This was my 1st time at the Perris location and I've literally never been to an In-N-Out that gave such phenomenal service 🤯 I'm not sure if it was because I went with my new colleagues who frequent the place, but in the less than 60 minutes we were there this one guy: 1. Came to check on us as soon as we were seated just to see which order we had and offered to fill up our drinks 2. Brought us our food and asked what else we needed like extra trays, utensils, napkins, salt, ketchup, spread, like everything 3. Brought everything we asked for plus some extras like pepperoncinis because he thought we might enjoy them. 4. Checked in on us again after one of the five of us finished eating to take away trash, refill drinks, and see if we wanted anything else - which he brought us 5. Repeated this twice more before we left I wish I had caught the gentleman's name so I could give him a shout-out, but all I can say is that I went on Jan 12th, 2026 at 12:30pm. @Management, if you can figure out who he was and give kudos that would be amazing!
So far one of the best burgers 🍔 period ! Small menu , Good quality, delicious flavor, very consistent, very affordable prices, very well structured in order to make your visit a pleasant one. It seems to me that since In N Out open this location , the other burger joints around here , started to pay more attention to the way they prepare and handle their food , they're trying hard to be competitive, before they would be giving you no so freshly made food, but rather pre-made ready to go food sitting for a long time under a heat lamp , now you can visit some of this other fast food restaurants and you notice they're making an effort to try to stay in business and no be overtaken by the competition. That's good for all of us... the customers ! Every one knows you don't always want to eat the same food and you want the other options to be just as good if not better than the other restaurants. I visit In N Out at least 3 to 4 times a week, Keep it up!
This review is specifically by how impressed my entire family (8 people present at the time of dining) and I were by Jonathan. He stayed busy and made it seem like we were sitting at an actual restaurant - offering to bring our food to us, wiping down tables so we had a clean place to sit, taking our empty trays and trash, and more - all the while being extremely nice and welcoming. I’ve been to sit down restaurants with reservations required and still haven’t had that level of service. It made me/us consider tipping the young man, something we’ve never done at a fast food restaurant. Give this man a raise, he deserves it!
From Arizona, and this is my second time visiting this location. Wow, their customer service was terrific! Top quality, friendly, and fast!
Jonathan, (one of the workers) was very kind and even checked on my order after seeing that I had been waiting for quite some time. The food was delicious, as expected. One of my favorite places to eat at out here. :)
In-N-Out is always great, consistently good food and service..never an issue with special orders either. Always busy always fresh and made to order.. ust try the Hidden menu items.
What can I say, c'mon, aren't they just the best??! They are!!! You can have it better than burger king. Even better tasting, and they are really cool youngster working really hard to make the customers happy.
If you want a great burger and fries, In N Out is the place to go. Most of the time they are extremly busy, so we will have to wait. Everyone is working hard to prepare the orders as fast and accurate as possible. It's a pleasure seeing all the employees working as a team. No chatting or waisting time. No one on the cellphone. Everyone seems happy to work for In N Out. The food like always in all locations tastes good.
Our family absolutely loves In-N-Out! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and perfectly made every time. The staff are so friendly and efficient — they really make the experience enjoyable. The restaurant is always clean, and the service is fast even when it’s busy. We especially love the classic Double-Double with animal-style fries. It’s our favorite spot for a family meal together! 🍔🍟
I truly enjoy In-N-Out Burgers and this one in particular, is my local joint. The aroma just lures me in. Mmmmm.
Great din in for less traffic. Not good for drive through too gas waisted for a long line.

Great location for an In N Out right off the 215 off Nuevo Road. Cheeseburger grilled onions Double Double with pickles Fries and a Neapolitan shake made the family smile - fresh and hot. Delicious!!Inside was quick to order. Ample parking and seating in and out. Clean bathroom. Another good day at In N Out. 👍🏼
Opening day was very exciting. The drive-thru line was amazing. It's best to avoid the drive-thru. It would have been faster to park, go inside, and order. The very popular hamburger is the best.

Every time I visit, the food tastes like it was made just for me — the beef is juicy and perfectly cooked, the lettuce is crisp and vibrant, and the buns are always soft and warm. You can tell they take pride in using high-quality, fresh ingredients. The fries are golden and just the right amount of crispy, and don't even get me started on their secret sauce — it ties everything together perfectly. In-N-Out isn’t just fast food; it’s a whole experience, and it’s consistently amazing every single time.
Great lot and area for a In N Out, non of that blocking a street or a free entrance or homes to get some food. The only thing that is sometimes the order takers miss you or maybe because they are trying to be strategic. But when you get there and they get someone else's orders before yours. Pretty annoying I dont like it and im sure a lot of people dont like it. Order than that foods good, atmosphere good, parking an abundance, and no struggle on entering.
Wow what a pleasant experience! Got our food immediately. The servers were so attentive. And helpful. Came and checked on to see if we had everything we needed, Enough condiments and such.
You know Perris made it now that we have an IN N Out!! We've been waiting a long time for this and the wait was worth it... so the food is exactly what you'd expect at any IN N OUT; they didn't skimp out on quality just because it is Perris.. as far as the speed, well they are still working on it.. we did wait a bit long for our order and then they realized they had never made it; but they apologized for the small mistake and got our food out right away after that. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. I recommend trying it out for yourself just so happy to finally have our very own IN N OUT in town! UPDATED REVIEW This last time I went unfortunately was not as good as I remember, but hopefully it was only an off night, Im sure the quality is still there and I'll be back soon.
We eat in n out maybe 4 times a year. Just went on 6/29/24 6:30 pm. My #1 was ok. Although my wife's buns were burnt way to much and it gave the burgers a burnt cardboard taste. Overall the taste wasn't good that day
Overall it was a bad experience for me personally. I asked for a Flying Dutchman with grilled onions, my brother got the #1 with pickles -no onions. When we pulled into the window to get our food and drove 5ft away we noticed we got two #1’s , one with onions and one with pickles. We went inside immediately and nicely told them we got the wrong food. We then asked for my Flying Dutchman that I was supposed to get and I feel like we got a rude stare as if they didn’t know what we were taking about. Totally fine though because I was more focused on my missing order, when we got my Flying Dutchman with grilled onions I then instead got a flying fail. Onions were nowhere to be seen, it was already an off morning so we just took it and left.
I love their food. We go almost once a week. They offer free chocolate for kids when it rains. Tell me why this time they made me feel like I was a begging for it. Right in front of my kids. And this was the manager who said No. Like dude you offer free chocolate when it rains, it was raining! Why offer if your not going to give it??????? Is it coming outta your pocket?????
10/10/2025 9:32PM CHECK #182 TRANS #4345 I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by the attitude we received at the drive-thru today. Our attendant, Natalie, gave us our order, and when my pregnant wife politely asked if they could toss a small empty cup for us — just so she could make room to fit our extra drink in the cup holder — Natalie gave us an attitude and said “no” with a rude expression on her face. We asked again after getting our food, thinking maybe she didn’t hear us right, and she responded with even more attitude. As we drove off, I saw her make a face about it, which was completely uncalled for. My wife was so embarrassed and upset she almost cried. I’ve always loved In-N-Out for the kindness and positivity of its employees, but this experience was the complete opposite. For a company that stands on strong values and a reputation for great customer service, it’s unacceptable for someone representing you to treat guests like that — especially over something as small and harmless as helping with a tiny cup.
It’s always something at this location. Some days the meat is raw. Today I asked for cheese fries and this is the amount of cheese I received. You’re better off going to a different location because this is ridiculous. Paying nearly $5 for 1/3 of a cheese slice is not ok. Do better.
