AMAZING PORTIONS THANK YOU
Great for food allergies. At the word "gluten," she ripped off her gloves and had the next serve change gloves too. She even offered to swap out the serving spoons.
Really good service from all the employees there.
Service was good, but food was salty. We found more salt added.Floor shall be maintained clean and neat.Outdoor tables are provided.Car parking is not a problem.Location is very good.overall, when compared to all other restaraunts of this again, here taste need to be improved to meet variety of customers
Okay, I am giving it three stars 🌟 on service and food because our food was warm, not hot and food was just Okay. The server wasn't able to explain dishes very well, and it took quite a while to be served. I would give them a second try though.
Came in about 20 minutes before closing. Some items were not available, which is understandable being that late. The thing that got me, the meats weren't very hot, nor was the rice, after putting on salsa and sour cream, my bowl was pretty much cold. The counter needed a clean up, badly, down by the end. Only 1 staff member making orders, and with a family of 4 in front of me, it took a good 8 minutes before he could get to me. All while another staff member just stood at the register, and did nothing while he worked alone, she didn't even take and wipe down the counter that was messy within her reach. Overall, the food tasted good, even if cold, and the staff member making the food was friendly and as quick as he could be, just wish more employees were like him, and I wish I had gotten his name!
This restaurant is located next door to a Panda Express. We originally planned to eat at Panda, but there was a very long line. Chipotle looked like it was closed, but there were a few people inside so we went in. Food was very good, service was fast and efficient and the workers were friendly. Only thing that I wasn't thrilled about was the lack of cleaning of the tables. All the employees were busy service customers, preparing take out orders and doing food prep but it would sure make dining a lot more pleasant if someone were to wipe down the tables and sweep the floor frequently.
My sofrito burrito was good and big but extremely salty. I almost couldn't eat it. That's too bad because I have gift cards for there but I don't think I can eat that much salt
This Chipotle loves to charge extra and skimp out on the portions. Just gonna go to a taco truck next time and get my moneys worth.
The lady next to the cashier (she seemed like the manager) was very rude and hostile. Not great customer service by her. The other staff were great. Update: we got home with our order and the tacos are literally just tortillas. No meat. It's ridiculous.
Decent food, but WAY overpriced for what you get. Same bowls at El Pillo Loco are just as good & over 4 bucks cheaper. When you're spending as much as they charge for take out, I'd also expect *some* semblance of customer service. I got 2 young girls who looked annoyed to even have to talk to anyone.
After taking a few bites of my burrito last night, I found myself chewing on what seemed to once be a piece of cardboard like paper, or more like the paper that is used to make rice or flour bags, not entirely sure but disgusting either way. If that is getting into my food I can only imagine what else could be going wrong in that kitchen. Not only was there a physical contaminant in my food but the overall taste was off. My regular order was extremely spicy when it is usually pretty mild. Once I picked the piece of paper out of my mouth I couldn’t finish my order and threw it away, $25 directly in the the trash. Thanks Chipotle.
The food is always fresh! 2 weeks ago was my review But today I was totally shocked when I opened my order I was supposed to be a steak salad with all the toppings but this is what I got 😭 so if you want your order right just look at them face to face while it’s being made regardless of it being chicken feeding I made it work with a little my husbands on top and it was still good.
MEAT on vegetarian bowl.. So, chipotle is my favorite restaurant. I've been to almost all the chipotles in california. But this store is one of the worst I've been to. Each of the last 3 times I've gone something has gone wrong. So the first time I got double chicken. Once I got home I realized half of the pieces were over cooked and half were completely raw. The next time I went and the small guy up front refused to open a new container of sour cream. He went through 3 nasty salsa contaminated corn floating buckets of sour cream before he had enough for my bowl. Disgusting. And then to top it off tonight I got my wife a veggie sofritas bowl. Got home and it had chunks of spilled meat in it. When I worked at chiptole we had to keep the counter area spotless so cross contamination didn't happen. Get your stuff together chipotle. Your giving the franchise a bad name. Horrible.
Every time I order online I get disappointed. The portions are extremely small and ridiculous. I have never received 4oz. of protein.
1 person working the counter and same time doing online orders..1 person in the kitchen…20 people line…you can’t afford putting another person to serve? Management suck here
Went there today, their door said closure at 8 & girl whipping the table was rude saying they were closed, when I arrived at 7:45. I mean there a right was to say your closed, what about “my apologies we are currently closed” vs “we are closed” so hostile. You guys should update your hours let alone your signage to 7:45 lol
While their food might be okay during busy hours if you wait till 8:00 at night it is so unappetizing looking that I left without eating there. The chicken look dried up, the beans looked greasy, and they had taken away most of the chairs for the outdoor seating even though they don't close for another 2 hours. I have not been there at 5:00 or 6:00 so maybe they do better at that time.
Last night my child ate at this location (the only one who did.) He had a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, sour cream guacamole and lettuce. Later that night he woke up puking. He was violently ill. It lasted a few hours until he got everything out. He's fine now, but whatever he ate from there last night made him really sick. Anyone else that's here wondering if last night's Chipotle made you sick, it probably did. What a bummer. We definitely won't be back.
This Chipotle is *constantly* out of stuff. One day it's the chicken, the next it's five sodas, plastic ware, you name it - they're probably out. The chips are often stale and a few times I have even received stale meat in my burrito/bowl. Don't bother ordering ahead either because it will not be ready for 30+ minutes and all of the food in the to-go order line is of poor quality. I typically come here weeknights around 6:30PM, so maybe it's just their busiest time frame, but it's been routinely bad. For a place that gets this much business you'd think they would manage it better. The price is ridiculous for the quality of food they put out. This company can afford to pay their staff more and hire more to make up for the deficits. The line staff is okay and they're polite enough.
