Even though it was pretty crowded for a Friday night, the food was really good, the prices were reasonable, and the service was great. Rachel was our server and she did an excellent job!

El toritos has the best brunch in palmdale ! They are so welcoming loving and warm, makes you feel like you’re at home. I always recommend people to come here when looking for a brunch spot

Found this place by chance. Visiting the area and the kids wanted Burritos. After searching Google for a decent Burrito place, we ran into El Toros. As soon as walking into the front door, you get the atmosphere of authentic Mexican food. We were seated quickly for a weekend and being lunch time. Our server, Victorio, was super awesome. Never had an empty glass at the table. Starting with the chips and salsa, the salsa had a kick that wasn't super overwhelming but not whimsy either. The chips were warm and crispy, not hard like a bag from the store. Our food came, and from the presentation to the first bite, to the last bite, it was delicious! The enchiladas had flavor throughout, as did the rice and beans. The Carne asada Burrito had so much extra inside that I thought it was a fajita in the Burrito. Even the kids' meals had the boys saying it was better than our usual spot.

My husband and I love El Torito for a local date night. Easy sitting in the lounge for happy hour each night, splitting a few apps and having a few drinks, and only spending a few dollars. Seriously cannot beat the price & great quality. Our server Kate was lovely tonight and we’ll definitely be back.

We haven't been here in years because the food wasn't great buuut then we tried it again today since its been under new management and man we're pleasantly surprised. I was visiting Palmdale for work and needed something small for a dinner option.. Enter El Torito for the win!! I sampled their complimentary chips and salsa, a pair of their Cadillac margaritas, and a bowl of their off the cob street corn, which was Happy Hour priced.. Everything was quite good.. The chips were hot, fresh, and lightly salted.. The salsa presented as if it was freshly blended on-site.. Plenty of tomato bits and pieces to give it texture and a good blend of fresh jalapeños, white onion, and cilantro to make it wonderfully tasty with a slight kick!! The margaritas were offered with Lunazul reposado tequila and a side shot of Grand Marnier.. The resulting combination made for a very smooth and flavorful beverage.. The street corn was everything one might expect.. Absolutely deelish and the blend of typical ingredients and seasonings was perfectly balanced.. I'm looking forward to a future visit so I can sample other menu items.. I'm a fan of tacos and fajitas, and the El Torito menu offers several inviting versions of both!!

I dined on a Sunday night so it wasn't too busy, but the food and and the environment were very good. I enjoyed a combination plate with a beef taco and chicken enchilada. I loved the taste of everything on the plate, but the only thing I wish I had was some salsa served on the side to put on the crispy taco. I could have used the salsa served with the light and tasty tortilla chips but I ate all of that before I got my food. On top of great food and a great environment I had a lovely waitress named Diana that provided great service while I was there. I'll definitely be back to try other food items and explore their drink menu too.

My waitress, MJ, was awesome and very nice. Made me feel welcomed with her beautiful smile and helped with menu selection. The food was good. Steak was a little overcooked, which dried it out. Shrimp was done well, and salsa with chips was great. Drink were great and well balanced. Atmosphere was live with lots of people Friday night. Bar area is a great place to get together with friends. Went in for breakfast/lunch on a Saturday. Ordered the fried rolled Tacos, sour cream chicken enchiladas, and roasted breakfast potatoes. Everything was tasty. For me the rolled Tacos could have been a bit more crispy. Had a flight of margaritas and they were very tasty.

The flavors were just right, the steak had a good char, the shrimp were juicy, and the guac added a nice creamy freshness. I appreciated that this location seems to offer vegetarian-friendly options: I saw veggie/bean-based dishes listed like the veggie fajitas or bean enchiladas if you skip cheese/cream, which made the place a reasonable option if you’re avoiding meat or looking for lighter fare. The service was friendly and the pace was good, though the dining area felt a little dated and the ambiance was modest (nothing fancy, but comfortable for a casual meal). Overall, it was a solid dining experience, tasty plates, fair portions, and enough flexibility for different diets. I’d come back for another meal when I’m in the mood for good Mexican food.

Service was not good! We were not welcomed when we came in. The waitress was not very attentive. I visited on February 4th, around 3 p.m., and it was not a busy time. I found the food to be unappetizing; it seemed overcooked, and everything, including the guacamole and corn tortillas, tasted stale. My husband's fajitas were also exceptionally dry. El torito , you guys need to get it together. This is a place I used to come for celebrations, never again will i be back here . Smh.

I don’t know if it was the worst experience I’ve had but it was up there. There was hardly any customers but staff ignored me and my family for 10 minutes when we arrived. They finally came asked what we needed. We obviously needed someone to seat us, why else would we be waiting at the greeting counter. They told us they weren’t prepared for a large group and would have to get something ready. It was only my wife and I and our kids. We proceeded to wait 20 more minutes and still nothing or no update. We asked them if there was an update and they said it would just be a moment longer. We waited another 10 minutes. Still nothing. We left and went to Outback across the parking lot and had an awesome experience there.

The server and the manager both refused because it was an all you can eat and even though I hadn’t ordered seconds and they were going to throw away the remaining soup because “corporate” wouldn’t let them give me a to go container. This is an irresponsible and ridiculous policy that does nothing but promote food waste and is bad for the environment. On top of everything they now charge a 3.99% surcharge on every check to cover “rising labor costs.” This has been a really sour end to an otherwise enjoyable lunch. They can do so much better with just a little common sense. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

After spending $186 for a party of 4 ladies we were not satisfied at all. Our server Jose took 20 minutes to bring water if at all. Napkins and utensils were another 20. Pomegranate margherita, you took 3 sips and it was gone because there was sooooo much ice in it. I had to send back two drinks due to them being so watered down. El Torito is one of our go to spots and today we were all saddened at the service we received. And there were only maybe two other parties in our are, so it was not busy. Service and drinks sucked but our food was amazing. Happy birthday Tanisha.
