I mean, it's Dunkin Donuts. If you don't already know what you're getting at Dunks you're probably not from around here, so welcome to Boston. This particular one is in a nice part of town so it's clean. That includes the bathrooms. The people who work there are polite and quick. There's a good sized parking lot, and you can park on the street if the lot is full.

Never had any problems at this Dunks, except that sometimes the parking lot is full. Also you can run across the street to the convenience store for your Tabasco if you forgot yours at home. ;-)

Each morning to go into main st Medford Dunkin is a great experience. All the ladies great you with a smile a good morning and have a nice day. Latte is yummy. Store is very clean.

I have been there many times and never had any problem or any reason to complain... Btw, they do not have drive thru, so if you want a coffee you will have to park in the street or in the parking lot right in the side.

I love dunks. Employees are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. In particular the on Salem street and high street in Medford

Dunkin Donuts has it down to a science. The only item that has the ability to surprise you is the people! By my 3rd visit, I became a "regular"! The folks treat you like family and that is always my game changer. Everything in life is getting smaller. DD's are no different. It's not their fault the cost of goods are skyrocketing and I for one support them for bringing us a great cup of coffee!!!

I’m glad this is my local Dunkin’ Donuts. They’re friendly and consistent. I appreciate this Dunkin’s even more when I go to other locations and the wake up wrap tastes like chemical fire. To be clear, these wake up wraps are straight 🔥🔥🔥 (good and delicious).

Sometimes I get iced coffee, hot coffee, or mint flavored hot chocolate, & I change it up either bagel with cream cheese, corn muffins or breakfast sandwich whatever I'm in the mood for, and if there's a seat, I'll just sit here & relax and enjoy my day

Everyone's great . All but the owner/manager who treats his workers awful. It's not right he's just a mean man. Cheer up buddy because without these hard workers you're nothing. Nobody is better than the next person and karma is very real. I've seen him physically push (not hard or violently) a woman at the register to the side and speak down to her. He took over the register while browbeating this woman. PEOPLE NOTICE MR.MANAGER. I believe if people read this they'll be watching for this behavior. Nobody can miss seeing you with all your gold rings,chain and overwhelming cologne. 🤨😤

Great Dunkin location. Go here regularly. People running it are mature, good at their job and pleasant to deal with. Not a bunch of teenagers who don't care, don't listen and don't speak back to you. I'm not a coffee drinker but I love the breakfast sandwiches and home fries. Sausage egg and cheese croissant. They always have everything in stock and the place is clean and well organized. Around 6-8ish tables inside to sit at. Chase ATM directly next to it (attached actually), Exxon gas station next door and 7-11 directly across the street. Good sized parking lot with free parking. No drive thru unfortunately, but definitely worth going to. One of the best locations I've been to service wise and that's important to me. Feel lucky it's so close to my house.

Coffee was not good I don't get it.I ask for French Vanilla and they give me like half a pump of a Vanilla shot. Horrible! Never again... When i get a coffee in the morning I need to be satisfied for my hard earned money 💰.. these people do not care.. they barely put enough coffee grains to make it taste like a decent coffee.. and this isn't the only dunkin that does this i came across a couple others.. I'm starting not to like dunkin.. alot of let downs lately...

Dunking donuts has been a staple of my morning routine since forever. Every morning for the last 25 years it has been my first stop. I have ordered the same drink everyday for the last 10 years or so ever since they started making espresso drinks. I get a large iced mocha macchiatto with skim milk. Unfortunatly it seems like every time I go in its a diffrent coffee drink. One day it will have a great espresso flavor with just a hint of mocha just the way I like it but most days lately I have notices that the espresso flavor has gotten weaker and weaker. When I bring up that you can't taste the espresso and it just tastes like a chocolate milk and ask them to add more espresso they get mad at me i can see that it is a diffrent amount of espresso added to the drink every day. I dont know if it's that the machines are inconsistent or the people making them are inconsistent. But for $5+ dollars for a coffee in the morning I want it the way I like it. I'm not gonna stop getting it but I just wish it was more consistant.

