As always at the Palmdale Boulevard location, the place and bathrooms are very clean, the employees are very hard-working and friendly, it is the only place where my stomach does not get sick.

Breakfast was top notch. Had Veggie Omlette. One of the best we've had when eating out. Service excellent; had a sign indicating we could remove our masks once we were seated (nice to have expectations spelledout). Priced right, lots of choices. We'll be back.

Best fries I've had in a long time. Their 50/50 burger is incredible (half bacon, half beef). The line for In-n-Out was ridiculous so we gave this place a try, BEST DECISION EVER! Classic burger coasters about as much as a double double but had more meat and tasted better.

4.1 stars doesn't do justice. Came by today, a Monday while staying at a nearby hotel. You can smell the grill from outside, nice diner inside with lots of light, they also have a drive through. Got a double cheeseburger combo, add bacon and jalapenos. They have great prices for a delicious meal and nice people, and I wanted to add a five star to help that. Oh and if you come by, I like tipping, and they only do cash tips, I wasn't prepared, sorry gents.

Package packing packet whatever you call it it's packed 😂 fast service but with great quality food the restaurant could be larger because it's always filled 2 capacity everybody working there always looks miserable especially the people taking your order but it's just because they've had a long day I recommend the Greek salad with chicken it's my favorite with blue cheese it's amazing and the garden salad is always fresh and has a good mix of green. The seats are meant for four full size adults if you have a larger party than that you might have trouble finding a booth that sits eight people. The zucchini is great but they use Mexican squash instead of the Long squash the burgers are amazing but don't order the omelette I don't know who's cooking but the egg is always burnt and never soft I have ordered it twice and it's always the same. The chicken tenders were hard I don't know how long they were sitting there I also recommend the steak sandwich. Don't come here for coffee it's a little watery I've been to all locations my favorite is the one with the robot

I love going to Tom's.... This location in particular. Their are many other Tom's but this one is the best. The food is delicious, the service is always with a smile and the atmosphere is very friendly. Today's visit, I ordered a steak and eggs special. When I got the steak it appeared uncooked, so, I took it back and with in minutes they had fixed it to my desire. Thank you to the chef. Another event that happened today was with my service animal. We were asked about it and even though the questions they asked were illegal they understood and didn't press on. Thank you management. After the set backs today, my family and I still enjoyed out time and food at Tam's.

Had the double cheeseburger special and the large onion rings. Best burger and rings that I have had in years! Truly no exaggeration. The onion rings were real onion and coated in a light tempura and so many on a dinner plate that I couldn't begin to eat them all. The burger ingredients were all fresh and piled high. Great food.

Tom’s Burgers 25 is a great place to eat! It’s very clean there, and the food is so good! They wait on you while you eat, refill your drinks, get you more bbq sauce if you need it, etc. I also found the prices to be very fair.

Quick serve diner with all the regular options you would expect. Burritos, breakfast staples like french toast and pancakes with eggs and a side of sausage or bacon. Juicy burger combos made fresh and priced well. They even have dinner options too. Good service and the food always tastes great. My favorite lunch item is a Bacon Cheeseburger combo and for breakfast I usually get the Tom's breakfast burrito!

I ordered asada fries with extra cheese. I should have checked and didn't know they use nacho cheese instead of cheddar cheese. I would have made sure to specify extra cheddar cheese. My plate was over flowing with nacho cheese; they did not skimp. I just don't care for nacho cheese that much. It was too much for me and the plate. I didn't want to complain about my order because it was correct but I did and they were very kind and remade it for me with cheddar. So yummy.

It has become my go to spot since moving here, my close buddy who's been helping has been a fan of theirs as well. The food is excellent, the service is wonderful - it really is a family restaurant and they ttreat you like family. Prices are fair, portions are exceptional and the quality is there. Not only one of the best spots in the Palmdale area but for those that eat regular food one of the healthiest. In closing the best way to put it is in 24 hours we ate there three times, and that was just the beginning.

We love, love, love Tom's we eat there for lunch about 2 times a week for work, the workers are great, friendly, check on everyone for refills, ask how we are doing, if we need anything. Prices are pretty still reasonable. Just a great place to eat, any time of the day.

Great place for a breakfast meetup. Large portions of good. The omelettes are good French toast, pancakes, hash browns or country potatoes, are some of our favorites. Order at the counter and they will bring the food to your table. Sometimes it gets busy, but we always can find a table. The workers are friendly but bring cash for the tip. They do work hard since it gets busy, and the food is always good.

The combo breakfast burrito called Tom's Burrito is extremely good. Ask for an extra salsa since you don't get enough with the one they give you. The chicken tenders are really good. The dining area is very comfortable. They don't appreciate you walking into the restaurant naked.

Just enjoyed a patty melt & fries at Toms. They have one of the best patty melts in the AV. Their seasoned fries are top notch. The only issue I had with this visit is the soda. Tom's is a good place to go for a good meal. It's a family friendly place with a large menu, including a kid's menu & they offer some meatless choices, which I really appreciate. Sunday morning's can get a bit crazy but they are usually ready & well staffed. They serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. They have a drive-thru, they take phone orders & orders to go. It's definitely one of our go-to places when I am not cooking. They offer a $2 off coupon that can be printed from their website. We like Tom's Famous Family Restaurant's. Try a location near you.

