than two decades since I ate here last. I went to college in Oswego in the 90's, needless to say it's been a while. Regardless, the best chicken salad I ever had was from this place. I still copy their recipe to this day. Good stuff
Food is excellent and when the deliver the food it doesn't take that much time to get it. The employees are great, and the delivery people are very personable. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Since I have been getting my sandwiches there for over 25 yrs. Great job To the Greens.
There just aren't words to describe how delicious the food is. I won't go on and on. It's worth it and then some. And don't get me started on the wings. Just moved from Brooklyn. This place blows away any sub or wings I've had there. Plus they are just really nice people 🙂
If you're looking for a place that's open late to grab some food in Oswego, Oswego sub shop is a great place to go. Good prices, large selection of sandwiches/subs etc. Their french fries and grilled cheese are fantastic. Nice dine in atmosphere, very friendly workers. Also offer take out and delivery. Definitely would recommend checking them out if you haven't already.
Working on the road can be tough sometimes especially when finding something to eat. We have been in town for a month now and we came across Oswego Sub Shop. Have to say it's one of the best places I've been to yet. Italian sub was great.
They have the best subs in town. I have been going there for over 25 yrs. Bill and Beth Greene are great people and they do a lot for this community. They have some great employees working there. Keep up the great work Beth and Bill.
Five years later and I'm still thinking about that chicken parm sub. It may just be nostalgia but I LOVED their Subs
I’m an Oswego native and I grew up with the Sub Shop. I remember ordering from this place before they expanded. I no longer live in Oswego, but when I visit i just have to get a turkey with the works. Hands down the best sub I’ve ever had. They just have the ratio down. Everything about it is perfect, and it can’t be replicated. Please don’t ever change!
I bought a ham and cheese sub on their wheat roll...DELICIOUS. Fries were really good also.I will be getting all my subs from this place. Ordered online, only had to wait and extra five Minutes and the service was excellent.
Food was great. Fast delivery. I ordered cheese steak sub and macaroni salad...yummy
The young boy at the front, I believe his name is Marcus, was very very kind to me today. Maybe too kind! When I asked where the bathroom was he walked in right with me! The subs were alright, but I’ll definitely come back for him! The people make the place am I right ;)
Best sandwich place I've ever been to in my life. Never been to the place till my step father and mom took me and my girl out for lunch. Such friendly smiles and more than perfect atmosphere. If this app had a 10/10, that's my rating hands down
We LOVE Oswego Sub Shop!! We both went to college at SUNY Oswego and bonded over that when we met. We usually get the same thing so haven't got too many recommendations for food. The subs are just as good as they were back in the '70s. We usually take the subs down to Breitbeck Park around sunset.
Five stars for the food and the service! I ordered for pick up and the custom service from the person who took my order as well as who checked me out was very good. I ordered a chicken cutlet buffalo wing and blue wrap with the works. It was delicious! One of the best buffalo chciken wraps I've had in a while. This is a great sub shop that I will definitely be stopoing at again.
I have always enjoyed the roast beef sub from the Oswego sub shop. Hands down the best.
Oh my goodness there wraps are very good especially the spinach wrap with chicken salad. Sorry no picture I ate it all up.
Excellent service and delicious subs and wraps. If it wasn't so far from the Hudson Valley we'd be here more often. The O.S.S sauce was just right! Perfect balance of flavor! Thanks for making our lunch amazing!
Awesome subs and I love that they're open late. Get the AL Roker with the works. I eat those every night I'm in Oswego. They're awesome! Every sub I've had here is the best. I called like 3 minutes before they closed and they were super cool. Stayed open to make me a sub. Friendly people.
I rate it tops! I worked behind the counter and did deliveries when the sub shop first opened. One of their first employees! Pops and his wife cooked up the meatballs and owned it and their son Bill (Sr) managed it. Wonderful place to work...and the lines went out the door on weekend nights. I trust that I may not recognize the restaurant these days given the expansion over the decades.
Fantastic subs. I have had several. I heard about the Cheeseburger sub and read all they hype and finally decided to cave and have one. HOLY CHEESEBURGER SUBS, BATMAN! Yes, this is the only thing you will ever need to eat over and over! Really, everything here is great, but this is exceptional and believe the hype!.
