The chicken strips and slaw are the good ones. The fries were not that great thou.

Had the box dinner to go. It was delicious. It was my first time going there and I really enjoyed the food. The breading on the chicken strips wasn't to heavy, which is what I loved and I love Crinkle, fries and the coleslaw was good too.

Great food ( My chicken fingers are better) but great for a resturant. Everything was top notch including Angel and Aspen two employees who show what a great and friendly work ethic should be. They made us feel welcomed and my kids loved it. Great atmosphere and music.

I love this place. The staff is wonderful they're always smiling and eager to help you. The food is absolutely delicious. Always cook the same way so you know exactly what to expect. Hot and fresh every time. The dining room is a little small, but the atmosphere is great. I love the music, keep it up!!!!

Best sauce ever. Love the toast too. Chicken is also good but let's be real it's all about that sauce. Angel was so friendly. He made sure we we comfortable and didn't need anything while eating and made sure we didn't need anything when taking leftovers. Thanks Angel!

First location in the AV and it did not disappoint. My husband and I would take advantage of eating at Raisin Canes when in Vegas but glad there's one now much closer to us. Drive thru lines are how you expect with its popularity but there are dedicated employees controlling it as it stretches near JC Penney and Macy's parking lot. Food was delicious, staff was friendly and quick with greeting guests, taking orders and cleanliness.

I ordered 3 chicken fingers at Raising cane's, Popeyes and Chik Fila. This review will be for all three location. Time for order ready: Raising Cane's 20 min Popeyes 10 min Chik Fila 7 min Taste: Raising cane's was the best. Not a lot of breading, meat was juicy and thick. Popeyes was bigger than the others but it was also a lot of breading. 2nd best tasting. Chik Fila fingers were last because they were sweet and not as juicy. Personally, I like the chicken sandwiches at Chik Fila way more. In boxes Popeyes top left, Raising cane's too right and Chik Fila on bottom. On plate: top is Popeyes, middle is Chik Fila and bottom is Raising cane's.

Love Cane's chicken, super fast service (3 min ready after ordering) even when packed during lunch hour. Friendly staff, good sauce, military discount offered. Never had a bad experience at a Canes.

This location is beautiful, very clean and the food is good overall. My daughter and I have only visited twice so far, but we had good experiences and to look forward to our next one.

Canes is all about their chicken fingers since it’s the basis of all their meals. It’s not very crispy and it’s not seasoned so it’s on the Cane’s sauce to do all the heavy lifting. That said the chicken quality itself is good, not dry at all. The sauce might not be everyone’s favorite. There’s going to be a natural comparison to Chick-Fil-A, personally like Chick-Fil-A’s sauce better but you just have to try it. Would recommend getting more Cane’s sauce but it’s a bummer they charge you extra for a tiny amount of sauce. Would skip the chicken sandwich, if you’re doing takeout or drive thru the sauce soga the bun and it’s just a wet sandwich if you wait very long to eat it.

I was greeted when I walked in, the young lady that took my order was polite and patient. The place was very clean. The ketchup dispenser was broken and the music was a bit odd and loud. I also wish they offered a variety of sauces.

There really is nothing overly special about Raising Canes chicken. There was a new diner in my location and of course all the curious and eaters wanted to go there. We eventually gave it a try. It's is good like other places but nothing special. The hype is big but the food is typical. 2 items over $30.

There were two cars in front of me at the drive through at 11pm on a weekday. I sat there waiting without once moving for quite literally 30 minutes. Totally not my idea of a good business model.

I've consistently enjoyed the delicious food and efficient service at Raising Cane's in Palmdale. The cleanliness of the environment is always impressive. However, the loud music can be a bit overwhelming, measuring over 85 decibels on a meter. Additionally, the choice of artwork and music, particularly featuring individuals with controversial backgrounds, can create an awkward atmosphere. Despite this, the quality of the food and service remains consistently excellent.

