Ginos Palmdale Reviews
All around good fast service and friendly the food was delicious 😋
We have had the same waiter, Michael, twice now and it has been an incredible experience both times. He is very friendly and quick to accommodate our requests.
Gino’s is a must-visit spot if you’re craving bold, comforting Italian flavors. Their meatball sandwich is absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender meatballs smothered in rich sauce and tucked into fresh bread that holds everything together just right. It’s filling, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The anti pasta salad is just as impressive, with fresh ingredients, a great balance of meats, cheeses, and veggies, and a dressing that ties it all together without overpowering anything. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or a full meal, Gino’s delivers quality food that keeps you coming back.
First time I ever visited, for a small Christmas party. Wish I could have taken a photo, the fettuccine was so good, the blackened tiger shrimp was AMAZING, the tiramisu... oh my god yum. We had bruchetta (just ok), moz sticks, fried zucchini. Husband got spaghetti bolognese with meatballs, loved it. Our waitress was super sweet and did all she could for us. Will be going back for sure!
Until the end of the year, after booked holiday business reservations, we can't used the large lobby. So, until then, we'll have to wait. No tvs for the game in the other lounges. But it's a great place
I’ve came here a handful of times and always come out in a great mood. Almost all the time I’ve came, Alexa was my server. She’s a very nice and excellent person, and does a great job every time I’ve dined there. Overall one of the best restaurants in Palmdale. Great service and atmosphere in my opinion.
The BEST Italian food in AV, one of the best in LA County without a doubt!! Daily fresh made sauces and ingredients! So delicious! I have been sampling the menu here for a year and am still so excited to try new dishes that I may normally never order somewhere else! The vodka sauce is addicting, the marina is so full of flavor and sweetness, the prawns are cooked perfectly, the pasta is cooked Perfectly! Best pizza in AV The staff here are like a family and the love can be tasted in the food. This is a higher end restaurant with a pristine and professional setting, but the prices are Very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Very nice (calm) live music to dine to on weekend nights (not sure about the schedule) but if you get lucky - Enjoy! Gino’s is a hidden treasure that is producing fantastic Italian food and service. You would be remiss to not discover this spot.
It’s been four years since I’ve been to this restaurant. The food was great as well as the service. They closed the location on East Challenger Way which is very disappointing, I had been going there for over 40 years even after moving away. This was always a stop when visiting. We went to the location in Palmdale and it did not disappoint. The flavors have stayed consistent over the years which is very refreshing. Thank you for such great memories over the years.
Spectacular! Amazing prices, wonderful staff and - most importantly - DELICIOUS food! I tend to get the Spaghetti bolognese with meatballs but this time I decided to try the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo & I was not disappointed! They are currently open for patio dining and they keep it clean! We live in Ridgecrest which is about an hour and a half away from Gino's... it's so good it's worth the drive!
Gino’s Italian Restaurant is the epitome of the ideal mom and pop restaurant; I can always count on them to serve delicious, fresh, authentic Italian cuisine and equally genuine service. Everything I've ordered here has been delicious, all of the staff are always so polite and helpful, and there is also live music if you're seated near the bar. The Gino's experience always exceeds their prices and I have even recommended them to friends. Gino’s is the place to go if you’re craving delicious, authentic Italian cuisine at an affordable price!
This is my all time favorite Italian place in the AV. They have several locations throughout the AV and they’re all great. We go here since it’s close by. Their chicken antipasto is my favorite go to item. My husband loves their calzones. Their spaghetti is fantastic and so is their bread and mozzarella sticks. I ordered a mojito tonight and it was quite strong. I’ve been to several party’s here as well from a huge retirement party to a baby shower and the level of service for those was excellent as well. Every time I’ve been here we have gotten phenomenal service. Prices are a little high (kids menu especially) but I feel their food and service are worthy of the charge. I’m a huge fan of this place!
Delicious dinner and fun family time. I gave it a 4 because we had to repeat requests for refills. We were a large group and I think a 2nd server would have helped. Pianist played a variety of fun songs. It was a bit loud because we were right next to the stage, but we enjoyed playing Name That Tune and singing along.
I would have given 5 stars for service, however the hosts looked at my husband and I as we were bothering her and the other two hosts at front. I had to tell them I would like a seat please. They continued with oh, we didn't know and thought you were a pick up. I don't get why they just didn't greet with a "Welcome and how many to be seated?" The waiter however made up for that by giving excellent service and the food was amazing! 👏 Just remember the face of service is always best impression. People never forget how you made them feel.
Food was good and it’s a large portion for the price! They do have gluten free pizza options! The service was really bad! We were the only people in there and they kept messing up our orders! It also seem that they had burnt something or oil was smoking but it was SO bad my eyes were watering and our fiends also said they were struggling with the smoke.
We were seated quickly but it took the waiter about 15 minutes to come to our table. She didn't come to check on us throughout our meal. We will definitely never be going back.
Had to wait for just getting water. Almost finished meal when waitress remembered she was supposed to bring parmesan cheese. Food was not anything to write home about going again.
In town for work and I was told to try Gino's. I typically try to hit up any local spots especially if recommended. Unfortunately my experience was less than acceptable. Upon arrival I had hope as I was greeted promptly and the atmosphere was pleasant. It started to disappoint after I was seated. A couple near me was very loud and thier conversation was littered with obscenities, this was short lived though as they left prior to my server arriving. I ordered the Lasagna with a Ceasar salad, a glass of water and a coke. My server was Micheal, and he was great. He told that he would bring some bread and went to put in my order. Shortly later I was presented with a good fresh Caesar salad, but the bread was substandard and the water had a strange aftertaste. It only got worse, when my Lasagna arrived, it had a weird brown top that I thought was just a trick of the light or a little over cooking in the oven?? It wasn't, the bottom of the Lasagna was literally burnt to the bottom of the dish, it was greasy and the Lasagna noodles were so tough I couldn't cut them with a fork. It seemed like it was likely an old portion from the back of the walking fridge or something. I informed my server and he was very apologetic. He removed it from my bill but I was to turned off to order something else( first impressions you know) I would hope that this is not consistent though the table behind me was advised there food was delayed due to being burnt as well. Sadly I can't recommended this place. As good as my server was, honestly he should have never delivered that plate to my table.
Terrible! We threw away the whole tray! Impossible to eat. Pizza and garlic bread is definitely from frozen. Chicken marsala completely off (the garlic was raw, the wine sauce was extremely bitter because was not simmered enough and still had high concentration of alcohol!) fetuccine alfredo covered in mounts of cheap butter with no flavor. We only ate the salad. Definitely not worth the cost. Yuck
