Ristorante Pata Negra Bistrot Paratico Reviews
I returned yesterday after a couple of years and I have to say it's very good and the service is also excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that since we ate outside, the tables outside were empty and there were no tables set except ours, which is a shame because they have a really nice summer atmosphere.
Super
Excellent bistro where you can try Spanish dishes. The place is casual yet elegant, and the staff is welcoming and professional. We came here for Easter and tried the grilled calamari, fried seafood, seafood paella, gourmet pizza, and sliced beef. We were very pleased, as all the dishes were worth the price. The fish was absolutely fresh. Definitely recommended and worth a try.
Just a place you have to enjoy. We know almost since day Zero. Paulo/ Alessio and Anka. Just fabulous people. ❤️❤️🤗🤗
Para Negra is an excellent bistro where you can try delicious Spanish dishes. The place is pleasant, informal, yet very well-maintained, and the staff is welcoming and professional. We tried the seafood paella: flavorful, perfectly cooked, and excellent quality. Highly recommended!

We were in the fantastic garden/terrace of the restaurant part and had fantastic food and wine The service was perfect and very friendly
I'd like to start by saying that the place is fantastic, with an untouchable, natural setting. The seafood cuisine, like all lagoon locations, isn't bad. Unfortunately, it competes with L'APPRODO, which is really difficult. I recommend it, but if you can spend a little more, I'd go to L'APPRODO. However, for those who want affordable prices, I'd go there. After this introduction, I'd like to share an incident. I was with Francy and Nick (two great guys!!!). After a few drinks, they were a bit cheerful, until Francy started climbing a tree (he's a plant enthusiast). He kept yelling "poplar!" until he fell, but a Bolivian waitress caught him, saying, "I took you, brother." Francy owes his life to her. Super place, thanks for the hospitality.
Amazing service and good food that was different than the typical restaurant options in the area! For the price I expected a little bit more from some of the dishes, but I can highly recommend the paella, the sangria, and the shrimp tapas! The atmosphere was nice but we were seated near the entrance in the middle of two aisles so it was very busy around us and the vibe felt somewhere in between casual and formal, not quite enough of one or the other.
The waitress was very friendly and did her job well. However, there was a person near the bar who was quite rude and came across as arrogant. He might have been the manager or owner, but regardless, a better attitude would greatly improve the atmosphere. The food had good flavor, but there was nothing particularly special about it. Additionally, the place did not feel very kid-friendly.
We went to this bistro on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying. When we ordered paella, we were told there would be a bit of a wait... After 5 minutes, they told us it would take about 40 minutes (and it already seems absurd to wait that long for the dish that almost everyone was ordering!) We agreed to wait... After an hour, they brought us some free potatoes to apologize for the wait... After an hour and 15 minutes!!!!!!!! The paella arrived... Undercooked! The rice was hard... So hard.... The pan hadn't even formed a crust on the bottom, and some of the mussels were still closed! I'm speechless. If you can't handle 5 or 6 pans in a row, do it only by reservation or say you're not doing it, not that it takes 40 minutes, then it becomes double... And all this at the end of January, a very quiet period, so imagine what happens in the summer. If you go there, don't order the paella.
Paella? Not even a hint of paella. Too bad, the setting is beautiful, but the price is exorbitant (€45 for two, 2 shrimp, 2 scampi, 9 mussels, a few cuttlefish, and a handful of rice). It lacked the typical paella flavor. The rice was dry and stuck together. The waitress didn't even ask if it was okay. I won't be returning.
