Marco's Pizza San Juan Reviews
We got dessert and beers, so spent a bit more than you would for just pizza. Everything was great!
I think this guys provided me the most attentive & prompt service of all Marcos of all Marcos I’ve been in PR. The actual night team (apr ‘25) seems like is striving to break the brand’s personal records. I wanted a high protein meal and the guy quickly recommended me the 3 meat calzone. 👍 So good to see that even on an American Franchise which rarely seems to be. The calzone was even better looking than the promotional image. Recommend especially if this team continues to grow & replicate their work ethic.
Finally stopped in after seeing this place for years every time we visit. Excellent food. Next time though, I'm getting flavored wings instead of original. But I still enjoyed them.
Great fresh pizza made to order. Simple and to the point and delicious. Can’t go wrong with Marco’s if you’re craving pizza.
Didn’t expect to have amazing pizza in Puerto Rico. Highly recommend for a quick & satisfying bite of fresh delish pizza customized to your liking with lots of topping options. The Greek salad is fantastic too.
The pizza is good. Free refills on drinks!!! Nice but pretty basic, do not recommend for american tourists because there's a bunch of authentic Puerto Rican restaurants nearby. Service is pretty quick. Free refills on drinks!!!
Extremely great customer service and absolutely delicious Pizza. It was just what me and my bestie were looking for. I highly recommend stopping in for friendly service and yummy pizza!

Superb.. pizza here from Marcos is better than in the Main land. Great after a walk around Old San Juan.
Nice array of options on what size pizza you want, adding your own selection of toppings and sauce. You need something simple to eat, I'd choose pizza.
Good pizzeria with fair prices, friendly service, and delicious pizza. A great spot to cool down and have a quick meal.
Great variety of pizzas, fresh ingredients and good fast service!
Best pizzeria ever, the pizza was delicious and it actually came pretty quickly, while still being fresh and warm off the oven. The employee that took our orders and gave us our pizza was so nice and was the best employee I have seen at pizza shops. She also spoke english really well so there was no loss in communication. Overall best pizzeria I have been too, if you are ever visiting San Juan, stop at Marcos Pizza!
If you need a great place for delicious pizza, this lovely spot never disappoints. Everyone has impeccable customer service and the pizza is off the charts good. This is a great place to have a bite when coming on late to OSJ. Also gave great beer recommendations for locally brewed beer.

Good pizza place! Pizza was yummy and the staff were nice. We came here after getting off our cruise port in San Juan. Would recommend!
We stopped for pizza at the end of our exploring day in Old San Juan. I was a little hesitant to go to a “chain” restaurant but everything was delicious. My husband and I both enjoyed the pizza.

The service is very friendly, and the atmosphere is nice and cool. However, I’m very disappointed that they do not have beef and broccoli two ingredients which I really like on my pizza. I wish they would have broccoli and beef so that I could make my veggie pizza with broccoli also And I could use the beef for my other pizza with onions and tomatoes. I hope they listen to me and bring these ingredients. It would make my experience very nice.
We ordered a pitcher of soda and one pizza pie. The pizza was nice and warm. The cups for the soda were the clear plastic reusable cups that look as if those were the original cups since the store’s opening. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated. The employees were into watching the movie that was on the tv than helping customers.

The pizza was decent, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Was a great place to stop for a "quick" bite though be forewarned- they do not sell by the slice! You'll buy a whole pie or a "personal size" instead and you'll wait for it to cook 20 mins. The service was good, they were friendly and helpful but seemed to speak very little to no English, I speak Spanish but not as quickly as local individuals and I got a few eye rolls. I feel as if you're working in a massive tourist area and in a country that is Apart of the U.S. (albeit a territory) then you should have more then ONE person who speaks enough English to be able to order easily and request a side of ranch. (That was difficult to ask for)

Paid $13 USD for a tiny 8” pizza that was extremely greasy and disappointing. The outdoor seating was dirty, with bird droppings on the table, and the staff was unfriendly. Won’t be coming back.
Omg if I had 0 stars to give I would. This is pure garbage for food. This is the most processed food ever and so damn expensive. They charge me $13 for some sad chicken dippers.🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 McDonald’s chicken dippers/nuggets are way better if that says anything. I am appalled at that establishment will never ever recommend or waste my money there ever again. I’d rather eat dirt certainly be healthier and taste better -this place is horrible and a disgrace. ❌❌❌And people who recommend this place have NO IDEA HOW TO EAT GOOD FOOD🤯🤯🤯so many amazing places to eat around Old San Juan- have no idea why this garbage is here!!!!!!!!!!

Lazy staff. Nasty food. Paid extra for delivery, including a 20% tip to have them quite literally drive around the corner, just for them to forget my salad and not be able to communicate with me about it. Came back with the salad with no dressing and no fork so I can’t even EAT it!! My daughter’s wings were supposed to be buffalo and they gave her regular. Pizza was disgusting. Horrible experience as a tourist. Asked for a refund on just the wings and was told no. They wanted me to come outside for a THIRD time so they could bring all the things they forgot the FIRST time!
