We had such a great experience at El Torito! Francisco, the manager, was amazing he let us sit at the regular dining tables and still honored happy hour prices while they were cleaning, which was such a kind gesture. The entire staff has been extremely nice and attentive, the chips are always warm, the salsa keeps coming, and the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! El Torito Palmdale location

Rachel is an amazing server! She was attentive and very patient as we were taking forever to decide on what we wanted. Went to El torio after a movie to get a quick bite to eat. We had the fajitas and a blackberry. Margarita off the happy hour menu. Both were fantastic. Definitely four stars But what was absolutely five stars was our waitress, Rachel. She was so warm and friendly. Very genuine and attentive beyond believe. Our drink glasses were never empty. Our food arrived hot and our dishes were removed promptly. When we asked for suggestions she gave them to us and they were all fantastic. She was the star of the show and absolutely what made us give a five-star review. In a world full of substandard service, Rachel is a breath of refreshing phenomenal service air. She is in a class all her own. Thank you Rachel! You're a superstar!!

I was visiting Palmdale for work and needed something small for a dinner option.. Enter El Torito for the win!! I sampled their complimentary chips and salsa, a pair of their Cadillac margaritas, and a bowl of their off the cob street corn, which was Happy Hour priced.. Everything was quite good.. The chips were hot, fresh, and lightly salted.. The salsa presented as if it was freshly blended on-site.. Plenty of tomato bits and pieces to give it texture and a good blend of fresh jalapeños, white onion, and cilantro to make it wonderfully tasty with a slight kick!! The margaritas were offered with Lunazul reposado tequila and a side shot of Grand Marnier.. The resulting combination made for a very smooth and flavorful beverage.. The street corn was everything one might expect.. Absolutely deelish and the blend of typical ingredients and seasonings was perfectly balanced.. I'm looking forward to a future visit so I can sample other menu items.. I'm a fan of tacos and fajitas, and the El Torito menu offers several inviting versions of both!!

I dined on a Sunday night so it wasn't too busy, but the food and and the environment were very good. I enjoyed a combination plate with a beef taco and chicken enchilada. I loved the taste of everything on the plate, but the only thing I wish I had was some salsa served on the side to put on the crispy taco. I could have used the salsa served with the light and tasty tortilla chips but I ate all of that before I got my food. On top of great food and a great environment I had a lovely waitress named Diana that provided great service while I was there. I'll definitely be back to try other food items and explore their drink menu too.

Sunday buffet!!! Whatever your opinion of this place is any other day of the week is, forget it. Sunday brunch is amazing, endless mimosas and great service. This place gets packed so come expecting a small wait. Karen, our waitresses, was AMAZING. We even had my MIL come from a little ways away and she loved it. This is my second time and each time has been great, the food is fresh and the drinks are flowing.
