One of my favorite fast food restaurants. They close down the Arby's where I live so I try to grab some of their food when I'm on the road. I've only had one bad sandwich in the dozens of times I visited. Overall yum

It was pouring. My family was in search of late night fast food. Wendy's had turned us away (or rather ignored us), and next up was Arby's. We were wary. We'd never eaten at an Arby's before, and the restaurant was set to close in twenty minutes. We held our breath. The front door was locked. We drove around to the drive-thru and hurrah! Eyeing us through the window was an employee. He was courteous about our late order and told us to wait at the front to pick up the food. Shortly thereafter, he delivered the food to our car. He was surprisingly casual about the sheets of sock-soggying rain. And the food? The chicken tenders were indeed tender, with a superb ratio of crunchy breading to succulent chicken, the curly fries were crisp and appropriately-seasoned, and they were generous with sauce packets. My brother claimed it was the best fast food he'd had in a while. We're planning on returning to an Arby's soon.

Well run Arby's. Went with a large group. They opened extra registers and quickly and efficiently run the group through. Orders were accurate and food was good.

Enjoyed a lunch here in Vestal between appointments, love the beef and cheddar...Visited the Owego locaton and enjoyed the food there as well. The staff at the window was polite enough for us to remember to go back again to Owego soon.

Unbelievable! I had no idea how great fast food service could be. Cashier Amanda was fantastic and the food was great for fast food! First time going definitely returning.

This was our first time at Arby’s and we just loved it. Ordered for Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Chicken Club Wrap and a Peach Lemonade drink. Loved it all. Perfect in portion, perfect in taste. The staff was very pleasant and respectful. The service was quick. Price point is fair.

They are always so sweet when I come through and the general manager Elaine Connor was more than pleasant and made sure after not receiving our sandwich in the drive thru to run outside and chase us down to give us our food and went out of the way to give us extra stuff for the inconvenience. Which didn't feel like an inconvenience because we couldn't get over how nice everyone was.

Arbors of Owego New York is a friendly and clean business. The only problem I would say is drive-thru is a little slow as they make their sandwiches fresh on order.

I do like their Ruben sandwiches. Sweet tea is good as well. Also have friendly staff and a clean establishment.

Typical Arby's building was clean, staff was attentve, food was as ordered, easy access to parking lot and drive through. Its about a mile from route 17.

As Arby's go, this one is fine. :) It has THE MEATS and is pretty quick during the lunch rush. The Gyros are surprisingly good for a fast food place and of course the Beef 'n' Cheddar with curly fries is a classic choice. The jamocha shakes aren't as good as they were in my youth (they were real milkshakes back then), but are still tasty, though I recommend against the whipped cream 'cap' - this is a shake, not a frappuccino! The staff at this one all seem nice and helpful. There was a sandwich mixup once when I was having lunch and one of the counter folks came right out and brought me the correct one before I even noticed I had the wrong sandwich. :)

The food was great. The dining area was clean, even devoid of people. Overall though a great experience with my family and really tasty food options.

Food was good. Service was excellent. Building is outdated and only one bathroom stall for women's. Clean.

The bathrooms could definitely use an update but the dining room was nice. Cool soft drink fountain with lights in all of the dispensers.

This was a clean Arby's,although an older store. The employee who waited on us was more than courteous and friendly and entered our order as requested. It took a little while to get our order...it seems they do a lot of drive thru traffic.

Notable update. Like most fast food locations these days, employees are focused on timers viewed by management. This location asks for you to pull forward when it's slow to sit in the exiting driveway which blocks other customers that receive their order behind you. There is limited room for this and it constantly causes external issues between customers. How about we go back to the days where if the restaurant isn't operating as intended, adjustments are made to improve operation, not deception and forcing the consequences onto the customer. Deception of these timers is direct contradiction of what they've been implemented to provide

Love the gyros they have in their specials. So soft plus filled with a good amount of meat and very tasty. I hope the item stays on the menu full time. They usually have a new special once a month what's refreshing for the taste buds. Huge selection and a great value menu.

Deals were ok, food was average but the boneless chicken was cold. Like I wanted to complain but instead just ate 3 and wasted the rest. There I combined now and feel better

Don't believe the current hours (June 2021.) We went down at 8pm and they were closed. Sign on the drivethru that said they're closing at 7. I get that it's hard to get workers right now, but the posted info was supposedly updated 2 weeks ago. Maybe keep it a little more up to date.

The staff is friendly enough, but it is fast food, after all. Hence, the middling rating. They have the best Reuben in the area, according to locals, and accept coupons from competitors. However, it can get quite busy at times, and due to an apparent lack of staff it can take a while to fill an order. The dining room is nice with televisions set around the area, usually playing news, but the staff are more than happy to change a channel for you, particularly if you have children. They are also quite dog friendly, they keep boxes of treats ready for your furry companions, as well as access to a small trail behind the parking lot.

I bought two Mac a pond cheese bowls with chicken bacon ranch. They were not at all what I expected. O should hagone down the road to KFC. First when I pay that much for 2 “bowls” I expecy more than maybe a half cup of macaroni, a sliced up part of a tender and some broken Burd of bacon. What I don’t expect is a ton of ranch dressing. I would get a salad if I wanted it smothered! Something was tangy and I wouldn’t think it was that, but everything was covered so I couldn’t tell. Maybe the chicken is spicy but it wasn’t advertised as that. The cheesy Mac was gooey Mac. . I ate a bit and dumped it. My husband won’t touch his. A very bad experience other than the staff. That’s why you got two stars. Yuck? My mouth needs to be rinsed now!

Arby's in Owego is convenient and inexpensive during happy hour from 2-5 pm weekdays. However, the service is terrible. We had a long wait for our food and my husband had to go over the receipt with the person expediting to make sure all of the items we ordered were there. They charged me a lot of money for a Market fresh sandwich that I ordered without meat, and when I opened it up, the cheese was missing. I brought it back and they slapped one slice of cheese on this huge sandwich and then they cut it in half. So I got two horribly sliced halves of Swiss on each side. A bit annoying.

They were not open because there was no electricity at the time of my visit. So I had to settled for McDonald's.

stopped in this past july...the three cheese sandwich and curley fries were awesome [almost too much food] and the staff was very upbeat and friendly...PROBLEM!!!! i was charged one dollar more than the advertized price on the menu board...[which means it is in the computer that way]...i pointed out the error to a young girl who said that "they didn't send us the little numbers so they weren't able to change the board"....i told her that that was totally illegal...an older lady gave me a dollar back [we won't talk about the 8 cents tax that she didn' t return]....CHECK YOUR RECIEPT!!!

Owego NY: When my food was brought out (waiting on poppers), it was given to the wrong car. They opened the bag reached inside and noticed it wasn't their food. They called the girl back. She grabbed the bag and brought it to me and asked if it was mine. I refused the food and wanted new cause of COVID. She gave me attitude and went inside for 2 minutes and brought me out the same food and bag. I went in and ask for my money back and left. The girl in this story was the assist manager. This is the one arbys we always go to cause the service and people are great. Changing our minds quickly.

When you have the "high-spirited" employees talking trash about you behind the counter while you're waiting for your food, you might be at the Arby's in Owego. Don't forget about your order being messed up on purpose most likely.

Have not been here in a few years, now I remember why! Went there for lunch, the shake was great, the Beef and Cheddar was absolutely repulsive. It was so thickly cut and tough, that when I took a bite of it i couldn't bite through the meat and it pulled out of the sandwich, barely chewable and it had so much arby's sauce that's all you tasted. Wont be back!