Sorry- who are these people with such intense standards that they’re rating these below four stars? What sub shops are they going to that ARE making the cut? They’re meant to be sloppy, meat filled, delicious subs. The bread is great, the fries are above average, the service is by working college students and I can’t complain but honestly whose expecting a ton from college students who are up late and have a lot to do, and then my service was great. The Italian was to die for!! Again, who are these haters and how did they form these opinions?! I’d like a committee to review them! This is a STANDARD sub shop. Above average I’d say. And if you’re the lucky type to complain, get a safe sandwich like an Italian or Philly.
my car battery died and one of the delivery drivers on campus stopped and helped jump start my car. helped me out so much and i was able to start my car to pick up my order and the wrap was so good i cried. employee needs a raise, hes a good guy i wish i got his name to put on this review
The food was awesome and the Mac salad was great and the brownie was very delicious I would tell my friends and family if you visit the city of Oswego NY the sub shop is a nice place to eat.
I have loved the fully-loaded Capicola sandwich for 38 years now. Still made quickly and consistently. I live 240 miles away from Oswego now but I will get four or five and pack them in a cooler to take home and enjoy through the week. Best subs in Oswego, period.
I have eaten from here twice, once inside the shop, once ordered out. The quality and taste of their subs were excellent both times- definitely worth ordering from.
Legendary place. Granted, I grew up near Oswego and got to know the Greene’s who own the establishment, and while I’ve moved away countless times I always come back to Oswego Sub Shop when passing through. Beats any big chain sub shop by miles.
The food is very good..mainly subs.
Just as amazing as it was in college over a decade ago. Same small buisness feel with the homemade touch. Will always return when visiting!
Dinosaur BBQ Chicken cutlet on a jalapeno wrap with the works, my go to. Always great and quick service.
I’ve gotten delivery and eaten in Oswego sub shop. I love the salad it’s delicious, not boring and they are great with substitutions for food allergies and sensitives when it comes to the salad. My family’s orders come out right even with delivery which is hard to find. When eating at Oswego sub shop I enjoy the atmosphere. It’s family friendly, the owner and his son are lovely people who care about their customers. Please give Oswego sub shop a try!
I recently stopped by Oswego Sub Shop and was blown away by the quality and flavor of their subs! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the Italian sub, it was loaded with fresh meats and cheeses and the bread was perfectly toasted. Overall, a great spot for a quick and delicious lunch!
Awesome local shop! We were in a rush between games and they came through with 2 sub trays for the kids in 20 mins! Plus, they were accommodating to our needs, got us in and out quickly, and all with great customer service!
Great burgersub ,wings , cinnamon rolls everything best 20 bucks on lunch I've spent. Chalk-em
High quality food every time I order and probably the best local chocolate chip cookies.
Oswego Sub Shop is simply a part of Oswego culture. Incidently, their food is predictably satisfying. 😊
Lived in Oswego till 79, 1st time here, what a wonderful sub shop, can see why its highly recommended. Came back for the classic after nearly 45 years
I can honestly say that Oswego Sub Shop has never let me down. Their subs are consistently great—fresh ingredients, perfectly made, and always exactly how I order. The flavors are spot-on every time, which keeps me coming back. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. It's my go-to spot whenever I need a satisfying sub, and I genuinely love supporting this local business. Highly recommend!
My favorite place to eat in Oswego! I've eaten here since 1987. Wherever I'm on town or by first stop. They make there own bread so it's always fresh. Excellent choice of sandwiches and Salsa Wings!
Ist time visiting this amazing sub shop. Family owned for many years. A real Oswego icon. So many varieties of subs, can't wait to try more . I had the Roast beef sub with the works and my husband had the cheeseburger bomber. Both were excellent and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Decent place to grab a sub in Oswego. We drove up from Ithaca a year ago and got the same sub- The Al Roker. Got the same one this past weekend, but it didn't taste the same. Something felt missing or like the recipe had changed. I think they forgot an ingredient or two? Still, decent sub for a decent price. Got a beef on weck that they advertised up front, and as a Buffalonian, nothing to write home about. Huge portion of beef (for $12 it better be) but the roll had no salt to compliment the caraway seeds, and the sandwich itself had cheese and onions on it. Not terrible, not what I was looking for, but hey- Still pretty good! And the dude working the front counter was polite and personable. Can't complain about the people.
