Our chicken tostada salad was very fresh and good. Most other locations I've been to, the chicken is always dry and over cooked. I almost didn't stop. I was pleasantly surprised! And we'll go back to this location again 😁
🔥 Fast, Friendly & Tasty – Always a Solid Stop! 🔥 I’ve been coming to this Pollo Loco for over a year now, a few times a month, and it’s always a smooth experience. The food is fresh, service is fast, and the staff is super polite. One manager in particular (don’t know his name) is always friendly and keeps things running well. They have machines to order from, which I sometimes use, but I like that there's always a person ready to help if I want to skip the screen. As someone who haa to eat on the go often, I won’t say this is the best food out there—but it’s good enough when I’m on the go. There are plenty of choices on the menu, and I can keep it light if I’m watching what I eat or want to stay on the healthy side. Sometimes orders aren’t perfect, but they always fix it with no drama. The place is clean, and I even saw a regional manager visit once, checking on things. The whole team stayed professional and friendly, even under pressure. All in all, this spot is solid. Good food, great service, and I’ll keep coming back.

Always, always bomb dot com, every time I visit this El Pollo Loco. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and will answer any questions about their menu that you have. Most, if not all employees, are bilingual (English/Spanish). They've never forgotten to take off onions, add items, when requested to do so, which I appreciate! Great affordable prices on everything! Super fresh and yummy food every time I've visited. El Pollo Loco is definitely one of my favorite drive thru food places! If you've never had it, you are missing out fr!!!
Me & my family got hungry after a long trip. We decided to stop by at this pollo loco. The service is welcoming & fast. The workers care on how your order is packed. Also the chips and guacamole they offer is actually good. Thank you to EPL for your service. Red and green salsa good 👍🏻
When I first came here, I came with my wife, and two kids. They took my order and gave me good service overall. The food was great and the kids really enjoyed it. The dine in was pretty clean for the most part and was manageable to sit and eat, not dirty whatsoever. Food came out quick and enjoyed every second it. I would recommend to come to this pollo loco again because it was a great experience that deserved 5 stars.
This location is conveniently located right off the 215 fwy east of Nuevo exit next to Sizzler with drive-thru and plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. I've stopped here several times as I pass by and have always been satisfied with their service specifically because they always get my order right which is not common in my experience with other restaurants. Staff is friendly and very efficient specially during rush/lunch time in drive-thru. I tried their 'Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl' and tasted really good with fresh ingredients and perfectly grilled chicken. Overall I'm happy with this location and will definitely stop by again when I'm nearby.
Shayla was the lady that took our order, she was very friendly. Ordered a dinner for 2 and a chicken salad. Both where delicious😋.

The service was quick and fast just like a drive-thru should be. We always order the Chicken Tostada Salad. It's so good especially in a hot day, but my only complaint is that it seems the tostada shell is thinner than it used to be. Make sure you get jalapeno hot sauce too!
We had chicken tostada and 2 piece chicken dinner. It was very good and we were full by the time the meal was over. We had already eaten half a mil before I decided to take this picture. The staff was friendly and the food was nice and hot.
3rd time they don’t add all the ingredients to the burrito bowl like why am I paying 12 or 13 for a half ass burrito bowl
The food was great. But the portion size of the chicken is questionable. My leg and thigh pieces were very small for $14.00.
Cashier didn’t know how to honor or process a coupon. The coupon was for with any purchase a 2 dollar dessert. The cashier proceeds to ring me up for only the 2 dollar dessert and not my purchase. When my order comes I asked where my purchase was and she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and proceeded to call over who I suppose is a manager and I explain to the manager I ordered a purchase so I can get the 2 dollar dessert but the cashier only gave me the 2 dollar dessert. After showing her my coupon and receipt she says the cashier only rung me up for the 2 dollar dessert without a purchase. At first I was going to let it slide and be understanding because people make mistakes I get that! it happens! but what I don’t need to let slide or understand is how infront of many customers in line the manager says loud enough to me well you only paid for a 2 dollar dessert!! which I responded right back well I ordered a purchase to get the 2 dollar dessert but your cashier did not ring me up!! That’s not my fault!! And I shouldn’t be made to feel like it is!! and if the manager was more professional a simple I’m sorry would have been just fine with me…but that is not the service I recieved. I rather drive miles to another el pollo loco than deal with that again.
Says there open until 10 pm but they lock there doors past 9. Make it make sense.
So I ordered a breast/wing combo and I received a thigh combo. I called them to see what they could do for the inconvenience and they first denied that they gave me a a thigh. Worst service and worst customer service ever. Manager was involved and did nothing.
I ordered from the Drive thru, it went smoothly, paid for the mixed 12 pc family meal with rice, beans, corn, extra pks of tortillas & salsa. Pulled up and did not get the extra salsa. I asked again, the reply back k, you already got salsa. You want another pack?
Less for same price!! No thanks 👎 i pay for chikiiiiin not rise and beans!! Im not coming back!
Watch out for this place bad service I dont if they give you old food you ask for someting special and seems to borherthem, they forget to give you what you ask for . Very bad am sure these kids would not like to be treated like that . I wont go here any more the food was bad and old ,maybe they gave me some ones return item also this time took longer than usual and there was no cars . the dressing was empty like if some one used it allready , this is a picture what my bowl looked like . upsetting .
