Ju Fu Restaurant Pacifica Reviews
Ju Fu serves classic American Chinese food. The restaurant was freezing. Be sure to bring a parka jacket if you are dining indoors. My seafood crispy noodles $18.45 was readying in about 10 minutes. This was good. Their gravy was a lighter color with hints of garlic, chicken stock and cornstarch. The seafood part consisted of shrimps, little scallops and squid. Service was fine as there weren't many people dining indoors. They did have a lot of to-go orders.
Really legit Chinese! Had Mongolian chicken and shredded pork with tofu lunch specials. Comes with rice and hot and sour soup (which needs a bit more vinegar). The mains were very good. Glad my wife found this place while Yelping! Only take out until September or October according to the owner.
I absolutely love this place ! The food is amazing and the service is great!
5 stars! The Ju Fu is such a lovely and welcoming Chinese. Although the outside doesn’t look appealing the staff are very welcoming and polite and the food menu isn’t limited which is good. The portion size is good and the prices is very reasonable. It is good to see that the restaurant is always busy and I hope the business stays open for the foreseeable! See you soon Ju Fu 👍🏻
Just found this place. Fast and delicious food, and friendly too. Great spring rolls and chow mein, phenomenal plant based vegetarian sweet and sour "chicken" (soy bean). Could not find a menu anywhere online when I was trying to order for the first time, so I thought I should post some photos to help others, as currently it is pick up and take out only.
Really good place to eat it was all good we had the hot and sour soup witch was really good, as well as the salt and pepper pork, tomato chicken chow mein, and bbq pork fried rice.

First of all, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Food was ready fast, and was very tasty. Today was my first time ordering here, and it was great! I will be coming back again! I’ve moved around a lot in my life and I always say, you feel home once you find your favorite local takeout spot, and today I found it.
My 6 friends and I arrived and the place was empty to our surprise, but we received amazing service from all employees, including the cooks! Portions were generous and food was amazing.
Very good food, excellent service, moderately priced. Returned yesterday. Excellent food when we finally were served. Server found it impossible to manage dining orders and takeout orders. Every takeout order went to the kitchen before our order. Took over an hour to get our diner. Not much fun with a very hungry six year old.
Sizzling Tofu platter was excellent, beef broccoli, chicken fried rice and Singapore style fried rice noodles were delicious.
Very good food equal to Tams in Pacifica at Manor Shopping Center. You'll be surprised at the savings in cost. Order Fried Chicken Wings mild or spicy you love them Chow Fin is fantastic every dish I've had never disappointing. Togo orders do take a bit long, but when you get home and have the food you keep going back. Try it out you won't be disappointed at all. 🙂☺🤗😎
Absolutely a hidden gem in Pacifica!! FRESH FOOD!!! Your order will take a little longer, so be patient!! This is not your ordinary Chinese Restaurant that the food is just sitting there a reheated. I don't go to any other Chinese Restaurant EVER!!! I moved and now I make the 4-5 hour drive to just come here!!
We love Ju Fu for the occasional Chinese American dinner. The Wor Wonton Soup is delicious with tender meat and not too salty. Also, the Chicken Broccoli was perfect. Vegetables were just right, very fresh and not overcooked or too hard. Quick service and the staff is very friendly.
Food was incredible. I usually don’t leave reviews. Very pleased with the amount of food the flavor freshness and wonderful service.
$11.95 lunch special (until 2:30) with tons of options and soup included, good portions. A no-frills gem tucked away in the back of Lindamar. Dine in and takeout (fast) available. Delicious food. Multiple vegan dishes (traditional Chinese with fake meat), very tasty. Good sauces. Friendly family-run business.
Good comfort food, big portions, quick service. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed the food. They have fake meat options, which we purchased- Orange Chicken and Xin Jiang Chicken. We also purchased vegetables and green beans. Because my wife is sensitive to animal products and oils we asked for the food to be cooked in a clean pan, and the food came out clean. It looks likeoat people order on line, because the restaurant was empty, but the counter was lined with in-progress orders. Overall the food was flavourful but could use a little more salt to suit my taste. I recommend.
I feel like everyone in Pacifica must know of this place so this review is mostly for the out of towner. Go here. Keep in mind that it is typical Chinese American cuisine and you will not find anything truly traditional or experimental here but what you will find is many go to dishes done exceptionally well. I've been here four or five times now and have tried many things on the menu. Too many to specifically review right now but I cannot remember having something that was not good and many were truly great. Once again, for this type of cuisine it is stand out. It's not Eight Tables, it's a neighborhood Chinese joint where you can't go wrong. Give it a shot and you will come back.
I ordered the lunch specials. Solid tasty lunch for an affordable price. I'll be back. At the moment the restaurant is take out only.

Edit: Went back, same day, same time, same order. Price was now around $17.50. Now it’s not really worth it. Still delicious but next time I’d skip the rice order since that costs pennies to make at home. Paid $16 for orange chicken and rice to go ($12+$3+tax) which I thought was high at first, but the portions made it fair. I was hungry, but only ate half so it would be enough for two people. The orange chicken was still crispy despite the ample sauce. No broccoli (which often makes orange chicken soggy when included) so that was a plus. Only complaint would be that I would have liked more kick to the sauce. Staff were nice. Would definitely go back.

JuFu does not serve chow fun noodles. You should be disappointed with their chow fun offerings, or just remain happily oblivious. lol
They dont post their business hours on this site and it only says temporarily closed. They might get more business if they fixed this.
This is a nice local restaurant. The staff greeted with a smile as soon as I entered and the food was ready from my phone order within 10minutes. There is no dining in, all orders are to go only. For a Chinese restaurant there are a surprising number of vegetarian options. Unfortunately, the General Tso’s (vegetarian) chicken I ordered was sub par at best. The sauce was overly sweet, breading was not crispy, and their claim of the dish being spicy could not be further from the truth. The fake chicken wasn’t any better either, being bland and rubbery. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself coming back.
