The fish is awesome! Love coming here for a nice healthy lunch. Service is also great all employees are always so nice.

The service was excellent. My sister, her husband, and I went there at almost closing time. The lady that was helping us had helped a lady and her kids in front of us. She took awhile to help us but acknowledged us and we didn't mind the wait. She was friendly to the little boy. When it came to help us, she gave us free drinks for patiently waiting, again we didn't mind the wait. The food was excellent and I would recommend anyone to go there.

They also have multiple add ons and sauces. They also have a decent hot and cold tea selection. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Good poke for a reasonable price. The staff are super nice. They gave me extra sea weed for no additional charge whereas most charge extra. However there is no large selection of toppings like most other poke places I’ve been to. I would recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a refreshing lunch.

We enjoy this poke place quite a bit among the many new options out there. They have garlic chips which are a delicious addition. A few times they have skimped on the amount of food but most of the time, we've been very satisfied.

Ordered a small poke bowl and a black milk tea. Serving of salmon was much smaller than expected, especially for the price. Other toppings were fine. Rice was mushier than typical poke or sushi rice. Altogether a very mediocre poke bowl. The tea was almost undrinkable. I’ve been to many boba shops and always get the same order. This was by far the worst I’ve had - the tea and pearls both had an unappetizing flavor, and the texture was also off-putting.

Customizable poke bowl with decent fish however there aren't very many toppings to choose from. I think there were only 4 or 5 toppings. No onions, green onions, cilantro, jalapenos, fruits, edamame. Just corn, masago, seaweed salad, and ginger. Hard to make your poke bowl flavorful with so few topping choices.

Decent poke, you can customize it to your liking. I had a medium bowl, which is 3 scoops of poke, with half brown rice and salad for my base. Then I had ahi tuna and salmon for my poke. I topped it off for cucumbers, seaweed, umami salt, masago, and dried seaweed followed by a ginger sauce. Overall it's good, but the actual fish didn't have a distinct flavor imparted by a marinade, all the flavor was based on the topping sauce. Still, it was enjoyable, tasted fresh, and portion size was enough to make me full. Staff was very friendly and helpful but poke was average.

I should’ve known… all these reviews seem a little old so I’m wondering if maybe they just don’t switch the fish as often or idk… but I’m just glad I have a strong stomach and it won’t escalate to something worse. But yeah, idk what to suggest. But again, the employee was super nice.

It was quite inedible. The rice was overcooked. Also, they forgot the seasoning in my bowl and the boba in my tea. Since it was a to go order, I discovered it all at home. The food was dismal, but extra star is because the staff was nice. Too bad for them, as I would never order from this restaurant again.

Ordered a tuna & salmon poke bowl. What I received initially was just rice and a few pieces of fish — nothing like the menu photo on food delivery app.I ordered several times b4 “build my own bowl” n this time I just want the ready to eat one..but there was nothing about the description the food like this. I requested a refund on app and went back to the store. The owner asked me to cancel the refund request before adding the missing toppings. I agreed and canceled refund req. After bringing it office and eating it, I found a piece of plastic in the bowl. and I req refund again, the owner called me and claimed it was “seaweed,” and even questioned whether I’ve eaten seaweed before. This experience was extremely disappointing — both the food quality and the way the issue was handled. If you’re not able to maintain basic food quality and service standards, you probably shouldn’t be running a restaurant.

Honestly this place use to be my favorite spot. But after monday being charged on my card even though they were closed was one, I tried ordering ahead of time so it can be ready. Today I ordered in person not wanting the same thing to happen. The lady took my order and a younger person was working on mine. 5 min after me the lady took another order who had a friend, He stopped doing my order to take an order which was only drinks. The young person told the lady to stop working on the other ladys order so she can work on mine. Also on the sushi he made me there was these blue stuff on there thats part of a scrub or something. Just go here to buy poke only, NOT SUSHI.

Since moving to lake st and becoming a poke place as well the quality's just gotten steadily worse. Some of the pictures of poke bowls are old and they're no longer that normal/decent/nice looking. The fish is warm and usually a little off tasting, and all of the ingredients they put so little of anything that you wonder what you're paying for. Currently for $11 you can get a small and it's less than half of what you'd get anywhere else for the same price or less, and the quality is SO much worse. Every time I've eaten (even just to go onigiri) at the new location I've gotten sick. Every single time. Ditto for drinks, tea, boba and other sweet drinks are of course always really sugary and sweet, but whatever sweetener they're using at the new location seems like everything is either hfcs or agave syrup instead of real sugar and in taste and how it hits your stomach it's all just overly sweet that itll make you sick. For a long time I just figured theyd gone a little downhill and maybe it was just me being picky, but then a friend mentioned they also now get sick every time they've come here.
