Food was excellent as always at Church's, but there were ants crawling around on the counter! We had to clean our own table, restroom had no soap. We'll choose another Church's from now on. This is the one at 83 & Cage.

I ordered through the drive up. Ordered a mixed 3 pc combo. 1st thing was told no breast so I had to have a leg, wing and a thigh. The wing must have been left over from lunch. Dry, hard as a rock, barely warm. The thigh was a 1/2 thigh, which means I got the bones not the meat. I haven't been to a Church's in quite a while. It will probably be a very long time before I go again.

Saturday night place was empty. Stood there for 10 minutes. Two ladies working didn't acknowledge me and took 3 orders through the drive-thru while I just stood there waiting to place my order. Ridiculous. These people have no customer service skills but to be honest they look like they didn't even want to be there. Needless to say I took off.

This is the worst place to go honestly, the general manager robert is so damn rude. He never wants to help and sucks as a GM. Dont recommend this churches at all.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would I ordered my sandwich online got it for free with points and when I got there I gave her my name she told me to pull up to the window and they charged me for it I showed them my online receipt and they said I didn’t show in the system .. they gave my order to the car in front of me and charged me for a whole new sandwich on top of that the manager and worker were rude smh don’t go here .

Ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. Waited 20 minutes after the app said it should be ready. They hadn't even started half of my order when I got there. Ridiculous. I rarely have issues with church's. First time I order at this location. Not coming back.

Chicken was completely burned and biscuit was hard as a rock not sure why they will serve something like that I’m sure the won’t eat it neither we stop for take out so we we can enjoy our food at the hotel but it was a disappointment thank you for ruined my dinner

Worst service at the location. Got my order wrong, gave me credit which I appreciated. When I went to claim it my order was WRONG AGAIN! Not to mention I waited 30 mins for 2 pieces of chicken. They should shut this location down.

An employee by the name of Robert A ruined my experience at this churches and I will not be going back. I do not recommend this churches. He charged me extra and when I tried to tell him he just talked over me and refused to look at my reciept.

This restaurant has the SLOWEST service of ANY restaurant. The cashier takes the order BUT does not close out the sale until they are finished gathering the order. Conducting a transaction like this does not affect time that a person is waiting. This practice circumvents ACTUAL wait times. On average I wait about 15 minutes in line waiting to have my order taken. If you're in a hurry DO NOT come to this location. FACT: I wrote this detailed review while waiting in line *I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION*