Busy, busy, busy! This place has some awesome fried chicken. It reminded me of the way Coarsegold market up near Yosemite cooks their fried chicken. It’s fried in a pressure fryer, which helps keep the chicken from getting dry. I would be surprised if it wasn’t cooked in a pressure fryer. The one thing that sucked was that we had to wait in line again just to get the cane sauce so if you’re going to go make sure you order your cane sauce when you make your order because you have to pay for it and they didn’t let us know that when we ordered and when we asked for the sauce it’s only $.35 and they wouldn’t give it to us there when we picked the order up and they made us wait in line again, which really sucked. It’s the juiciest and most tender fried chicken you’ll ever have though, so that kind of made up for the lack of customer service.

I know they are called chicken fingers, but for what they charge, they should give you more chicken fingers with your meal. I bought a popular box meal for my wife and I, and when we looked at it, we both felt we bought a kids' meal.

I don't get all the hype on this place. Very limited menu and it tastes just like any chicken strips I have had to include store bought. Its not bad but its very forgettable food. Certainly nothing to rave about. I can think of 3 better places to get chicken that have far more selections. This place does for chicken what In and Out does for burgers, its very boring food. So there is nothing wrong with it but in my opinion its just boring and over-hyped food.

Most of the time they do good but I have experience couple of times that my food is cold they just warmth the bread and the strips are cold. This time the fries are being reheated and they smell and taste horrible not even in McDonald's or Jack I had that happen. I had Canes in High standard. Definitely making sure next time before I leave the drive tru that my food is hot and my fries not soaking in dye up oil reheated and smelling horrible.

The sauce was good, but I thought the chicken would be extra crispy. I thought the meal portion was bigger. When I got my order it was small with three strips that were short in length. The meal comes with a slice toast and a small side of fries. I feel like I overpaid for the portion size, but I did consider the fact that it was a combo. Also, with my order I chose Dr. Pepper. It was watered down a lot the flavor was gone and carbonated gone. It wasn't even sweet anymore, but the ice was still fresh. I was served in a timely manner and in a professional way. So I appreciate that.

I stopped by for lunch because the lines weren't too long. Since it was my first time at a Raising Cane, I wasn't familiar with the menu but they were helpful. I ended up ordering the 3 chicken fingers with fries combo. No bun, no bread, no coleslaw, just the chicken and fries and it was $10. That seems pricey to me. The chicken was good and not greasy but the fries were OVER salted. They were so bad that I threw them away. So I ended up paying $3 apiece for some very small chicken fingers but they were good.

Never been to a canes. We have very few great chicken spots in the AV and sadly, this one didn't make my list. It's quite flavorless overall. Not a fan of the chicken, fries, Signature sauce, "toast", or coleslaw. I don't think it competes with Dave's Hot Chicken at all. However, as a fast food chain, great customer service, quick line, friendly employees. Not sure I'd spend almost $20 on the plate though. There are far better options in the AV. Definitely still give it a try if you haven't! Not everyone's opinion will be the same.

Raising Cane's has open in Palmdale. We ordered a lot from drive thru. But the one time I ordered from inside what a disaster. Behind the counter you can see right in the kitchen yikes!!! First not one employee stop To pick up the food off the floor. And I notice when ever a new employee walk in the Walked thru the kitchen with backpacks on in and outside stuff right in the food. Really!!! Way too many people back there to have that much food on that floor. Assign a clean up team let them focus on clean in and outside the your establishment.

Cane's in general is good. Other Cane's I visit, out of Palmdale, are amazing with service and food, but for some reason, this Cane's lacks customer service. As someone who works in a super busy restaurant, how are these employees not getting in trouble? No thank you, no courtesy, and the worst part is the very annoyed faces I get from every employee everytime i try to visit. Every time I come, it's a terrible experience, whether it be the employees messing up my order by giving me the wrong drink or not the amount of sauces I paid for, or even them forgetting I asked for extra bread, no coleslaw. But the bitter cherry on top was the irritated faces I get and the bad attitude.

Chicken tendies are good. They have a sweet almost a French toast flavor. Kinda small portions and even smaller menu.

I had my first Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers today. Holy Lack Of Seasoning Batman! KFC is known for its 7 herbs and spices, which you can barely taste anymore, but there’s some flavor in the chicken. These Raising Cane’s chicken fingers tasted like I made them. Egg-flour and that’s about it maybe some salt, maybe. Disappointed doesn’t come close. The staff, very friendly, the atmosphere and drive thru were clean. The food - bland.