I Love the food but this manager is very unprofessional. She lacks courtesy to the customers but worse than that her employees. She yells and belittles her employees on a daily basis. I wish I could give this location more stars, but overall it was just average. My wife and I both got breakfast burritos which were very good sized, but the service was not impressive. They forgot our salsa and sour cream, but unfortunately we didn't notice until we got home. The burritos were very dry, and definitely needed something extra. I could have ordered them with sauce so I guess if I go back I will try them that way instead. As mentioned above, nothing of special note at this location.

Of all the Tom's in my area this is the one I have found with the best service and food. Drive thru can be very slow at most times. UPDATE...feb 8th 2023 Went in for breakfast today at around 10:15 am service was the pits. Ordered the two egg and bacon and hash brown breakfast with a orange whip drink and coffee. Order taker started taking order then passed it of to another who finished the order and handed me my receipt. It was the merchant copy, not the customer copy. The food came with no bacon. Went to cashier and the original order taker said she didn't give me the merchant copy. She was right, the girl she handed off to finish the order did. She was pretty indignant and I decided to just get my money back and leave. THIS is the only real problem with Tom's is the service. There are times you wait forever in the drive through for a simple BLTA (bacon,lettuce,tomato and avocado.) I add a slice of onion and you would think I ordered a side of caviar for what they charge for a slice of onion to be added. ANY WAY, another day of guessing what the service will be like at Tom's. This was at Tom's 25 on Palmdale Blvd across the street from Palmdale Hospital.

I haven't had a good experience in this place for the last three times now. First, it's always hot inside; while I can understand air conditioning is expensive, they have ceiling fans strategically located above, but either they're not on, or they're on the lowest setting so they don't help at all. The food's not that good-last time I got a spanish omelet, and it had no taste, and very little inside. The service needs improvement also: a good restaurant will at least welcome you and escort you to a table. Not here, they do give a welcome shout out, and brusquely lead you to a table, but after that, nothing. These Tom's have a lot of potential for improvement, but they need to work on it.

I use to love this place but the last few times I have picked up, the orders are wrong. Tonight, the meat for the tacos was burnt (they put the works on it when I asked for plain). This place has some good food. Unfortunately, lately their services sucks. I've placed phone orders that take forever to be made.They say it will be ready in 10 mins and take 30. This has happened to me several times, I tried to be nice about it but this is now too much. I will no longer give this location another shot. I would much rather go to the toms on 30th west and L. The food portions are alot better there btw and taste is better as well.

To be honest, food is decent but the staff is extremely rude to their customers and they are always charging for added items that they never add on. Not to mention they are pretty toxic to their own employees. There has been several instances where I've overheard and observed how they speak to each other. It's no wonder staff is unhappy. Maybe if their management was emotionally capable of running a team, things would be different there.

On Sunday May 2, at 1140am, my wife and I ordered 2 Breakfasts 1 Sausage, 1 Bacon and we both had coffee. When our Breakfast arrived cold, and one with no toast at 12:05. And btw we asked for coffee refill 2 times by now without getting one. Now At 1215, we finally got the other order of toast, 3 packs of salt and pepper, but still no syrup for my wife French toast. We left, still no coffee, not able to eat our Breakfast, cold. With no replacement or warm up offered, I asked 2 times to please bring the salt, pepper, syrup, and ketchup. And by the time I have had enough. I thanked the on duty leader for the wonderful start to my afternoon. And contacted corporate.

I normally don’t come to this Tom’s burger I go to the one on 47NR they have excellent service. The cooker has excellent service. The one on Palmer Boulevard needs a little bit more training how to treat customer. Especially the cooker, but if you want the best service and the best food go to the one on 47 and Avenue R the cooker the servers their food and they’re always attractive with you helping you out the one on Boulevard and 5th St., West. They need a little bit more training, especially the cooker is attitude. I don’t know what kind of cooker he is, but he needs a little bit more training how to treat your customers

Forget half my order once, shame on you. Forgot half my order this time, I guess shame on me. We go way too far out of our way as it is and are not going to drive 45 min round trip after doing it once already tonight. I guess we should have seen the red flags as this Tom's has fallen off - the time expired/rotten ranch literally blew up all over our other food, the time I waited over an hour for the drive through (not walking in because I was having incredible pain) and finding they forgot about a 1/3 of the food and I had to walk in and stand there 15 min because it hadn't even been made (and not a single seat was available, and was told "you can't lean there" at the side counter nearest the door where I was told to wait). I have passed the other Tom's (47th/R)over 500 times to go to this location, but now I'm just fed up. We stopped going to that, closer, one because I saw two rats chasing eachother straight across the food prep (entire length - eye level) in the kitchen... and the cooks/ringers saw... and didn't even flinch. Then they told me they didn't see them. I'm not driving all the way to Mojave for the better quality version "Barbie's Primo", or the better "Everest" in Santa Clarita (both serve fried mushrooms by the way), and I'm really considering not going to Tom's Lancaster/Rosamond locations either after being so let down with this small chain. In the end, how can prices steadily increase while quality and service dramatically decrease and as a company you expect regulars to stay loyal?

The drive-thru experience here is inconsistent. Wait times can fluctuate significantly, ranging from a quick 15 minutes to a frustrating 20-30 minutes.
