This place is awesome. Food/drinks were great service was great. The ramen comes in a big portion. I can see this place being somewhere we come on the regular. Kids ate everything we threw at them as well. They loved the sushi and the fried ramen. Give it a try

I came here last night 12/12/2024. Amazing food first of all. The service was spectacular! I could not keep count on how many times several servers was making sure things was good and if we needed anything. The flow of everything is well. The manager is amazing you see him on the floor helping so involved in the whole process. The food came right out, fresh, hot, tastes so damn good. There was a band playing that sound and looked amazing. Just overall a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I say at the bar, the bartender Eric was really nice. I ordered a Mula, which is the restaurants mule. I then asked if he has any specific drink he makes, to which he offered his version of the mule, which he then made me a mile with orange citrus. I must say it is one of if not the best Mula I have had.

Starting off, you walk into such a beautiful scenery, Tokyo vibes, while also giving a Latino feeling. The bar is the center piece of this location. The Valencia location can't even fill up half of the Palmdale one. P. S. I love the Valencia location too, no hate for them. My sister and I were seated immediately, asked about our choice of beverages and began looking at the menu. On the receipt our orders are listed. The flavors jump out. The tempura inside the rolls are still crunchy, not soggy. There isn't one bite that isn't the best. All the appetizers we ordered were amazing. The sauce that came with the gyoza gave a hint of sour but sweet. The juice from the muscles was tangy and well made. I'm turning 21 this December and I will be coming here to get drunk and eat sushi. Also the miso soup is real. Not like other restaurants. I actually liked this. I believe the food is well priced. Especially for the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the pieces.

We're from N California. We were on our way home after visiting family in Gilbert, Arizona. We stopped here in Palmdale for the night. Went out to dinner and found Xevichez. The food was excellent and the service was great. We had the shrimp tacos, along with shrimp empanadas. We'll definitely stop here again next time we go to Arizona.

I don’t think that I have ever seen oysters 🦪 the size of a dime before 😳. The smallest you will ever see. The Oysters were just a little bit larger than a clam and got billed $18 😭.

Totally new restaurant in a older strip center near the Home Depot in Palmdale. Very nice remodeling. Good amount of tables, nice long sushi bar, huge double sided bar. Lots of screens and a good sound system. Had a crazy boy roll. Very good. The chicken bowl was very good too. Service was great for 11 am and friendly. Crowd for lunch was light but looks built for a young crowd weekend spot👍

Food quality is great. I sat at the bar, the sushi chefs are great, good service "from the chefs" and food. The regular servers OMG horrible. Waited to get my drinks, I sat there watching my server as my drink sat at the bar. The waiter "which was nowhere to be found" never brought me my check and it took forever to pay Do I recommend, yes! great atmosphere if you like Latin/Hispanic music. The food was great quality. It honestly just needs the servers to care about their jobs.

Food tasted great! Love the sushi and plates they have. Our server monster rat was very polite and always checked in on us. The service was pretty slow on the kitchen side , but that wasn’t her fault. My only point of improvement would be faster food service. Overall, we had a great experience! (: will be back soon

The menus don’t have prices or an explanation as to why. I get that seafood is often market priced and can change everyday but say it on your menu and on your website, please! They have a party room that looked spacious, a good option for private parties.

I do have to say that the crew that was there that day was not the usual crew that we normally see. Anyway The Patron Roll is my absolute favorite 😍. The Shrimp tempura appetizer is always hot and crispy. If the consistency was there, I'd have given it 5 stars. We did eventually get our Spicy Garlic Edemame on the side. You should know that if you order off of the Happy Hour menu, the portions are smaller.

Nice exciting environment. Good music but loud and a bit hard to talk to your friends and family at the table. Went for the first time recently, not impressed. The sushi rolls just seemed to lack flavor. I mean they had too much actually that it was just a mess of flavor. And too lemony also. Beers took way too long to get once ordered, I mean how hard and how long should it take to pull the tap and pour a glass? Lastly, I DO NOT like the menu has no prices what so ever. They could literally make up any price they want and you wouldn't know the difference. Why not put prices on the menu? Am I out of the times and is it not cool to put prices on the menu anymore? Is it the old if you have to ask, then you can't afford it bit? Lol. Anyhow, has room for improvement.

I came here for lunch with my wife and child, which was a mistake. I don't recommend coming here with children because they play what is practically soft core on every one of their many TVs. They really lean into their Mexican/latin culture here, as all the music they play is corridos and hip hop/rap. The food took a bit longer than what made sense to me, as a gentleman to our left was receiving roll after roll despite coming in after us. I will give it them for the food, none of it warranted a complaint. Other reviews I've seen say they overcharge but I wouldn't agree with them. You're paying fairly for what you're getting. The only thing I would complain about is that they don't have pricing on their menus.

My first experience at this place was very pleasant. Food was great, service was outstanding and price met the expectations. Sadly, my second time was complete opposite. We order out for pick up and we were extremely disappointed on how much they skimp on the fish. Ordered 6 rolls. They were the most expensive rolls in the AV which I don't mind price, but I do mind that they had little to no fish in it and they were smaller than average.

There are no prices on the menu, so why would you not put prices? Our total was $60+ for 3 different rolls, 1 order of gyoza, and 2 soda waters. I wish I could say "at least the service was good," but that was lacking too, especially since there was 3-4 other customers there. Somehow, they didn't see our order, and everyone else who sat down after us got their food first. A different waiter was the one that told us about the mix-up, and he is the one who brought our food out. The rolls were good, but they are not worth coming back for.

Cocktail- La perdida state like plain pineapple juice no flavor whats so ever. NY Aguachile- the lime juice was Oxidized. It took 1 hour to get our food on a Tue night. Not alot of people in the restaurant. I was really looking forward to eating here. I had high hopes, unfortunately i must say the Valley locations are better.

Prices on rolls are a little pricey. They're $6 to $7 bucks more expensive per roll than other places for similar rolls. You don't know that until it's time to pay, the menu doesn't have prices.

C’mon guys get it together if you want to grow out here! We always order the same thing… El Gallo and the Lobster roll. What I brought home was unacceptable!

This sushi TRUCK has the worst customer service. They don’t care about the customers, and are not considerate of peoples time. They could at least answer the phone and tell people they aren’t taking orders anymore due to high demand. They made us wait 10 min in line just for them to say 30 mins before closing that they aren’t taking anymore orders. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. Don’t recommend this spot. All the rolls are over priced for gas station quality sushi, with green sauce on top. There’s so many other better options and customer service in Palmdale. Don’t come here.

Xevichez is one of the worst restaurants in the Antelope Valley. The service was EXTREMELY slow. I ordered the Tiger Roll, the Rattle Snake Roll, Oysters (which were very small and came after my main meal) and Gyoza. Very average food. Restaurant will not last too long. What is odd about this place is that it was Saturday around 5:30pm and there were about 10 customers inside. They had about 20 -25 people working including 3 security guards. There's no way to maintain this cash flow. When I walked in, I assumed it was busy because there were so many cars in the parking lot, but it was the abundance of employees vehicles.

To start, there are no prices listed on the menu and some items lacked a description (average roll cost: $20.95). Happy hour is supposedly offered until 530. We ordered our food at 515 but because the waitress entered the order into the system after 530 we were charged full price instead. When this was brought to the managers attention, she refused to honor the "happy hour pricing" because the serving size THEY chose to deliver was full price size. The whole experience felt scammy and unpredictable. Sadly we won't be returning which is disappointing since the food was actually good.
