Buen bar para tapear. Yo solo he probado el huevo rebozado y el sandwich mixto además de alguna banderilla y todo estaba muy bueno. Tienen mucho donde elegir todo con muy buena pinta a un precio razonable
Llamé para hacer una reserva!!! Inculto de mí. Es un bar que siempre está a tope y es por el servicio y los productos que ofrecen. Les doy un 10. En plenas fiestas palentinas, tener el local como lo tenían y servir así a sus clientes es para darles un 10 a todos. Los huevos empanados buenísimos. Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo por allí.
Leímos en internet que los huevos rebozados de este bar tenían fama, así que nos decimos a probarlo... Con la consumición te regalan una tapa, en nuestro caso fue tortilla de patata que era muy sabrosa. Probamos el huevo rebozado y tenemos que admitir que la fama es merecida. La atención muy correcta. El baño estaba limpio.
Un bar de tapas donde no se reserva para comer.... tuvimos la suerte de llegar y había mesa justo para 4... Pedimos tapas variadas entre ellas los huevos.. la camarera nos dijo q se habían acabado pero finalmente nos consiguió 1 nos gustó ese detalle ya que somos de fuera y nos presto probarlo. Todo muy rico sitio recomendado

I went with a friend on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Palencia. As soon as you arrive, the restaurant is lively and crowded, and the waiters are so busy they don't even notice you. We found a table and sat down. We ordered drinks, chorizo criollo, huevos rotos con torreznos (fried eggs with bacon), and morcillas (blood sausage). Everything was delicious; it's a good place for Castilian food. I would definitely recommend this place. The food is delicious and the location is quite modern, although the waiters' customer service is very slow. I don't blame them; they're really busy, but generally they seemed quite friendly.

Very enjoyable food & coffee at a good price. Cafe con leche that was actually coffee with milk & not milk with coffee. Very enjoyable. Some bars it just tastes like coffee flavoured milk.

Bar Perico is centrally located and the pinchos, tapas, and portions are very good, well prepared. There's a great atmosphere and it's packed with people. We go and, as in our case, we come back because we liked it so much. Highly recommended.

Excellent tapas and service. Even though busy, the bar staff were totally under control and quick. Huevos rebozados (kind of scotch egg) really good! Many different tapas to choose from. Zamburiñas a la plancha ( scallops) to die for. Highly recommended and will come back.
It is a highly recommended bar for tapas in Palencia, there is a lot of variety and even though it was a Saturday and the place was packed, the food came out quickly. Highlight Xiomara's service and kindness! Very good quality - price. I recommend trying the wagyu and octopus toasts, the scallops were also very delicious!
Friendly and efficient service, a spacious restaurant with plenty of tables. A wide variety of menu items at a fair price and good quality. Definitely a great choice. Highly recommended and worth repeating.

A beautiful modern interior, lovely staff. Bravas just the way I like them (more on the crispy side, ham on the montadito delicious and the "Huevos Perico" that brought me here (basically a boiled egg croquettes) is absolutely sensational!

Bonita cafetería aunque un poco pequeña para la cantidad de gente que había. Tienen comedor y también ponen la comida para llevar. La comida no es de un 5 estrellas pero tienen tapas MUY BUENAS. El trato de los camareros fue muy bueno y nos resolvieron las dudas que teníamos sobre la comida para llevar. Es bastante económico comparando con los de la calle Mayor. Personalmente volveré a ir otra vez
Un clásico en Palencia, muy recomendable. Además de su famoso huevo, raciones de oreja, patatas, ensaladas, ventresca, alitas... Todo bien presentado,rápido y con servicio amable
Un lugar que nos recomendaron por los huevos empanados con bechamel, los cuales yo también recomiendo. Las croquetas de boletus tenían un alto sabor a ajo para nuestro gusto, aunque estaban exquisitas y los torreznos inmejorables. Sitio un poco angosto si hay mucha gente como fue nuestro caso.
Buen sitio para tomar raciones y platos variados. Puedes estar tanto en barra como en comedor. El personal te atiende bien y rápido.

A very nice neighborhood bar with modern decor, plenty of tapas to choose from, and a good menu for snacks: portions, salads, pan-fried dishes, toasts, croquettes... Very good service from Aitor, very friendly and professional. A good place with a good atmosphere for a drink. Prices are in line with what they offer.

We went out for dinner at night and found this place by chance. The experience was wonderful. We ordered a tortilla tapa, which was delicious. We followed that with a salad tapa, which, along with the Spanish tortilla, are the two most well-known and popular tapas in Spain. It was more than acceptable, but in my humble opinion, it needed a little more mayonnaise. The skewers we ordered with anchovies, piparra olives, etc. were delicious. The croquettes had a béchamel sauce that gave them a notable rating. If I return to Palencia, I'll definitely stop by again.

No me gusta poner reseñas malas... Pero el trato pésimo... Pasan de la gente... Trato horrible... Nos ignoraron por completo... Cuando nos dijeron que esperamos en la mesa, y sirven antes a otra mesa antes que a nosotros... Y todo con una justificación de que están atendiendo pedidos de globo... Una vergüenza de sitio... Atención muy borde y nada recomendable....
I'm writing this review as a service to the community; there are traps for tourists, and then there are businesses like this that seem to have fallen into their laps as a blessing. The staff has the tact of someone who's been scrubbed on asphalt in the summer. They ignore you when you walk in and serve you in whatever order they feel like, to put it mildly. They called the business, and the woman who answered lost what little motivation she had left the moment she picked up. A kind gentleman, after realizing he'd been sitting there for 20 minutes as a prop, bluntly told the waiter, who didn't seem to take the criticism very well. In the end, he served him reluctantly, of course. Money talks. Human qualities aside, all I can say about the food is that I've eaten the most exceptional croquettes of my life: exceptionally bland and exceptionally expensive. What I take away from this: the penance, and the hope that these people end up in a hospitality school. That way, besides learning how to treat a customer (politeness is already a challenge), they'll be taught how to pour a decent beer. You don't put the tap nozzle in the beer, you pigs.
