Attended a bridal shower in their Pearl Room yesterday..I cannot say enough about how great everything was. The staff, including the younger employees, were gracious and incredibly helpful. Food was excellent, the guests are still talking about it today. Beautiful venue. Parking was easy in the area. Highly, highly recommend for any size gathering!

Had a rooftop experience for a work event. Didn’t even know there was a rooftop! Nice time, employees were very nice and helpful. Good atmosphere! Would go back. There’s limited parking in front of the Saloon but there’s a parking lot across the street you can park.

I was coming here five years ago, and things have really changed with the rooftops. Definitely not as many young people which is good to see since I suppose they changed their rooftop age to 25 and up. The bartenders are super nice and the music isn’t half bad.

Service was amazing. The 2 food boys that helped us were so kind and very helpful. They were very fast to answer any questions and were very efficient. Very hardworking boys I believe their names are Panny and D.J. Give them a raise! Great work for such young teenagers. Would definitely come back again, especially on a Friday night!! Such good service for a packed restaurant!! Very handsome young boys. Would recommend to any adolescent girls ;).

The short rib and buffalo shrimp tacos were amazing! Chips came out warm with the sauce. Chicken tenders were hot and fresh! The manager, Chris, took care of us and handled a minor issue at the bar. Thank you, Chris! Will definitely return soon.

I was very comfortable and the staff were very nice. I sat at the bar downstairs and was served by Matt. I ordered an order of the boneless Buffalo wings The coffee house burger[Coffee crusted burger topped with mozzarella, jalapeños, and house Saloon sauce, served with waffle fries. Ordered the burger medium-rare> My father ordered the Saloon Burger [ burger topped with fizzled onions" tumble weed" , lettuce tomato, and onion Ordered the burger medium-rare. Drinking a budlight seltzer, defiant beer and a magners The food was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I would recommend The Pearl River Saloon to anybody and everybody. I rate the placed based on these qualities Cleanness 5* Value of money 5* Environment 5* Kindness of staff 5* Portion 5+ *

The Pearl Room ! 💕Our Sweet 16 💕3/29/19 Thank you to Linda and all the wonderful staff who made our daughters event amazing!! We all enjoyed the delicious food, the bartenders were great, the service was excellent and the Pearl Room was everything we could ask for and more. We can’t wait to do it again !!

I still like the Grand Saloon after all these years. Food still good, especially the French Dip. Agree with another reviewer tho- the beers are a rip-off (Guinness is expensive and underpoured). Pearl River is one of my favorite downtowns! 3.5 - 4 stars.

Went there as part of senior group. Food was good but portions were ridiculously small. The icing on the cake (they only had one which not enough for all). The worst part was that there was no decaf coffee and there 1, yes you heard me right 1 urn for over 80 people needless to say there was not enough coffee for all. Very disappointing at $80.00 per person.

Waited to be seated and after about 10 minutes, I asked the bar tender if I could sit in a booth. Yes and he sent the waitress over. When the waitress came to the table she handed me a menu and asked what i wanted yet I hadnt even looked at the menu. She left. After waiting again for a while, I had to get up to see if I could flag down the waitress, she was no where. In the middle of my meal, she never asked how it was or did I want anything else, she just brought me the check. So I flagged down a different waiter to take my card but it was so quick i couldnt even ask for a box. I ended up just paying and leaving.

I wanted to like this spot. Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience. Maybe they were having an off day? First on the positive side; They have a nice roof top bar and The bar tender was nice and provided prompt service. However we were very Disappointed with the food. I ordered the NY strip steak - the steak was covered in onions and mushrooms (didn't mind that) but the steak was tough and worse... It had no seasoning (steak had a bitter taste as well). I ended up using the butter that was meant for my baked potato on the steak with a good amount of salt and pepper- that seems to helped (a little). My friend ordered the fish and chips - but the batter wasnt cooked all the way and a little soggy on the bottom- had to pick the batter off. Like I said, maybe they were having an off day but TBH I am not sure I would come back for food however I will def come back for drinks. Service was fantastic and will like to check out the roof top bar next time.

Very unpleasant experience. We came here to watch the Super Bowl and I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Simply asking for drinks or food was met with unnecessary attitude from the bartender. We will not be coming back. If your bartender is Nael, don’t waste your time sitting at the bar.

A very quiet night out on the town, me and my friends said ‘we haven’t been to the saloon in a long time maybe we should check it out, but what is the cover charge’ so I called to see how much the cover charge was, the lady at the end of line had a TERRIBLE attitude, she said ‘yeah we probably do have a cover charge, we do every night’ before I could utter another word to ask how much it was, she hung up on me :/
