Usually there is a bench or a couple of chairs, but there is nowhere to sit inside. Called in to report a missing pizza from my delivery. Was on the line for fifteen minutes before getting hung up on- never heard a hello. They seemed short staffed, but the lady was nice and did make the pizza fresh that I was missing. I’ve had problems like such over the years with this location, keeping me from ordering long enough until I am reminded why I don’t.

Took almost 40 mins to get my pizza and I live less than 1/4 mile from store. Ordered the "New" pan pizza. Not worth the money. Way to much sauce and not enough dough. At least 2 slices were same thickness as a regular pizza.

PJ's has to get rid of their contracted delivery. The last 5 orders have been late, missing food, and even pieces of my order missing! I have total sympathy for the store managers because I am sure they are losing money and customers because they can't maintain quality delivery and have to remake orders or give credit. DoorDash is the delivery service that are responsible for my poor service ratings. I just can't give them another chance when someone has eaten food out of my box. I was on hold for over 45 min. and no response at the store. Sharing pics. Note that the sides around the missing piece is soft so the food was taken out after it was baked.

But I didn’t order from doordash I ordered from your website!! How can I contact them about my order through you?! I paid you for pizza and *you* paid for DoorDash to deliver -they are your employee!

Hate to be that guy, but papa Johns is getting wildly optimistic with their sizing descriptions. Ordered a large and this is clearly a medium size pizza.

Worst pizza experience from this store, Ordered pineapple and cheese pizza late and got pepperoni instead.. the pepperoni was hidden in the crust, idk if that's how is done. but who will hide pepporoniv inside crust.. check pics..we wanted only veggie.. tried calling the store and was closed by 10.. other stores show 11pm time, this is the second time this happened with us. no one ever responded their main customer service responded once and then they also stopped to respond.

Ordered through Uber. I ordered a well done pizza (which I’ve ordered here before and it was perfect). My pizza was completely burnt top to bottom. Filed a complaint with Uber to get my money back but also called the store to let them know. They actually knew what pizza I was talking about and tried to say it’s because of the way their oven cycles. That’s fine that your oven does that. But don’t put a burnt pizza in a box and serve it. Especially when you KNEW putting it in there that it was burnt and might be an issue. Don’t order I guess if their oven is cycling.

Ordered 3 pizzas totaling $75 with delivery. After an hour, they showed up with one pizza. The driver claimed the store only gave him one. I called the store, and they said the driver left with just one. Then they had the audacity to suggest I go pick up the rest myself after they screwed up. To top it off, they said they were worried the driver might tamper with the pizzas. Are you kidding me? This is hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever dealt with. It’s now been 2 hours and I still don’t have the rest of my food.

They have canceled my order twice because it’s 40 minutes before close now I know it’s un ideal to cut it close and I apologize but canceling my order twice?? Before close is ridiculous your still open and are refusing to fulfil my order just a shame because I tip very well to the delivery drivers

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for a long time, but this Sunday night after ordering online. Once the app let me know my order was ready and when in to pick it up. Usually the staff is busy but have a great attitude and good customer service . This time was completely the opposite. This dude saw me come in and completely ignored me not even say anything like nobody was there. Basically all the team seem like nobody was there. I was in a hurry bc mi family was waiting for me. When until I said “ can I pay for my order Sr. Was When I have their attention but they have really bad attitude towards me.. I was like is this a customer service? I worked in service industry and I understand customers pay for my bill so always have to take care of of them doesn’t matter who you are. Of course I was upset . How would you feel if someone ignored you? More if you paying for the service nothing is free. This dude even apologized was intimidating something that I never expected from a place of service industry. I know is sunday and nobody want to work on Sunday but even that your customers doesn’t have to pay for it.. hope owner read mi review and take care of that . That’s not good for your business.. employees always have to have a good customer service even your having a bad day.. I always give a good tip bc I know we have to reward good workers but not this time.. 😏

The first few times we ordered from here was good. this past couple times was really disappointing, I ordered XL and I received a large size. The new York style is thin crust. Will take a while before i order again from this location.

This people costumer service sucks. They refused to do specials, and when i ordered online to change a minimal things they dont answer your calls and puts you on hold for multiple times. Need better training.

Do not order delivery - they scammed me out of $40 . I placed an order at 6:45 pm it is now 8:15 pm as I'm writing this. They use door dash delivery to perform deliveries and neither company will take ownership of an order not being delivered. The driver blames door dash and the papajohns has you fill out a feedback survey , but nobody is giving me my money back and I never received the pizzas. What a SCAM!
