There were only 2 youths today. They did a great job regardless of all the people waiting. They should be rewarded. I'm sure more people were scheduled but it's sad how these jobs have such high turnovers.
I often come to this location, but I wanted to commend them on all the things they are doing to keep customers safe during the pandemic. Julisa helped me today and you can tell that she was trained well. I ordered a smoothie and one of their bowls. She took care to not contaminate both items. Washing utensils in between. And everything tasted fresh and yummy.
This place is so good! Especially for drinks and other things! I would definitely recommend every single person on earth to try it (for the people that have never had Jamba Juice in their lives). Also everyone is just so nice and their service is pretty great! May God bless this place, always! 🙏🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️
One of the funniest experiences, was my first time visiting and I had a coupon on the app. Instead of googling the address, I asked if he knew the address of their store. But after a second of thinking, we both laughed about it. Looked up the answer after.
A young gentleman took my order for a Chocolate Mood and two pretzels. He warmed the pretzels, brought them to me, and then made my smoothie. When he was blending, someone came from the back and offered to help, but he replied that he was fine. I remember when these tasks were split between different staff members, so I was impressed to see him handle everything so smoothly on his own. I think his name was Calvin. Great job! — well done

Fast but messy . Order a large order of drinks from them one day. I knew there was some of the product on the lids when I got them. But when I took them out of my car, the front passenger seat was covered in jamba juice. It didn't spill, but all the the stuff that was on the lid got all over the place. And the ones on the front floor were ok because they were in a box.

I love Jamba juice in general, however this particular store struggles with its customer service. The several times I have been there have always resulted in for line rude girls that don't care about their jobs.
Açaí bowl is okay. The banana is too cold. The pineapple is too excessive. Overall taste is too sour.

The service sucks. It took them a good fifteen minutes to handle a pretty empty Jamba location. I would've been willing to look past the service if my drink was good. I ordered greens and ginger and it was terrible. Bland, tasted like flavored ice than a10$ worth drink. This location has made me want to try anything else other than Jamba. You've lost a customer Jamba!
So disappointed that this location has permanently lost my business. I used to get my smoothies and juices filled in my own mason jars and tumblers. I never expected to save money by bringing my own jars; I simply did it for environmental reasons and was happy to pay regular prices. Today I was refused this service unless I purchased a Jamba branded tumbler! This is an incredibly frustrating direction the company is taking. It is not sustainable, as most people have enough reusable cups and jars and really don't need new ones. It's a green washing money grab. Do better Jamba.
The service started out great. However, when another customer pointed out that the staff's ponytail was getting on the fruits she just looked at the other customer and ignored her. She didn't acknowledge the other customers comment or try to fix her hair. She just whipped her hair around and continued fixing drinks. Yummy right

Worst Jamba Juice I've seen. Lost orders, mixed up orders. Waited 40 min for drinks. Workers smelled all the drinks served, disgusting & gross. Would never recommend this place. Should be closed. Edit: within 3 days of posting this review I was contacted by Jamba Juice. They apologized for the experience and asked me to go onto their customer survey page and give the details of the events above. I did, they reviewed the stores video of the date & time I gave them. They then called me back, apologized again and in so many words said this is not the way it's done & that they will be dealing with the management to fix the problems. They are also sending me 2 smoothies.
I waited for a little over 30mins just to get my 3 drinks and only for them not to taste right! It was so irritating especially since it was a mobile order! And I checked in at the front when I walked in is my mobile order ready? They said no. So I approached the girls 25 mins after I walked in and they said “we gave that order already”. Will I’ve been here for more than 20mins n you have not called my mobile order. And all I get was sorry we’ll make it now. I Will not be back to this shop again! Disappointed and irritated with this shop!
I felt so bad for the girl that worked here. She was by herself. I have been here multiple times where an employee was by themselves. She did what she could but she was totally inundated with orders. People walking in and online orders coming in. The one star is not for her, the one star is for the location and lack of scheduling. Resting all the business on this poor girl.
I submitted an order for 5 people using doordash. Truly not that much, and pretty hard to mess it up. Half of my items were missing, well over $50 worth. I tried calling the store to see if the items were left on the counter, and the number on the website was out of service. Good news is, at least the drinks that did arrive were tasty.
Went here today for a juice the place was empty no need for any workers to be distracted or frustrated or rude. The girl working slammed my drink down threw my straw I said thank you just to change the tone of the interaction she pretended she didn’t hear me. I said it twice more and she stared at me. Felt racist and weird. Won’t return. Very odd behavior.
Once again they just can't get it right! Some would say why do you keep coming back? Because it's the closest one and I need my pick me up! Why can't these employees follow a simple order? Where's the manager? Who's in charge? For $13 I'm sick and tired of my order not being correct! It's SIMPLE
