Sweet Tomato Oyster Bay Reviews
Adorable little place in Oyster Bay village. Very limited seating inside and avail seating outside. Large selection of wraps, paninnis, salads, soup and breakfast (in the am). Went for lunch got a egg salad wrap w bacon that was amazing. My mom got a turkey brie wrap that she loved. The people that work there are super nice and helpful. When I'm in the area again, I'll go back and try something else. Highly recommend.
Sweet Tomato has a small town feel to it. I enjoyed the welcoming vibes and was greeted upon entering. The rainbow bowl had immersive flavors that were delicious upon tasting. Pretty good value for the portion size. I would recommend for some lunch and taste of Oyster Bay.
Made a pit stop here to refuel with a group. The veggie panini was toasty & tasty. Took a while to come out. Iced coffee hit the spot on a warm day. Ideal rest stop for cyclists with a restroom. Outdoor seating nearby in the shade next to trees. 12/29/24 update: Service has improved 👍👍. Prices are now listed on menu 🙏🏻 12/31/24 Great service! Jessica brought the sandwiches to us while we were seated outside. 🙏🏻
Cozy spot to grab breakfast/lunch in oyster bay. Lots of unique sandwich , soup, and salad options. They have a tv that plays movies ( ours was Indiana jones : raiders a solid pick.) The Spinach Cajun wrap was tasty as was the apricot grilled cheese. Hal’s chips and sodas. Great prices and gets busy around 1/1:30
Me and my girlfriend come here every so often because it’s a hour drive but it’s always worth it. Can not beat the authenticity of a greasy spoon spot like this. Amazing food, amazing service. Feels like it’s been here forever and that’s what you look for in a place like this.
Rosemary Panini + Hungarian Mushroom soup for the win! I love stopping here on the way to Roosevelt Beach. I haven’t tried many options on the menu because my regular is bomb every time but I encourage you to explore. Great quality, just enough food for lunch and outdoor seating. Also, dying for Costal Craft to come back. We love a good local kombucha.
Amazing soup and some yummy paninis. My favorite thing on a cold day in Oyster Bay. The seating area is small so I suggest plan to get your stuff to go. Also be patient waiting for your food it takes a bit to prepare but the wait is worth it
Where theres soup (so many choices !!), i’ll be there. Had the split pea soup a toasted sandwich and a bag of chips to go (had it in a near by nature reserved) Tasty !
This place was SO good. Line at first went a little slow, but the wait was worth it. I had the tuna club which they were able to make as a panini instead. I also had a side of tomato bisque soup. Both were so good, I went back the next day for the same thing!!! The rosemary ficcotia bread that they make it on is out of this world. You have to go here!!!
Great little sandwich shop with great service and tasty food
The server was so sweet and the Ranchero wrap I got for breakfast is awesome.
Nice small sandwich soup and salad cafe to eat at. Everything on the menu is very delicious.

Nice small sandwich soup and salad cafe to eat at. Everything on the menu is very delicious.
Food is always very good. Servers are excellent, too. Today, the presentation of my Mexican tacos, which are really good, was off. It was sloppy. I'm thinking they must have lost a cook. I'll be back for the same , however. We'll see how it goes. I did go back for the same meal and everything was excellent, as usual!
IF YOU HAVENT GONE HERE YOU ARE MISSING OUT!!!! The most amazing food and service!! The vodka wrap is to die for!!! The soups amazing!!! Literally everything I’ve ever had has been amazing!!!
If you're in Oyster Bay and looking for a great place to eat, check out The Sweet Tomato. It's right by the waterfront , making it a perfect spot for a meal with a view. They're known for their amazing wraps, salads, and a wide variety of soups. The wraps are delicious and filling, perfect for a quick lunch. The salads are fresh and have lots of different ingredients to choose from. But the highlight is their soups – there's always a bunch to pick from, and they're all really good. It's a great place to stop by when you're in town, especially if you want something tasty and healthy. Definitely worth a visit!

This is a nice breakfast lunch spot in town. Not fancy. They had lots of soups that looked great. I got an egg wrap which was very good. Full breakfast and lunch menu. They stop serving breakfast at 11:30 but were kind enough to make eggs and omelettes a few minutes after. Regular iced tea, sweet tea and iced coffee available. The paninis looked fresh too. They have outdoor seating plus another adjacent seating area in front of the next building. I would go back
Coffee was good, and cookies were great, too I don't know about other food because I was running out of time (to catch my train to Jamaica)

The person who took our order never gave it to the cook, so we waited a long time only to find out it wasn't in process. Came out quickly after that. Lobster roll didn't really seem to be lobster. Maybe it was but really it is a fish salad on a roll. Chicken ceaser wrap was fine. Nice to sit outside but the tables were kind of dirty. Not sure they get much attention. Overall just okay place for a sandwich.

I called in a pickup order and when I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong wrap. I called to let them know and they were polite, told me to come back and they’d replace it. When I went back, the older woman at the counter accused me of lying and said I already got the correct wrap plus another one … which was absolutely not true. I drove back and forth twice just to be told I was trying to “get something free.” Incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially since this was my first time there. I definitely won’t be going back!