It was okay the fries were VERY salty and the canes sause was kinda bland and had no flavor to it the chicken fingers were more like chicken nuggets and were also lacking in flavor but the coleslaw was very good and the toast was very yummy

So I get naked chicken love it, so it was said multiple times to be naked. Get home open boxes 4 caniac combos and no naked..so no dinner for me. Thanks I really appreciate not getting to eat dinner.

It’s always the woman that has a deadpan response, “anything else.” that messes up our orders every time. I've had Raising Cane's before, I like it, but THIS chicken was bad. It smelled horrible, and it was rubbery, I couldn't eat it. The fries were too soggy. The only decent things were the bread and the soda. Disappointed.

Customer service was just as bad as the food! Ordered two combos that looked like kids meals. Not for those prices, the chicken wasn’t no bigger than my finger. Oh and dear Lord don’t ask for any sauces. Husband and I first time here and was very disappointed. Will not be returning.

Honestly, after this experience I don't even want to give this location my business anymore. I went to dine in and was following the flow of traffic to do so. The person in front of me went in without an issue, as I turned to follow one of the people outside dressed in black started waving at me with an angry look on his face. He told me "sir you're gonna have to turn around and wait in line to use our drive through". I looked him in disbelief and told him "I'm dining in why do I have to wait in line, when the vehicle ahead of me is doing exactly why I'm trying to do, which is dine in". He preceded to look at me angrily and told me to turn around and wait in the drive through line to use order. He was super unprofessional and rude. This experience alone has put a nasty taste in my mouth and will never go to this location again.

every time we go and ask for a extra cane sauce (and pay for it) we don't get it. this has happened multiple times and they consistently don't provide a service we pay for. We also order unsweetened tea because our father is diabetic and they give us sweetened instead. fix ur business it's trash xoxo

Way too much excitement about this restaurant! The design to use the location sucks!! There is no good direction on entrance and exit after using the restaurant, almost run down in the parking lot. My order was screwed up and I was asked to park and wait. Then I had to go looking for my silly sandwich and was told I was not in the correct parking spot. I will not return or recommend to my friends.

I ordered online and for what? So I wouldn’t have to wait in the line and to be able to grab and go , but when I get there they tell me that the are only now just starting on my order when I got there. Waiting 45 mins for food that I ordered an hour & 1/2 ago! Then come to find out after being told my food wasn’t ready , it was sitting on the counter, the entire time and was cold already so they had to remake it and I don’t think they actually even remade it , I think they just took it to the back and then brought it right back because they came back within the next 10 seconds . The staff basically ignored me for the entirety of the time I was there while trying to talk to someone about my food. I got an email confirmation saying my food would be ready when I arrived and clearly not true. Horrible experience, not to even mention the lobby being PACKED with little kids and people all around me. Don’t come to the Palmdale location, probably faster/better service if you drove 1-2hrs out of town to any other location, and better staff.

I have gone to other raising canes and this is performing way below if you ask me. I'm tired of the half cooked fries and always unsalted. I'm also tired of having to look at nasty hands handing me my bag of food. Employees should be neatly groomed if you are going to work at a restaurant, is that too much to ask for? The fries should be well cooked and salted, the chicken should not be tasting cold and like plastic...anyways if you wanna try, come and find out...hope they change so I can come back.

This is the only raising canes that I’ve been to the chicken pieces are not Raising Canes standards. They are extremely small pieces of “tender “ it’s just slightly larger than your average chicken nugget. I’ve been to SEVERAL locations, including ones in different states, and of course the one closest to me has the worst quality. This hasn’t been a one time thing for Palmdale store, it’s been consistent every time we’ve gone. Every time. I mean, I get it inflation sucks for everyone. but don’t cheat out your customers either…

For the second time they don't have any hot sauce. Nancy the manager is pretty smug seems very snobbish. For the 5th time in a row they did not have hot sauce I spent $89 for not 1 hot sauce kind of a joke at this point! This is not the true canes experience or taste. For the 6th time they had no hit sauce but this time I canceled my order and had them refund a $81 order I specifically asked the cashier if the had hot sauce she said yes. This is pretty annoying and honestly I find a reason to return aside my friends wanting come here I'm pretty tired of having to eat my meal due to their particular stipulations. I'll be calling corporate again.

