Luigi's Pizza & Pasta Pacifica Reviews
A beautiful pillowy crust? Lucious, perfectly applied toppings? All for an insanely reasonable price? Welcome to Luigi’s pizza. Skip the chain fast food spots you can find literally anywhere in the world. Go 1/2 mile inland from hwy 1 in Pacifica to reach pizza nirvana, you deserve it.
This place is small, cozy, and the food is absolutely amazing. It’s the kind of place that you’d go out of you way to get, no matter the distance and time it takes. And it’s true, 4 out of 3 people love Luigis!
Luigi’s is absolutely iconic. This no frills spot has the best service I’ve ever had. David was so friendly and made sure we felt right at home. The spot is bustling with locals and all the food was homey and delicious. It felt like we were eating in someone’s living room. The rice ball is a huge highlight and a must add to any order. Highly recommend! A local staple and favorite!
Food is so good. The pizza are a great dough and the sauce is light and flavorful. The Alfredo pastas are great as well. We had the Fettuccine Alfredo Chicken and Mushroom and a Linguine Alfredo Shrimp. Also, a small pizza pepperoni and mushroom. The waiter David was very friendly and most importantly very attentive.
Stopped in on Monday, Indigenous People's Day when they seemed to be one of the few restaurants open. So happy we did. Our waiter, David, made excellent low-cal suggestions, was prompt, attentive, and remembered our names. Everyone was exceptionally welcoming. Very close to Pacifica Beach. Highly recommend.
Our favorite place for some arancini (rice balls)! We always order a pair to go and eat them at the beach. We have tried their gnocchi in pesto, meat sauce lasagna and pizza. They were all super delicious. Luigi, the owner, is super sweet and still working every time we pop by. This place is not fast paced, so come with patience and a body ready for some major carb-loading!
Simple, delicious Italian food. The meat sauce is awesome! We had the rice balls, gnocchi with meat sauce, chicken parm sandwich, and pizza sandwich. The gnocchi is home made and a good consistency. Our fav was the chicken parm. The chicken was tender and the ratio of chicken / bread / cheese was perfect. The garlic bread is good too, not too overpowering. Service was attentive. Family owned restaurant serving Italian comfort food.
I’ve got three kids so naturally we eat a lot of pizza. This is the best pizza I’ve had in a very very long time. Little pizzeria that was in Salinas back in the 90’s has head the bar high and this pizza reminds me so much of it. I will be back again for sure!
The good tastes great and the service was friendly! It was awesome to see Luigi himself still working hard (he was our waiter; the man must be over 90 years old!).
Great service, decent food. Somewhat cluttered by the sides of the restaurant but not by our table. They sometimes have cannoli, which is a good sign for an Italian restaurant.
Had the eggplant parmesan and my husband had the Alfredo. Both were great; we loved this low key, home style Italian find. Great service and value. We will definitely be back
Luigi is a great guy! He is a tru italian and he has the touch and Magic to make your food amazing. Got to try the Calzone.

Great food good people the chef is amazing guy thank you for all for being there for the time when all business closing down , not easy to run a business during this difficult time ,hands down
I have always driven by this place without realizing that it was there. The service was great and the lady working there was always checking in on us even though she was busy. It doesn't look fancy but it was perfect and we enjoyed the food.
Delicious indeed!! Luigi’s is what I was craving for this beautiful cold night. I was so happy that I went to this local spot that has great food. I enjoyed the Chicken Scaloppini and the Italian sausage with pasta and a marinara sauce which were perfect for a nice cold night after work. The fresh bread was also delicious! Everyone there was so friendly and it felt like I was in Italy again! I highly recommend this wonderful local restaurant! This place is in the right location at Adobe Plaza Shopping Center, 950 Linda Mar Blvd, Pacifica.
It was my first time here and I actually really enjoyed coming here. The service was so great and kind, I will happily come again because the food was also fantastic. I had the Italian sausage sandwich which was fantastic, it wasn't to greasy but also the right amount of messy like good food should be when it's from small mom and pop places like this. I will definitely come back with my friend who recommend it.

A cozy Italian spot with a relaxed vibe. The food is tasty and the service is friendly. Great place for a casual Italian meal.
This place uses the freshest ingredients to make the dish that much better. Loved it!!! I had the Raviolli & Meatballs, my wife got the Chicken Fettucinni Alfredo. Salad, a few rice balls(which were the BEST!) "Mangia Tutti Mangia"
This place serves up the best Italian dishes in town, feels like home when you Walk through the door. The pizza dough is second to none. We Always enjoy eating at Luigi's, family friendly kids coloring books ... 👌🏼
We were supposed to eat dinner in Half Moon Bay at 1 of those expensive, trendy restaurants but my husband forgot to make reservations for Mother's Day. I'M SO GLAD!! We kept driving into Pacifica & found this hole-in-the-wall gem. The smells going into this restaurant were amazing & the food we ate was excellent. The service by our waiter was great!! Yes, as mentioned, the decor is old & could use a sprucing up, but the food more than makes up for it. I found the ambiance charming & non-pretentious. We are definitely coming back!! Pro tip: Get the rice balls!! A must try!! 👌🏼
Family run Italian restaurant. Great hosts. Very friendly. Only had Hawaiian pizza so far. I suggest call ahead if picking up took 25 min to wait for my pizza. Free parking. Restaurant is in a small shopping area. Not dog friendly. No outdoor seating.
As most of the other reviews mention, the service is a bit on the slow end, but the attention is great, specially from Mr. Luigi himself. The food is not as fatty or condiment heavy as you'd expect in an Italian place. Pretty out of the way, so you are unlikely to run into it by accident. But we'll worth a visit.
