I had ordered a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce a grilled chicken taco combo with no lettuce so when I get home there was lettuce on the taco's and barely any sauce or cheese on the burrito I ate some of the cold fries and the burrito. I threw the rest of the food away. You would have thought the food would be hot since I had to wait ,but it wasn't Probably won't be back for awhile . That was on October 24,2024 I had ordered a couple more items but it's not important ñ

Paid extra for green sauce and I didn't get it at all. Drink taste like water. Employees are nice but skimpy with the sauces. Got only 2 for my entire order. Deciding to eat here was a mistake on my part. Also gloves aren't being worn by the cooks. Not a good look in my opinion.

I gave them a two for great employees. But the food was not up to del taco standards. The new Stuff Quesdila was not at all worth it and everything else I got was as if they scrap the bottom of the empty container to make all of my tacos. Even the Two Jumbo Shrimp tacos were not at all what I known del taco to be.

Would not let bikes go in and forced to be outside when I asked to put it near the restroom still got same result, and table too sharp and would hurt somebody

I went there on Thursday around 10:00 pm to order shrimp tacos but the lady told me they r out of shrimp not recommended bad service

I go there at 6pm on monday the lady says they r out of shrimp and fish tacos And that's my 3rd time bad service lazy people not recomended

Horrible service no sense of urgency to move people food. A employee wipes her noise with her shirt then goes to the drive thru and serves people food.Groose without washing her hands.

Went there yesterday at 11:05pm to order my usual egg and cheese breakfast burrito and the lady Brenda answers me and says they don't serve breakfast at that time. I said what do you mean its 11pm and I always order that at that time she said im here too with an attitude and I quickly said your sign says breakfast is from 11pm-11am. Then she quickly changed her tune and accepted it. When I went to the window and paid, I overheard her saying in spanish to the cook "yo trate de decirle que no pero... and gave me the nastiest look with an attitude looking back at me thinking I didn't know spanish because I look white. I didn't say anything back because I respect my elders. Brenda handed me the burrito and it was very skinny with only a little piece of egg and cheese with a lot of grease. I felt bad vibes from it and threw it away in the trash. Usually people there make it bigger for the price. I felt they did it that way because they were lazy to cook the egg and got mad at me for ordering it at that time. You guys could run into legal action by advertising your 11pm-11am breakfast and saying "we do not serve breakfast at this time" when it's already 11pm. Do better by re-training Brenda to have better customer service because she was very rude to me.

My husband and I went by to order a burrito yesterday and this morning at 2am we were vomiting none stop. We had food poisoning. We have been in bed and having to ask family for help with our daughter. We have a one year old and can’t image how my daughter would have felt if we gave her some of the burrito. Never again.

I don’t know who it was working the window after midnight last night but she was one of the rudest employees I have ever met. I have been to this Del Taco many times with zero issues, but she was incredibly rude and discriminatory. We came to try the new boxes and were using an EBT card which they accept and have accepted in the past. We had $160 available on it we had money and have NEVER had issues with the card. But last night something was randomly malfunctioning and it wasn’t working. And instead of being understanding she PROCEEDED TO COMPLAIN TO US and BLAMED us for her looking BAD for having to void the transaction and we need to MAKE SURE our money WORKS next time and this is why we DONT normally take EBT. I responded what do you mean we’ve had EBT accepted here you guys don’t actually take it? Because I was so confused at her rude attitude and what she was trying to say. And she responded no WE DO BUT WE DECLINE EBT BECAUSE THEN THIS HAPPENS with so much attitude and judgement in her tone. I am absolutely positive if someone was having an issue with their DEBIT CARD she wouldn’t have said ANYTHING. I was so astounded at this behavior from an establishment I have been coming to for 5 YEARS with 0 issues and will now refuse to come here due to this behavior. To make it sound like it was our fault that something was malfunctioning when we had money and had NEVER had this issue with our EBT was TERRIBLE customer service and discrimination because like I said if it was someone with a Debit or Credit card she wouldn’t have said ANYTHING. It wasn’t someone we recognized that had been there in the past who have always been GREAT workers, but this woman was horrible and needs to be questioned at why she felt it was okay to treat a customer in such a terribly judgmental manner. Horrible. God bless you that you never have that happen to you lady and someone talks to you like that. Because you clearly need Jesus in your life.

Everything was horrible. They got my order wrong, had an attitude when I asked for the right thing and the "burrito" was less than half full.

Went through the drive through a little bit ago, got part of my order in and I'm not sure if the lady that was taking my order was having a hard time hearing or understanding what I was ordering cause a guy took over and finished taking my order. When I got to the window the guy asked if it was the #6 combo I wanted, I told him I didn't want the combo, just the grilled chicken burrito from it. He had me pull around the front to wait for my food. After I got my food I checked to make sure everything was in there that I ordered and found 3 of my items missing. I went in and told them and got told they didn't charge me for them and would have to charge me if I wanted them. I told them for get it and left. After I got home I went to eat my grilled chicken burrito only to discover it was not grilled it was crispy chicken. Are you serious? They couldn't get my whole order correct when I first went through the drive through, then can't even get the burrito that cost almost $8 by itself, correct! Like, come on dude. Not happy at all!

This lady order the whole menu literally waiting over 30 min for my food and they couldnt wven pull her on the side for her to wait for her meal like are you serious whats the drive through for people need to go to work. Never coming here again.

Let the pictures speak for themselves old French fries, and bad avocados on the burrito i could see if they were busy it was 12:30am. When I called one of the managers hung up on me so I called back. Then put in a call to corporate