Wish I could give it no stars. The chicken looked terrible just hanging on the side of the counter then the chicken crumbs were all over the kitchen. They were messing up everybody order and I didn't even get my order. I asked for my money back and left. Update: I still haven't gotten my money back after talking to customer service several times. Absolutely terrible I guess I have to take them to court to get My refund. I CALLED YOU BACK NOTHING WAS DONE STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND!!! KARMA WILL DEAL WITH YOU FOR STEALING MY MONEY

Service prioritized door dash orders instead of in house counter orders. Dave's Hot Chicken is better in my opinion.

When two separate times. First time, missed one meal completely. Second time, no coleslaw on my caniac meal

I was there around 9:15 pm. I had a bad experience there. After waiting for quite a while, I finally got to the window to pay just for the cashier to not double checking if my drink was sealed. The coke was spilled all over my chair and on me. The cashier didn’t even apologize and instead laughed at the situation. She did give me napkins but I just hate the fact that she didn’t double check and kinda laugh at the situation. I had to drive very uncomfortable with wet pants. Service sucks.

Refused to make my order the way I asked. I’ve been eating cane’s for years in both California and Nevada and I’ve never once been told they couldn’t cook my chicken well done. Normally I get it cooked for an extra 3 minutes and my fries for an extra minute but apparently this is the only location that can’t oblige. So just be aware u might get food but just not the way u want it. Won’t be going back.

Heres an honest review from someone who tried it twice. Its just not good. No flavor which is why the strips come with a very small serving of the signature sauce to add flavor. The bread is like airy dough. The coleslaw is gross. Don't waste your money. Go to Louisiana fried chicken on Sierra hwy and ave P. You will not be disappointed. I've been going there for years!!

First, chicken tenders had no flavor. Definitely need a dipping sauce. Second, the fries had no seasoning, and They were cold. $13 for what?! DO NOT RECOMMEND Positives. Employees were friendly. Food came out fast.

I had never been here before. So many people raved about it. I decided to see what everyone was talking about and I was not all that impressed. The service in the drive though was not terribly friendly and the food was just alright for the price. I probably will not return. All and all it wasnt great.

The coleslaw was brown and sour and was clearly very old. Paid extra for a lemonade that tastes worse than great value sugar free lemonade and I don’t even think it’s sugar free. Very plain tasting food. Old fries, I’m glad they didn’t give me a lot because they tore my mouth up and the tenders weren’t even very big at all and were so mushy.

I get canes pretty often, but today I was very disappointed. I bought a caniac and IT SUPPOSED to have 6 chicken fingers, but instead they gave me the box which I paid for a caniac. It’s about $5 difference. My mistake was not checking my order before leaving the store. But for sure not going back.

I asked for one more and she said they ran out. As I proceed to the parking lot I decided to park go inside the restaurant and asked a kind lady to give me more hot sauce. As she did she gave me a handful. So I told her to call the manager the lady that attended me at the drive through window. So as the kind lady went to call her I opened a pack of hot sauce. And when the manager at the drive-thru came over. I handed her the open hot sauce boom 💥. As I proceeded to walk out the canes restaurant. She followed me saying all kinds of weird things. Got my hot sauces and left. Poor management. If you don't believe me look at the cameras.

They forgot to put my 4-piece chicken strips in my bag so when my husband called them to let them know the manager which I believe her name is Haley said that it was placed in the bag by her staff. She then said she would check the cameras so my husband asked her to please check them. Then she says that after checking the cameras they were not able to see anything because of the angle of the camera. That's totally a lie she saw they did not put them in. This is not ok. This lady feels that we are out there freeloading. She offered a free meal which we will not get because we are never going back. On top of that, they kept the amount we paid for the chicken strips. They need better managers. Maybe since we live in the AV they feel everyone is out to scam them which is sad. We have never complained. My husband is a retired veteran not a thief. We won't be regulars anymore.