Great subs. had better but really good
This seems like the kind of go-to sub shop that every town has (or should have!). It's got all of the basics plus a few special signature sammies too. My daughter got a wrap & I got a large salad. Good sized portions, especially for the price! Both were big enough that were ate half at a time so it covered us for two meals. Wouldn't mind stopping in again next time I'm in town.
Pictured is a veggie sub without olives. It was okay. Lot of the stuff was on the outside of the sub and pretty messy. The owner is great though, very friendly, and a cozy spot to eat with a patio too.
The food is good but delivery wise it takes a very long time to get to you especially if your order is small. I can say the same with most the shops around Oswego. Not only that they mess up orders sometimes by leaving something out of your order and not telling you.
The 2 cold subs were good but not really worth the $35 price.
When you go in, you see that board and you're so excited for all of the choices, and then... it starts to go away. The feeling of Meh washes over you like a damp rag. It's a sub shop where the sub means sub par. The feeling quickly goes from disappointment to one of resignation. I feel like every food decision there starts with "Might as well..." as you weigh the other food options around and you realize it's late and you should've planned better, but now you're here so... When it comes down to it, there aren't a lot of choices in town, and it's better than going to a chain, but at the same time it could use a bit more life other than the too loud TV.
Not the greatest first experience, let me explain: Don't get me wrong, the employees were very friendly, polite, helpful & professional. The food was also good and was made well. I ordered 2 whole subs, which ended up being smaller then subways footlong. That didn't bother me so much, but the price for these was almost double as well. I ended up ordering 2 whole subs, 30 wings & a 20 oz root beer. Which ended up costing me $63.00!!! .... Which I thought was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! That's why I am giving only 3 stars because the prices don't reflect how much food your actually ending up with at all. Based on this first experience, I am disappointed to say, I won't be back for a second visit.
I dined inside. The ambience was good. The I had the dinosaur BBQ cheeseburger. of the sub was good. The roll was a little too soft and crumby but fresh. The cheese burger was ground up, like taco meat. And too much lettuce... not enough beef, especially for the $10 sub price. It was served with a fork, kind of open faced.
The food is very good, the previous owner was at the counter taking orders. I had ordered online, and when I walked up to the counter I misspoke stating, “I have a mobile order” I then corrected myself and said “I meant an online order, sorry about that,” the older gentleman, later discovered as the previous owner said “so you want to place an online order?” I reply, “I have one that has already been placed.” The previous owner said “that’s what I needed to know. You just made that a lot more difficult than it needed to be.” And then proceeded to let me know that my food will be up soon. I stood there in shock and said “..I accidentally said mobile and then immediately corrected myself..and I also apologized for that..?” He said “yeah. It’s called online.” This is very aggravating to me as it shows the disrespect and disregard to the customers, even though I do not feel as though I was rude and even apologized for misspeaking. This makes me want to not come here again because the interaction really made me feel off for my lunch hour. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, I try my hardest to leave good reviews where they are due. But the attitude I received urged me ti leave this review.
The service was slow, we waited almost half an hour for our subs. When we got them, they were just okay, and for the price point I expected something amazing, and it was just meh. It is a cool little shop though, a very traditional old-school design, with a great little outdoor eating area.
Listen, I understand that places get busy, but every time I order delivery the confirmation tells me it’ll take 45 minutes and it takes 2 hours!! If you cannot mange this you should not be offering it The food is good but not that good, I’d rather pick up at this point because it wastes less of my time. They need to either hire more drivers or stop offering delivery
Honestly great food if you get it in person and eat there but if you order it for delivery it will be an absolute soupy mess. I've ordered delivery numerous times and no matter what I order it comes feeling like it was dumped in a pool of water
Good food but if you want water you should stop at McDonald's and grab a free water. They won't give you a cup off water so be ready to pay 3.99 for a bottle of water
When the subs are on point, they are delicious and can’t be beat. BUT its almost policy to mess up one thing per take out order. The sub shop consistently seems to forget something or go extremely light on fixings (even when they charge you extra for them). I really want to continue loving the Oswego Sub Shop but they are getting less and less reliable for a $12 sandwich. Edit 4/27… ordered a sub with extra hot peppers ON THE SIDE, but instead OSS doused my sub with it. So done with this place.
