Such a simple menu but done right. Service is always quick and friendly and the food comes out at rapid pace. My son loves it, and the outdoor seating is helpful for when we have our dog with us!

The experience was great because the service was fast and the server was friendly.The food is good and fairly inexpensive but like I said my fries were very hard and cold. Also, we need a location in Lancaster.

Raising Cane’s in Palmdale is really solid—chicken is always tasty, fresh, and cooked just right. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is generally clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get a little busy during peak hours, so sometimes there’s a bit of a wait. Still, great food and worth a visit!

Good Chicken, Quick Service! Raising Cane’s in Palmdale does not disappoint! The chicken tenders are crispy and juicy, and the sauce is amazing. Service was quick, and the place was clean. The only downside is the limited menu, but if you’re craving chicken tenders, this is the spot. Definitely coming back!

I went today after a whole day of craving such a delicacy. With my two sisters, as we all agreed to have such marvelous food in our bellies. We ordered two box combos and a kids meal. Then I requested to add four more mouthwatering cane’s sauces to our order. Excitingly, we wait in line. First, we received our three drinks, Lemonade, root beer, and a sprite. Then, after a few minutes we get our meals. Happily we drive back home, trusting that the employees have given us our sustenance correctly. Finally, we arrived home taking everything out and setting up our table with each of our orders. The time finally came, slowly we open the boxes only for our eyes to gaze upon one sauce each. Not having the four luscious cane’s sauces that were promised to us. Dejectedly, we ate with grief. Their absence terrorizing our taste buds.

It’s always the woman that has a deadpan response, “anything else.” that messes up our orders every time. We never get coleslaw or correct drinks when she takes our orders or when she’s doing drinks at the window. I’d like to escalate this if possible. Please give me an email or contact I can speak with. So I normally absolutely love raising canes. But unfortunately today they have let me down in a huge way, I can not eat gluten it causes extreme stomach problems. So I get naked chicken love it, so it was said multiple times to be naked. Get home open boxes 4 caniac combos and no naked..so no dinner for me. Thanks I really appreciate not getting to eat dinner.

Horrible food. I have never gotten such horrible food at a raisin canes. I kept wondering if it was even cooked all the way. Grease dripping out of the tenders and the breading was falling off. The coleslaw was brown and sour and was clearly very old. Paid extra for a lemonade that tastes worse than great value sugar free lemonade and I don’t even think it’s sugar free. Very plain tasting food. Old fries, I’m glad they didn’t give me a lot because they tore my mouth up and the tenders weren’t even very big at all and were so mushy.

I get canes pretty often, but today I was very disappointed. I bought a caniac and IT SUPPOSED to have 6 chicken fingers, but instead they gave me the box which I paid for a caniac. It’s about $5 difference. My mistake was not checking my order before leaving the store. But for sure not going back.

I asked for one more and she said they ran out. As I proceed to the parking lot I decided to park go inside the restaurant and asked a kind lady to give me more hot sauce. As she did she gave me a handful. So I told her to call the manager the lady that attended me at the drive through window. So as the kind lady went to call her I opened a pack of hot sauce. And when the manager at the drive-thru came over. I handed her the open hot sauce boom 💥. As I proceeded to walk out the canes restaurant. She followed me saying all kinds of weird things. Got my hot sauces and left. Poor management. If you don't believe me look at the cameras.

I will never go back to this Raising Cane's. They forgot to put my 4-piece chicken strips in my bag so when my husband called them to let them know the manager which I believe her name is Haley said that it was placed in the bag by her staff. She then said she would check the cameras so my husband asked her to please check them. Then she says that after checking the cameras they were not able to see anything because of the angle of the camera. That's totally a lie she saw they did not put them in. This is not ok. This lady feels that we are out there freeloading. She offered a free meal which we will not get because we are never going back. On top of that, they kept the amount we paid for the chicken strips. They need better managers. Maybe since we live in the AV they feel everyone is out to scam them which is sad. We have never complained. My husband is a retired veteran not a thief. We won't be regulars anymore.