Still i get food here but multiple times I have been let down. These morning guys/girls are way too slow. I expect to be in and out and end up being questioned about what I want more than working on my order probably because They also dont listen to the order the first time while their having constant conversation over the one order they take at a time. Sadly this store has gone way down hill.....I go here almost daily when im working nearby because its the only place around....This location used to be awesome when Angelo owned it but the new ownership just Doesnt care....I enjoy muffins with my coffee but now their muffins are not cooked all the way through ( How the hell can you not bake a muffin?) ....If I go with a bagel, the quality of those is differant now and not for the better ofcourse....If you ask for it to be toasted be sure to check it before you leave because it may be burnt to a crisp "black" ...Also why cant you get a banana or bran muffin anymore? Or a powdered donut? Anyway I do like Some of the staff that have been there for a while,nice people but its the Product that has gone way way Down.....Cmon owners its time to do better for your customers.... UPDATE 7/8/24 Haven't gotten a muffin lately but decided to give them another try and once Again not baked all the way through as you can see the middle was all batter...How can this still be happening?? They just don't care at this location

Thinking of changing coffee shops. All the Dunks I regularly frequent don't seem to be able to get an order correct. Unfortunately they have the lowest prices and easiest parking (esp. for seniors) which makes my decision to change more difficult.

I recently stopped going here... not because of the staff or anything- they are always courteous and friendly. I stopped going here because of a petulant little sign the owner/manager hung up near the drive-thru window, reading something to the effect of "We have recently had to slightly increase prices due to increases in taxes and labor costs". And it's not because of the raised prices, either- I think I can handle a few more cents for an iced coffee. It's because of the ridiculous attitude of the owner/manager, whining to me about having to pay taxes and slightly-higher-than-slave-labor wages to employees. You're a business owner, suck it up. You have to pay your employees a decent wage... although I bet the wage that you're "forced" to pay them now STILL isn't even what I would consider a *decent* wage. God forbid that extra pay and taxes should come out of the owner's pay.... no, we can't have that.... gotta squeeze as much profit out of the business as possible, at the expense of everyone BUT the person at the top.

I had order by uber eat that i canceled because dunkin charged me in my credit card unstad of my gift card code even I didn't chose my way of payment so I cancelled the order the same minute of this transaction even I called the store also to cancel they confirmed my cancellation but 2 days after they charged me and took the order fee from my credit card

6 employees, and still takes forever to get a coffee! The dounuts are the smallest I've ever seen at a Dunks, and the bathroom is filthy. I will avoid this store in the future.

the first attendant did not place my order correctly and they gave me an order that was totally different from what I ordered a second person came to say that my English is not good and treated me in front of the other employees I drink coffee at least twice a day and I do it the same request for more than 5 years in franchise stores and it was the first time that someone did not understand my request and yet another employee was rude and wanted to humiliate me with jokes about my English

When I brought it up on their attention, they said that’s what I asked for. Nobody asked For three pieces of sausage on a wake up wrap, I said no meat. And extra sauce, this is burnt and disgusting and I can’t even eat it. I don’t eat meat. They didn’t fix it

I been going to this Dunkins for year's. Its gone down hill. I thought last week was bad when the manger of treated my husband badly. Because he got our order wrong. Saying to him you did this also last week. My Husband had a Hemeric brain stem stroke in October. Sir I placed the order. Not my husband. He politely asked if you could fix the order. Then 2 days ago a Man came in placed his order with a young women. Moments later he she's his order is wrong. He asks if it can be corrected. You hear the Gentleman say what? He said I cant understand you? Can you repeat that. Then he turns to the young women says did you understand him? She said no. He said I dont understand his English. a Guy behind him who is clearly very young I would say in his early 30's starts calling the Older Gentleman a racist. Then proceeded to attack the Older Gentleman. Who was clearly over 60 year's of age. Who i have seen often in this Dunkins for year's as well. You would think the Manger would call 911. Also what l do know is the Owner of this Dunkins watches the Camera's constantly. Shame on him. For the attack of one of his well known patrons. The attack was un warranted . This astblament has in no longer Safe. It has exemely rude manger.