On 3/26/2022 placed an order for pickup, Guy on the phone didn't know how to take an order got hung up on. I called back now needless to say the subs I ordered were not bad but the quality of how they were made was horrible. I asked for two Italian dressing on the side which I never got and Italian sub only has one tomato very little mayo and was LOADED with lettuce. I tried calling back about this and was told the manager was unavailable to talk. Not impressed
Roast beef was flavorless and felt like I was eating paper. The cheeseburger sub is NOTHING like the saucy Big Mac it used to taste like, meat was very bland and dry. I’m very disappointed in my experience today. Mind you the staff was wonderful and promptly made turkey sub to replace the awful experience. I hope they get back to the original recipe for the cheeseburger sub, and switch back vendors/brand for the roast beef and burger meat.
Pricey for sub par deli meat. 4 half subs and 4 drinks for $43. Staff member sprayed my kid with cleaning solution while cleaning the adjacent table and didn't bother to even say sorry. Not that big of a deal but it could have been acknowledged. Was a nostalgic visit that won't likely be repeated. I guess I should have left my college memory of this place delivering beer to me 15 years ago my last.
Subs are small, not great and are comically expensive. It used to be legendary. Not anymore. I'll never go there again.
I used the online ordering. The subs were decent and correct, the wings were a definite no. They were undercooked and chewy and not available for pickup until 20 minutes after the pickup time. The young man working the register and pickup orders could not have been any ruder if he tried. For the cost there is better quality food and service to be found.
We haven't ordered in a while and tonight we wanted bacon cheeseburgers subs but instead we got BLT subs. This was a delivery, we live a mile away, our sub is cold, we open it up and it's the wrong sub. The girl who took our order entered it wrong, a mistake, ok, shit happens but make it correct. I asked for a refund, to correct the mistake, no they want to deliver us new subs, we are not waiting another 25-30 minutes for cold subs.
Good subs but..... Their delivery system is dysfunctional. They aren't on any major delivery services and they won't let you order from the website and also their menu and pricing is extremely confusing. The owner is very rude...concluding any attempt to get clarity on the menu. There are sub shops in town with less hassle.
Just ordered 4 subs. All were made incorrectly. Asked for a philly cheese steak, got a meatball. Asked for an Eric Cole on wheat , got it on white. Asked for no onion on the turkey, got onions. My wife's sub was made correctly, but looks like it went through a grinder. This sucks because we used to love this place. Will continue to go there because they are the best sub shop in Oswego. Just disappointed.
Hit Or miss, over all meh, not something to write home about. Al Roker seems to like the place a lot.The kids meals however are adorable! My sub (adult, not kids) one of the last times we went as we were in the area was all lettuce and only two halves of a tomato slice so I was a bit bummed. Cooked/hot subs tend to be overcooked, so beware. Also, I tried. Cookie, won't again, way to much butter for me, but I know people like that. Updated review as I took photos when I was in last and we waited like 25 min for subs, it was busy, bit not like packed, just consistent. The kid was literally leaning on the sub wrappers, and when I mention this I got attitude. And the subs we got the last time were very messy. Will deff not go back after this trip, and we usually go when we are up all summer long, but not after this one.
Grabbed a couple salads on the 14th after the gym. Girlfriend and I both got majorly sick. We are both still trying to recover now. The service there and quality overall has really declined. It's a shame. The subs are good when they aren't poisonous.
Didn't get what I ordered, I just want my money back!!! My fiance asked for no lettuce and instead they gave him extra on his sub, they added bacon on mine and I didn't ask for it..i got a whole and asked for a half as well, we thought we would try somewhere new for a change apparently we were wrong with where we chose, never again will we go there for anything again lesson learned...thanks for taking the only money that I had...maybe you should learn to listen to what the customer is asking for....
I ordered 1 sandwich at 8:12... it's 10:45 and I'm still waiting. This isn't the first mistake I've dealt with from Sub Shop either. I ordered 1 sandwich another time and instead they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I told them it was the wrong sandwich, they took that sandwich back, brought the same sandwich back again and told me I couldn't get a refund or a new sandwich. Never eating from Sub Shop again. The food is nowhere near good enough anyway.
I will start by saying I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place has gone down hill since I moved here in 2016. First time I got a sub and it was 80% lettuce. Iceberg lettuce. Yuck. I didn't enjoy the sub enough to want to order it again. Next time I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and that was a mistake because i thought it would be mild buffalo. Instead it was like fire hot. And I love spicy food. But this was like burn my freaking mouth wirh every bite. Not enjoyable. With only iceberg lettuce and chicken. And it cost like $12-15 So I ordered delivery once and asked for wheat bread (white upsets my stomach) and asked for BBQ sauce with my chicken. 2 hours to get delivered and both subs had nasty brown lettuce covered on them. It tasted stale. We took 2 bites and couldn't eat it. I got white bread and no sauce. I called up and told them. They came back 15 minutes later and refunded my money. Food went into the trash and I will never order from there again. Too many bad experiences.
idk, i may be a college student but.. when i first ordered sub shop it was delicious, especially their al roker and cheeseburger subs. but overtime, ordering them became a total pain. orders usually take 2-3 hours to arrive, and when the subs do come, they’re all soggy and inedible and i feel like i wasted $40 dollars. however the sides are delicious. for example, i’ll wait two hours for my meal to come even though i ordered at a pretty early time and a driver will stop by, tell me they don’t have my order and then leave. one time, they even forgot to make my order. they either need to hire more people, or figure out how to make delivering more manageable. i’m surprised nobody complains about this issue. if they change this, i’ll change my review.
This was my 4th time here today in the last 2 months. Everything was really good the 1st 3 times so I was expecting my sub to be really good again. NOT!!! I ordered a whole roast beef with everything on it. There was only one piece of meat, a 1/2 a piece of tomato a whole lot of lettuce a very little onion and extra extra mayo. It was disgustingly gross. All I tasted was lettuce, cheese extra mayo and bread I did not taste any oil, vinegar, oregano or meat I didn't ask for extra mayo.
Used to be good, not anymore. The subs (Were) the best. I ordered a ham and cheese with lettuce, mayo, Italian dressing on a toasted roll. I received an oversized hotdog roll not toasted, no lettuce, a ton of mayo, no Italian dressing, and ONIONS, don’t like onions. Grossness. Won’t go there again.
Had an issue with our order. Was told by the manager they would replace it but didn’t know when because they were busy. I asked to speak to the owner and was told he wasn’t there today and they weren’t sure when he would be. I told them I didn’t want to wait for them to randomly not be too busy to replace my sub because when I asked for a time frame she said she couldn’t give me one so who knows if it would have been one hour or three - so I said I would bring the sub back later when I drove back out that way and take a credit for another time. She asked if we paid cash or card. I told her card. Next thing I know a guy is on the phone and says he’s the owner. I said “I was just told you weren’t there”. He said “I just got here”. I told him I had an issue with my order and he replied with “I wrapped that sub up and it looked just fine” I go “Wait, I thought you said you just got there? So you lied and have been standing there the whole time?” He laughed and hung up. Needless to say, the customer service is severely lacking and it apparently starts at the top with the owner.
This place used to be great. It started going downhill years before they remodeled. But once remodeled it really took a turn for the worse. Years ago they had this reddish orange spicy sandwich oil that really made the sandwich. Does anybody remember this? Now they just have the generic hot pepper sandwich spread and it's just not the same. The roast beef used to be so much better, as did the rolls. Everything did. The flavor of the sandwiches were so delicious and unique. The price used to be worth it. It used be like fine art you could eat and taste. The sandwiches are now more generic and commercialized, boring, and similar to anything else anybody makes. Yet the price today does not reflect the change in quality. And there is definitely too much on the menu these days to really keep up on the high quality deliciousness it used to be. It would be great if they could go back to the quality and creativeness they used to be. They were truly sandwich artists back then. Now they are just a place to get generic overpriced sandwiches made by kids that don't care and just want their shift to be over. Over the years since the changes I do go back in hopes of seeing and tasting that it has turned back to what it used to be. Each time saddened it has not. I used to go once a week minimum. Now I go once a year or less. Help yourselves out (and me too in these last few years of life) and make the change to go back. Perhaps, if you do this, you could be the pioneers for change and get others to follow suit. Excite people again and put a stop to their expectation and acceptance for any and all low quality goods and services. People in general should stop accepting low quality goods and services of any kind. Whether it be a sandwich, a vehicle, a beer, a home, etc, etc. It's the only way to make positive change to get back to quality.
The subs are delicious when the food is actually delivered. I waited over a hour for a delivery less than a mile away. Was told they had one driver on a Saturday who'd think.. maybe if they actually paid the drivers fairly they would have more drivers. I heard they paid them server wages and taxed there tips but did not get paid for milage sounds like a tight wad owner too me.. I'd be very hesitant to wanna deliver for them as well.