I don’t normally leave reviews but today’s the day. Horrible service. Lady making sandwiches messed up my order proceeded to question me about a receipt I didn’t even receive. Clearly frustrated she then grabs a bag that was already put onto the mobile order rack that had been sitting there for at least 20 min bc that’s how long I was waiting. Place wasn’t even busy. She just ignored me and there was only like two orders. She grabbed the bag off mobile order rack and took the sausage, egg, and cheese(sec) off the bagel and tried to put it on a croissant and give it to me. It was definitely cold but she didn’t care because she was upset. I paid 5 dollars for that sandwich I wanted it to be hot. When I told I didn’t want the sandwich bc I saw what she did because it was right in front of me she got even more upset so I just left. I know stuff happens and normally I wouldn’t care but her attitude just rubbed me the wrong way

I ordered two coffee by mistake. I asked a guy who works there is ok to return or exchange he said ok, but when he went to ask a woman her name”Rekha” she said no we can’t because they already made it. I want to return one or exchange something else but still telling me no she also mentioned you call the app to get your money back. I just want to make it easy why I have go through all that.”how much does a coffee cost ???” Smh So I took one coffee and they trash the 2nd one without a refund. When I got into my car the coffee spilled all over my pants and my seats because the lid not tight. I’m so upset I got charged for two coffees and I didn’t get to drink one.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought an iced coffee with milk that was sour and there were visible chunks. I asked one employee to remake it with cream and she brought back another coffee with the same chunky milk in it. I spoke with the manager, I said that I wanted it remade with cream because the milk was obviously bad. He looked me in the eyes and said there was nothing wrong with the milk. He “remade” the coffee which I found out to be the same coffee topped off with cream.

The last time I came here, I was with my sister who I was dropping off at the airport. We needed a quick bite for breakfast and stopped by this Dunkin' location. The interior was like any other Dunkin' Donuts but smaller than the average. Nothing of note about it. The service was horrible. She ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant with a medium hot coffee but they forget the sandwich. Not only that but they refused to make it because they thought she didn't order it. Because they didn't give us our receipt but instead tossed them on to a receipt pile, they said they couldn't prove we ordered it and refused to make it. My sister even pulled up her bank app to show the charge and that it was more than just a medium coffee but they refused to recognize. If you're looking for your Dunkin' fix, I wouldn't come here. The service employees here were rude and inflexible and there are so many other Dunkin locations you can go to

ICED COFFEE BURNT BEYOND RECONNITION. PERHAPS THE WORST ICED COFFEE I HAVE HAD IN 10 YEARS. THE WORK STAFF WERE ALL WORKING VERY HARD TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS BUT THE COFFEE WAS SO BAD I HAD TO THROW IT OUT IN THE PARKING LOT ..A WAIST OF $3 61 PLUS A $1.00 TIP. Manager take note the Coffee was Burnt and should have been poured in the Sewer. Re brew your Coffee and make it Fresh or you will loose even more Consumers

I stopped there about 2 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon... I ordered a medium caramel latte with no cinnamon on top and I said it like 4 times no cinnamon on top and a croissant stuffer so first the girl made my drink wrong then she put it in the wrong cup try to add a little more milk and give me a larger size so I said I'm not taking that give me my money back so then she made it again the right way and I must have said to her again another four to five times no cinnamon what did she do she put cinnamon on the top then my croissant Stouffer which is supposed to be kind of crunchy and really warm on the inside I went to take a bite it was freezing cold gross I will never ever go to this location again this is not the first time I've had problems at this location. Will never stop at this DD again.

I came to this location to buy a chamomile tea ( main at, Medford ) I asked for large glass of water and the cashier wanted to charge me one dollar for it!!!!!!!!!!!!????? I don’t get that in Dunkin’ Donuts Cambridge, always water is free when you buy anything from Dunkin’ Donuts. I asked her Where on the menu it says water is $1 and she said that we don't put it on the menu!!! Then she said there is a sign that says there is water for .75 cent and it was no sign there. !!!! Is that how u guys trait customers in this area????!!!!! I need someone to explain this for me!!!!