Back in 2013 my buddy got the meatball sub and it was a disaster: not fully cooked, sloppy meat and balls, mushy bread. I heard about it for months, years even. It affected a lot more people than just him that day. Please just make a sandwich at home I’m begging you.
Worst place to order delivery from....absolutely rude from the start...ended up having an emergency and wasnt going to be able to be present for the delivery...we told them we have to cancel we have an emergency and instead of them letting me tend to my issues they made it known that they were angry with us refusing to pay and that we"screwed them out of a quite a bit of food" .when all that was ordered was 6 wings and a philly...thats quite a bit lol....
Very disappointed. Do not expect most things to taste like it should normally especially the chicken. It is alot of quickly throw together disappointments. Does not deserve to charge the same price as competitors due to an overall lack of quality. I can't think of a worse place to get a wedge or chicken cutlets.
The owner was very unfriendly to my daughter. You should learn how to treat people if you want to stay in buisiness. I am a 50 yr old man and I could never imagine speaking to a young woman the way you spoke to my daughter.
Once again reminded why I do not order from here! I’ll stick to Stewart’s ! We ordered 5 subs and paid the classic obnoxious price. Showed up when instructed. Waited 10 extra minutes to receive all the soggy subs stuffed two to a bag with no labels. So we get the honor of opening everyone’s subs to solve the riddle of who’s is who’s. Who knew the cost of a sub doesn’t include the bag to take it home. Won’t order again.
People were seemingly nice, but for the price to sub ratio. It was borderline insanity. Im not lying to you if you trained a six year old how to make a sub. It is just that… Compared to DiBellas, this is a -1/10.
I usually don't have issue's with this establishment at all - they've always been good about getting things right and on time but this time was the complete opposite and I don't understand where the miscommunication came in. I had ordered 2 whole subs and a couple drinks for my husband and I, somewhere along the hour wait, my sub in particular had never made it to the house with my husbands. So I had called when we got the order and had told them that we were missing a sub. The young woman on the phone had said they'd make it right away and get it to me. Okay, swell, So I waited while my husband wanted to wait until I had gotten mine, sweetest man in the world. But I didn't want his food to get cold so I told him to not wait. 30 minutes go by and still nothing, giving them the benefit of the doubt since it currently is snowing pretty bad outside. An hour passes now and I'm not to happy as I've already had a crummy day as it was, called them back and apparently the woman I had spoken to earlier never mentioned to anyone else in the store that I was missing a sub. took them 20 minutes to get one to me and it doesn't even look fresh as promised. So I waited 2 whole hours on a 42 dollar order waiting on a sub that they had forgotten to make and be given cold food. This place needs to either get people who care about their customers or something. I know I won't be ordering here for a while even though I love their food. This has definitely put a damper on how I look at this place when I held it in high regards.
The food was awful. I’ve been here multiple times, never have i felt this way about the sub shop. However just paid $38 for a grilled cheese that’s was subpar and a large salad that was probably one of the worst tasting I’ve had. I regret choosing this place for dinner. The quality and quantity was not worth the high price. Plus the service did not represent as friendly, so the energy felt weird.
Just lost loyal customers of 5 plus years. We've always given $10 tip, more with inclement weather. We are right across Minetto Bridge on 45. We see their deliveries go by and deliver to Seneca Hill Manor, farther than our address. Their excuse is that it's too busy or that their orders are larger. They delivered a salad earlier today...a single salad. My wife works there and recieved it. But we cant order $38 in wings and some desserts, along with a $10 tip as usual? Very disappointed....💩
Definitely not the worst place I’ve been to, but DEFINITELY far from the best. I paid $34 for a foot long ham and cheese sub, 5 chicken tenders, & fries. The man who took my order wasn’t rude, I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but he said a total of four words. He didn’t respond when I asked how he was doing, he didn’t respond after I said thank you, and he didn’t confirm my order with me. He stayed silent and wrote my order down, which isn’t totally bad but it didn’t make me feel welcome by any means. The ham and cheese sub was pretty decent, id give it a 6/10 compared to other sub shops I’ve been to. But it was by far the most expensive. The chicken tenders? By far the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like chicken but with the consistency of jello. The fries were pretty amazing I won’t lie, super crispy and seasoned very well. But even at half the price, I still don’t think I’d go back.
